Hey! I'm an easy going, enthusiastic and positive guy working full time. Looking for some cool, like-minded people to live with. I love to get out and explore and am always down for a few social drinks. I'm laid back, reliable, love to cook, and enjoy the company of others.

There is small amount of space for storage if you need it. The living area has our TV set up with DVD player which your welcome to use. This property is close by to a local shopping district including Coles, cinemas, pub, chemist, etc. Public transport is also available at very close proximity with buses and train. Parking is available on street or in garage. Smoking is permitted only on balcony with glass door shut as no smoking is permitted inside what so ever. No pets allowed what so ever due to real estate. The room... The room is a pretty regular sized room you can fit a double bed, dresser and small desk quite comfortably. The room comes with built in wardrobes and is unfurnished. Bills.... We have unlimited adsl2 internet and electricity which will be split between housemates fairly. E.g - 1 extra person = split two ways, couple = split three ways You will be required to go through the application process to be able to be accepted. The bond required for this is $620 and Rent is paid on a fortnightly basis.
I have an unfurnished bedroom (with own ensuite) available in my two-bedroom Newmarket apartment. The apartment is brand new with contemporary finishes and is very low maintenance. The apartment has fully ducted air-conditioning and the available room also has a ceiling fan. The room has it's own ensuite (which has never been used) and a built in robe. The property is in a fantastic location in a quiet area: 500m to the recently upgraded Newmarket Shopping Precinct; 500m to Newmarket Train Station; 250m to Enoggera Road; 3km to QUT 4km to Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital etc. The common area in the apartment is not overly spacious so I'm looking for someone who is neat, tidy and respectful. Ideally, I'd like someone who is seeking Monday-Friday accommodation (i.e., quite often not around/busy on weekends) but all enquiries are more than welcome. Rent includes internet, but other bills will be divided equally. The room is only available until 1 July 2018 at this stage (as this is when my lease ends).
I'm a clean, indapendant country town girl moving to the big smoke for Uni. My favourite things are live music, adventuring with friends and animals. I believe I'm easy to get along with and would be great to live with because I'm motivated but also laid back at the same time.
Hello. My name is Giulianna, 25 years old, vegan, studying cookery in the city for now, but i am about to finish it in March. I am looking for a private room in a chill house with nice and relaxed flatmates. If there is any pet i am happy as well! I am also looking for a house, close to nature. I do not smoke, i am a clean and relaxed person. A quiet and relaxed house and flatmates is the ideal.
This is a fully furnished granny flat with its own deck. It was newly furnished 8 months ago great for a student the electricity and water are included and internet also. It is walking distance from Bus, Train, Movies, Shops, swimming pool. It is a great area close to everything including the city. Close to Kelvin Grove, QUT.
I'm a kind, considerate and tidy chick who loves to socialise but also likes my own space. I enjoy being outdoors, but as i'm studying, it's highly likely you will find me with my head in a book... but feel free to pull me away for fun days/evenings/nights. I currently work in childcare.
We have doggos! Haha But really, super convenient spot in regards to public transport with the major Newmarket bus stop just down the road and the train station very close also. Coles, gyms, cinema, and other stores all very close by also (mabye 4 minute walk down the road) House is very close to the node so we have pretty fast and stable internet. Also air conditioning. The real estate we deal with (place property graceville) is extremely nice and diligent with any repairs or requests we have so that's also a plus. Room is roughly 4.5m by 3m. Comes with free desk if you want it.
I am a 24 year old cafe manager from North Queensland with two small furbabies (one cat and one chihuahua x foxy) both well behaved and quiet, and lovely companions for a household. My doggo comes with me to work every day so you will have mornings alone :) I'm not a party animal but I don't mind a sneaky weeknight wine and board game night or a weekend adventure. I love to cook and bake so there will always be something for those sweet tooth's. I Also love reading, yoga, hiking, sewing, painting, and knitting (I'm pretty much an old lady ok) I'm neat, clean and laid back, and would like to find like minded housemates who I get along with :) Lets meet up for a chat/coffee Rose
Myself and my lovely roommate are looking for another wonderful soul to join us in finding a new rental. We are hoping to move into something a little bigger than our current apartment at the end of our lease in early March. We're easy going, clean and both work full time at the moment. We're hoping to find a place for no more than $500 a week around the Windsor, Lutwyche, and Grange areas in North Brisbane.
