I don't drink or smoke, I am not a TV watcher, but I read and listen to podcasts My main requirement in a place is I need to be online for study, and I need somewhere to set up a desk with a couple of PCs and a couple of bookcases. I prefer living with quieter people, I don't mind pets (unless you're a fan of snakes or spiders) but I don't have any, I am not a great cook, but an enthusiastic one I am pretty flexible about all options, if the place, the company, or the deal is good enough.
