Hi guys. I'm a full time engineering grad student in QUT. Looking for a SINGLE ROOM and want to live during this semester or more. So it is gonna be at least 3 or 4 months:) I spend most of weekdays for study at home or uni. Go out for dinner or catch up with friends on weekend. I'm not a party animal. non-smoker. I can pay $160-170 for rent including bills and internet. And want fully furnished room like bed, wardrobes and desk. Hope to live maximum 20 mins away (by bus or train) from the city!! If you have a room for me, please let me know!! Thanks. Seonha
Hi guys :) I'm a 23 years old post-grad student from Munich. I'm looking for a flat with sociable, young (20s or 30s) and easy-going flatmates who would be in for sometimes having dinner, watching a movie or drinking a coffee/beer/wine together. I'm studying at UQ for this Semester and unfortunately I have to leave already at the 1st of July. Since I started to study 7 years ago I lived always in a shared flat, I just like to have people around to whom you say more than just "hello". I like to do sports and I would like to travel on some days to see the Gold or the Sunshine Coast. I've been already 3 times abroad from Germany for a longer time - I studied in Portugal for 2 Semesters (which was the best experience I could have made) , 1 semester in England and I worked in the US for a couple of months. Everywhere I lived in flats with wonderful, open-minded people and with most of them I became close friends. If someone of you is searching a flatmate like me and if it is okay for you that I just can stay for 4 months, I would be more than happy to meet you guys! :) Richard

I'm Andy, I'm 29 years old and work as a High School teacher. I'm looking for a clean and respectful share house/ roommate. I've been living at Newstead for the past year and would like to stay close to this area. I enjoy fitness but also a good burger and beer. I don't mind smokers as long as it is done outside however I don't want to live people who do drugs. If you think I'd be a good fit send me a message.
Hi I've only recently moved to Brisbane to start full time Architecture work after finishing study last year. Would really like to live in a nice worn in Queenslander with timber floors and lots of windows. I like the feel of New Farm but if there are some other people that I get along with in a great house anywhere else that would also be good. I don't know anything about places to live in Brisbane. But I keep pretty busy doing different bits and pieces. Eat well and exercise. I've still got a bit of my own work left over so trying to get rid of that and just do 9-5 so I have some spare time again. Like to hang out with roomies if we get along. Thanks!
"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rohn. So, I'm looking to live with like-minded legends. - Mature, self-aware, respectful & ego-free communication (no issues with noise, mess, negative drama, etc) - Healthy lifestyle and nutrition - Can be found in the ocean or mountains at any opportunity - Goal-orientated. Never bored. Growth and contribution mindset (non-fiction literature, nutrition & training, psychology & philosophy, social sciences, technology, Brazilian jiu jitsu, acroyoga, meditation, vagabonding, languages generally and I speak Spanish so would love to live with Spanish speakers to help keep it up.) - Independent thinker, not a sheep. Prefer almost no commercial TV. (intentional entertainment is sweet, but 24/7 ads and lowest-common-denominator shows polluting our castle aint so sweet). As Josh Waitzkin says, "I cultivate empty space as a way of life for the creative process". - Always keen for chats over good meals when I'm home. Am very social and love meeting top people but don't want a party house.
Enjoy an enviable New Farm lifestyle, with fine and casual dining, fantastic ferry and bus transport and the peace and tranquility of the tree lined streets. WHAT YOU GET!!! Views of the CBD, River and Story Bridge to Hamilton. North facing open plan living area and kitchen recently refurbished. Totally seperate bedroom suite with your own bathroom. Built in wardrobes with mirrors. Your own bathroom with rain shower. Laundry internal. Swimming pool with spa, sauna toilets and shower. Tandem lock/up/ remote control garaging with huge storage area. A most desirable floorplan for privacy when sharing.