Hi there! My names Darcy, I’m from the country and I’ll be 18 in March. I’ll be studying visual art and creative writing at QUT this year, so I’m looking to live somewhere near Kelvin Grove. Anywhere from where I can walk to and from the campus, or take public transportation would be great! I’m a clean, relaxed and respectable person that really loves music and everything about it, as well as art and exploring new places. I also like to watch lots of different films and have a good time that ends in good laughs. I do smoke cigarettes on occasion, however, I prefer to smoke away from people and outside, so I hope that won’t be a bother.
- Furnished house (bar room to rent) - Air con in lounge / living area - Fan in room - Shared Bathroom - Internet included and have had Netflix in the past and can reconnect. - Large backyard - 5 minute walks to everything - Coles, Newmarket Hotel, Newmarket Train Station, Local parks and tracks - Rad coffee machine - Two legendary Border Collies - Off Street Parking
This is a quiet neighbourhood, close to the bus and train for easy access to the city. It's only 5 minutes walk to the local pool, Newmarket Shopping Centre and new cinemas (and Newmarket Pub). The flat is neat and tidy. Furnishings in your room are optional. There is a desk, drawers and King Single bed available.
I am 26 years old and currently work full time as a Social Worker in the Valley. I am reliable, super easy going, friendly and courteous. I love spending my time off out and about; the beach, hiking, going to markets, brunching, hanging out at new farm park and picnics with friends. By night i love to cook at home and watch a good netflix series with a glass of vino or seek out a new bar with delicious food and drink. I have flat shared for a number of years now and always love getting to know my housemates. I enjoy being out and about and love meeting new people - however in saying that I am not a party person and will always respect the home and your space too :)
Hii! I'm currently living and working in the Gold Coast. I will be a full time student soon as I just got accepted to QUT! Looking to move around Kelvin Grove or even a bit further but is easily accessible by public transpo as I dont drive... yet 👀. Im pretty chill, easy going and will keep shared space tidier than my room. Although I am not some one who is anal about cleanliness, a clean kitchen and bathroom is important to me. So I am looking for a place that doesn’t mind being kept decently clean through collective effort. Other than that, nothing else I'd mind! I hope to be friends or we can strictly just be roomies—whatever floats the boat! Move date is flexible altho looking to move before the semester starts in February 19. I can extend my length of stay to 1 yr with the right place. So hit me up!! pls. 😚
Hi, The lease on my current apartment has ended and i'm jumping at the opportunity to live with some interesting new people and make my commute to work a little easier. I work as a designer at a local garment printer four days a week and fit in some photography work on the side for an online journal. I'm interested in living with professional creatives, but I would honestly enjoy living with people who are productive and passionate about whatever they're doing in life. I like to keep a clean communal area (which shouldn't even have to be said) though my own space will fluctuate from cluttered to ocd clean. I spend most of my weekends with my girlfriend and/or catching up with friends. In my downtime I read, take photographs, take care of my plants, play games or draw. - Patrick
We are a french couple, working full time in hospitality. We are tidy, easygoing and quiet. We like to cook, being outdoor and enjoying a drink to relax after work. We are looking for a place to stay between 6 weeks and 2 months. Cheers.
Very active person pretty laid back. I'm involved heavily in Paralympic Soccer and helping other young kids with disabilities coaching them as well. I love to hang out grab a drink and chill out most weekends or chill out for a night in! But also very mindful of when you need your privacy and such. I’m looking for somewhere where it’s in the middle of everything and has got good public transport system for me to get to work and save driving from time to time.

So now I’m currently trying to make the move from Toowoomba back to brisbane. I enjoy living a healthy active lifestyle. Many of my interests and hobbies are sports such as cricket rugby league and basketball. I consider myself to be chilled out and a good bloke.
