Perfect Art Deco garden apartment. Peaceful. Large living space. Newly furnished. Not a party house. Located near free Sydney Hopper, New Farm Park and cinema complexes. Walk to city. Internet can be added. Furnishings to bedroom can be added.
Looking to move to Brisbane early 2018. I am a full time working professional and I study a double degree by correspondence. Ideally would like to share a 2 bedroom place with one other person, preferably have our own bathrooms. I am neat and tidy most of the time and would never say no to a good glass of wine after a long day. My partying days are WAY behind me, so there's no need to worry about that!
What is not to love about New Farm?! Bars, shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, cracking views and all on your door step! The location is absolutely perfect, quite and calm with the hustle and bustle just a 2 minute walk away. SOLD ha. Oh and there's a cheeky little cafe around a 10 second walk. Suppose I need to talk through the apartment, it's a unique one that's for sure...it's spacious with two entertainment areas, all of the choices. And comes furnished...just not your bedroom! The kitchen area is pretty cool with stainless steal worktops, super easy to clean, all kitchen amenities at your disposal! Glasses seem to be gold dust in this apartment (aka get smashed) so feel free to BYO glasses :) You'll have your own bathroom with shower and bath, and obvs a toilet. Your bedroom is spacious, can fit a queen in there, with a 'walk in' wardrobe. Look, you can't really walk in it, but you could probably fit three people in there, four with a squeeze. unsure of why you would want to try and fit people in it, suppose its a good indicator of how big it is! There is an garage with a car parking space, happy for you to have this. Its electric gated as well, brucey bonus. The balcony is a fav. It's a cool space and great for having a few mates over for some wines and giggles if you so wish. The general ambience (always wanted to use that word in context) is chill, the place has a homely feel to it and the energy is really cool. Pretty clean and tidy, but look no real expectations around cleaning etc, just a case of getting it done in any spare time and cleaning up after each other, just the general respectful things of living with someone. That pretty much sums up the apartment! Couple of downsides, there is no washing machine, insert shocked face emoji. Believe it or not, there is legit no space for one, well, only one of those tiny camping ones. So I tend to take a trip to the launderette once a week, easy done. There is no aircon, but there is a good airflow. And, the bedroom blinds seem to let a fair bit of light in. Easy issue to fix up, I am cool with it, as I am an early bird anyway, but still, better to be transparent.
I am a new graduate veterinarian. I studied a B. Veterinary Science at the University of Sydney 2017. I have an advanced first aid certificate, am a member of St Johns Ambulance and have been working with children in after school care for 2 years (I have a current working with children's check WWCC) while juggling with uni. I am clean, responsible and social. I enjoy watching movies, binge watch tv shows, reading, yoga, baking and hiking. My achievements include eating 1kg of cheese, a whole cake and an entire pizza in one sitting. I will be starting a full-time job at Teneriffe/Woollongabba Vet Clinic in mid-Jan and am happy to live in suburbs that are within a 20 minute drive to my workplace. I do have a car and will need parking (off/on street is fine). Bonus if all utilities are covered in the rent because I don't want to think too hard about my finances hahaha.
Hello all, looking for a new place at the start of 2018. Currently living in Carina Heights with my two housemates but unfortunately we are all pursuing other adventures which leads me here. I'm looking for a place not too far from the city but I generally care more about being friends with who I live with then the place itself, even better if you have a dog. I work full time throughout the week and leave early in the morning. Im clean and tidy and although I like to hang out and chat with the people in my household, I know when to give each their own space. On weekends I like to chill out and have drink. I also create and play a lot of music but I'm not noisy and generally try to practice when people aren't home. That being said, If you don't mind the house being filled with good tunes and inside jokes then send us a message.
Hey! I'm an Electrical Engineer coming to Brisbane for my Masters Degree from UQ. Extremely friendly guy, easy going, super clean and love to go out and explore the city. Not a party guy sorry but like to hang out with friends and absolutely respect one's privacy. It would be nice to have a gym buddy. I can cook and also love swimming or go out for biking. Looking for flatemates male or female (doesn't matter but max 3) to share a flat or a property somewhere around 270pw all amenities included with separate bathroom and have a pool preferably. It's a new adventure for me so I'd like to live with cheerful & very friendly people so I don't get homesick :D PS: A cat is ok for a pet. I got dog allergy :( and open for team-up esp with students!
