A little bit about myself, I hold a PhD in Engineering from the University of Newcastle and am currently employed full-time at a mining company and I will soon be starting a new role as a Senior Engineer at a company in Honeysuckle, which is why I am seeking a residence close to that area. I am single, with no dependents or pets. I have been living in my current home for over five years, and both my real estate agent and landlord can provide references for any property I apply for.
