Currently in my 4th year of uni studying Secondary Education, working as a casual teaching. I love going to the beach, hanging with my partner and friends, and love meeting new people. I really value a clean and tidy space, always up for a chat and keen to hang, but I also love my solo down time. I am having to leave my current rental as the owners haven't offered the option to renew :(. The timing of this is quite unfortunate for me as I am embarking on the final stage of my degree. Because of this I am eager to attain a flexible lease, ideally looking in the 6 month range. I can offer updated appliances and some furniture if needed, and a 2 month advance in rent. I have lived in many share houses before and I am well versed with respecting others' privacy and keeping a clean and tidy home.
