We are about 20min drive to the beach, and 15 mins to Pac Fair and Robina Town Centre. We are close to the M1 and 13 minutes to Griffith University. It's a quiet neighbourhood and we do live near the train tracks however they are so quiet you barely notice them! We are also only 5min drive to officeworks, bunnings and a bunch of fast food chains (all the best ones!). We have on-street and some off-street parking in the form of large cement sections (like a footpath but for cars). These parks are on-street but you car will be completely off the road. There are always spots free.

A little on me, I’m a 36, mature, single, self employed male working in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry, so that makes me a tradie. I’m a non party type person, but in my downtime I enjoy socialising and meeting people, bit of an extrovert. I get a kick out of helping others in need and making people laugh at my expense. My main ambition in life currently is strengthening my business. House wise, a fairly relaxed person, cooks and cleans up after himself, respectful and thoughtful of others. Not loud, pretty much asleep by 9:30-10:00pm weeknights, up by 5:30-6:00am. Don’t have any pets, but love cats and dogs though, so I’m happy if you have pets - if you have a talking bird, even better, I’ve found they always seem give the right advise ;) After work hours I like to go to the gym, pretend to look out the window when in actual fact I’m looking at myself in the reflection - by this statement you can gauge I’m an honest person ;). My weekday evenings are usually filled up with paperwork for the business. Weekend life, not really a stay at home bum, and not a late night party type either. I like to get out and go for drives, see places, beaches, cafes, bit of travel etc. Hobbies, I enjoy playing the acoustic guitar from time to time and belting out at tune (not at home though), camping, swimming and 4WD’ing etc. the usual blokey bloke stuff. Vehicle situation, I have a new model 4WD Hilux in which I use in my business. I have quite a bit of expensive refrigeration tools and equipment stored in it, a gated complex or safe street parking would be ideal - everything is insured, they’re protected, so not too stressed if street parking only. Hi I’m Mason, I’m 24, single and work part time as a Network Administrator for a high school and part time as an Animal attendant at Animal Welfare League Queensland. I normally spend my spare time either sleeping or working on my laptop. I do not drink, smoke or party. Ideally I’m looking for a place to move into that already has a dog or will allow me to have a second one as Parker does not cope well on his own. Personal qualities I am super easy to get along with and keep to my self most of the time. My main focuses are my dog, family, friends, work and helping people. I also like to keep things tidy. Food sharing and furniture I am open to food sharing, although I can’t really cook much :D. I current only have bedroom furniture. Description of pets I have a 4 year old Cattle X named Parker. He spends his time outside while I’m at work and is inside when I’m home. He likes to follow me absolutely anywhere I go. He has always lived with another dog. He does have seperation anxiety so it would be ideal if there is another dog around or have the ability for me to get a second dog.
We are clean and tidy. Like to share some time with others. We both like to travel and to know other cultures. Have already live with more people so we know how to share and respect the others.