Studying a double degree in science and engineering at QUT. Need somewhere to stay by the end of the week that has somewhere I can park my car. :)

Hi Ive just moved to Brisbane, from Melbourne for work! New to the city and looking for a great place with friendly, and easy going people to share with. I am clean, respectful of others time, privacy and space. I do enjoy a good chat and a drink and like cooking too :) Hoping to make the most of my stay here in Brisbane !
Friendly, open-minded, respectful and fun! We are two friends who enjoy traveling, exploring new places, going to the beach, having a chat over a glass of wine, cook together or just chill watching a movie :) We are both clean, sociable but also respectful to others privacy. We are in Brisbane on Working Holiday visa and will stay for at least three months before exploring the rest of this beautiful country. We are looking for a room we could share together, 160 per person per week.
Hey my name is Alyssa, I am a 32 yr old female looking for a room with own bathroom, located inner city; around Kangaroo Point, New Farm, Red Hill or the surrounding areas would be preferable. I work as a full time professional in marketing at Milton. I'm very clean and tidy looking for someone similar. I smoke but more socially and only outside. I have a cat Louie who is house trained and friendly - if possible I'd like to bring him with me. I like to live a quite life during the week and usually relax and go out with my friends over on the weekend. I'm friendly and love a laugh but also really like my own space and keep to myself. I am looking for long term accommodation with the right person so 6+months. Give me a msg if you are keen to meet up :)
We're all clean, friendly and laid back girls from England, who are respectable but also like to have a social drink! Only just starting our working holiday in Australia so currently looking for work in the surrounding area. We have a passion for new experiences and travel and are all hard working but easy going!
Hellooo. I'm a 34 y/o Canadian/Australian working/studying in Brisbane. I'm pretty easy going, generally quiet, but always up for a chat/coffee/beer. Into running and cycling, traveling, kitesurfing, reading, computer stuff. I'm working part-time in the CBD and studying for some IT certifications. I can definitely commit to 3 months, but its very possible that I'll be hanging around Brisbane longer than that. I've been saying something like that for about 6 years now. I'm pretty open to location. The main things I'm looking for are a quiet study area (I have a desk and chair I can bring), furnished (don't have a bed), a place to park my car, a secure place for my 2 bikes, and of course cool flatmate(s).
Room available in a spacious 3 bed apartment in beautiful New Farm home. The apartment has a great location. We're 5 minutes walk from New Farm Park and the Powerhouse, which has weekly farmers markets. The river walk is seconds away, great for a run/walk and an easy way to walk or cycle into town away from traffic. We have heaps of great cafes close by for brunch and coffee and James Street and the Valley are both in walking distance for nights out. We're just a 5 minute walk from Coles and have great transport connections with the bus and ferry stops within 5/10 minutes walk. On street parking is easy and there are no permits. The apartment itself is spacious and light. We have a big shared living area with lots of extra storage. We also have a large balcony, which is screened from the street by trees and a great spot for a bbq and beer on the weekend. The living area is fully furnished plus we have all the kitchen equipment you'll need. We also have a laundry area in the flat with washing machine and dryer. Our complex has a pool (perfect for Brisbane summers!) with a big bbq and communal dining area. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen size bed and chest of drawers (all included). There's also a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. There is a separate shared bathroom and toilet, which are shared with just one other. Rent is $190 per week - a bargain for New Farm. Bond $810. Electricity and internet bills not included, electric is around $110 a quarter, internet is $27 a month.
Pretty down to earth and laid back, clean & tidy. Engineer working fifo, so will only really be around on the weekends. Non-smoker. Enjoy a good beer or glass of red.
I'm a family lawyer who's looking around the Gold Coast area (varsity lakes, robina, burleigh heads, or new farm Brisbane. I'm looking for a furnished place to rent, preferably with females or females and males but not just males. I'm clean, tidy, and love a good chat.
I'm super easy to get along with, clean, respectful and responsible. Super busy, full time student at TAFE and I also have my spare time small business start up in fashion design and production. I don't smoke! happy to hang out with my housemate but also likes my own time, a room with secure car park. Cheers:)
