Hey everyone, my name is Liz. I’m looking for a furnished room to rent in Rockingham/Wellard area. I’m 30, have a long term partner who resides in Leda, I work in hospitality at martini&co and applying for fifo jobs. I don’t drink or do drugs. I vape but that’s it. I’m working on my licence atm so public transport near by is essential. At the moment I can only afford no more then $200 a week in rent including bills. I’m neat and quiet. I stick to myself, I don’t really talk to people much and most the time I’m either in my room, working or on some form of outdoor adventure with my partner. I don’t have anything saved up for a bond atm but my landlord who I rent a room off and live with can vouch. I am partly deaf and do have hearing aids but I don’t wear them around the house so may tend to speak loud when I do talk. It’s just myself looking for a room but would like for my partner to be able to stay over at least once a week as he currently lives with his parents. No more than 12 months as I’ll be looking to buy once I’ve been in the mines for a while. I’m extremely introvert so I don’t party or have people around I pretty much just stick to myself and my partner is the only person I really talk to and have around. Where I’m currently living is becoming quite stressful since we have had a new person move in so makes a racket all hours of the night which keeps me up and screams abuse when I gently ask them to keep it down and uses or takes my things so it’s no longer suitable.