Hi all, I'll keep this short and sweet - I'm a quiet, self sufficient motivated individual seeking accommodation for a few months with likeminded people. I work Monday - Saturdays, 7:30am - 5pm and am in the early stages of a new found career. However, I do enjoy the odd cold beer/BBQ and spend weekends (when I take the Saturday off) surfing and exploring both the North & South Coast. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact myself at any time.
Heal Street is in a great location near the city, cafes, bus stops, New Farm park and much more! As the house is already set up you won't have to worry about appliances or anything of that kind. The room up for rent is one of the bigger rooms in the house offer high ceilings, big windows and plenty of space. There is also a backyard with a clothes line, outdoor table and barbecue.
Currently working at General Pants and studying BCI & IT at QUT. In my spare time, I'm a photographer, visual artist and graphic designer. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Always keen for a few bevs but am still respectful of others if that's not your thing. Also got a couple of consoles if you're game enough to vs me. Love all things music and love going to live gigs, unfortunately I'm not musically gifted with instruments but that's why I've got Caitlin. Caitlin is a guitarist and singer who occasionally plays gigs in Brisbane, and if successful may serenade you. Caitlin is originally from Ireland and is studying Primary Education at QUT while working at Zara. Caitlin and I are looking for a share house with a couple of 20-something year olds who are quite social but still understand and respect personal space.
Hi! i'm a 27 y/o male working full time in the city. I'm looking for someone of similar interests to share an apartment with near the city. Little bit about me: I'm pretty easy going and sociable. I'm neat and tidy, and hates a dirty kitchen. I'm a responsible guy who respects space and privacy. I pay my rent and bills on time, you'll never have a problem with that. Not much of a going out person, but doesn't mind loud weekend nights in. I love eating out, or just spending too much money on Uber Eats.

Hi my name's Lauren, I'm a psychology student here in Brisbane and I work as a yoga teacher. I love all things yoga, nature, reading, music, socialising with friends and more. I'm a friendly person who enjoys conversation but also enjoys my own time. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of the people I am living with. I'm looking to find a compatible living arrangement and hope to meet you soon! :)
Hey future roomies, I (Louise) work in Fashion, in the head office of a clothing store my schedule is generally 9-5 Monday to Friday. My partner Cameron is a bartender working weekends in the Valley. Both study during the week, Cam Interior Design and me Psychology. We are easy going, considerate in regards to cleaning and privacy, we generally keep to ourselves but love a social chat or drink. Every now and again enjoy time to ourselves chilling out and binge watching a current netflix addiction.
Looking for a place to share with people around my age! I'm 25, work full-time and am really friendly! I'm very clean/organised but also love a wine on the balcony or a BBQ. I currently live in Kelvin Grove with 3 girls. One is moving interstate, and the others in with their boyfriends. Looking forward to meeting new roomies :).
Full time software dev, looking for friendly people to live with! I fancy myself as outgoing and am always up for a chat. Looking for somewhere nice and quiet, though still close to the city and other facilities.
Hey folks. My names Julian and I have an unfurnished room available in a massive apartment I'm currently living in by myself in New Farm. Its in Moreton Street which is 2 streets down from the Cinema and about a 2 minute walk from the park and river. Rent is $265 per week. Has your own bathroom right next to the room (has a washing machine in which we would need to share but that's no biggy ) free cable TV and internet, electricity costs of $15 per week. The apartment has loads of light and is very breezy in the summer - you pretty much don't need aircon even though the main living area has one. Room has ceiling fan and loads of cupboard space. Massive kitchen and large balcony running the length. There's also a lockup garage downstairs which I rarely use for storage ( apartment is well established with furniture ) Is on a very relaxed leafy street 2 minutes walk from New Farm village and bars cafes etc.. If you are reliable with the rent, don't take yourself or others too seriously and don't need to be asked to clean up after yourself then this is a great place to live.
