Hey I'm steph! I'm 21 years old and working full time at H&M chadstone in Melbourne. I’m looking to transfer to Brisbane in the near future and hopefully share a place with someone easy going like myself (works confirmed it’ll be January at the latest) I’m laid back, clean (maybe not in my own bedroom) and easy to get along with. I spend my days either at work, in my room reading or out with friends or family. I’m not a loud or disruptive person and most of the time you wouldn’t even know I’m home. I’ve spent the last year living alone and tend to do my own thing. I’m really social and want to feel like my house is a home so I’d want to get along with my flat mates and be able to watch a movie or have a glass of wine from time to time but looking to move in with someone who won’t judge my laziness/eating habits. I have a cat named Thea she is less than 1 year old. She’s very friendly and social. Good for cuddles or if you aren’t into cats she would be happy to just hang with me. She’s very easy to love, easy to look after and only naughty on occasion. She would be fine with other pets after a warm up introduction but she’s got a pretty laid back personality so I wouldn’t see any problems. I’d be working full time and visiting family on the Sunshine Coast most weekends so just need somewhere I’ll be comfortable and feel at home :)
I'm an easygoing and friendly chick 😊 21 years old, I study and work - both in the CBD Happy to be social with you but am also laid back and will respect your personal space. Very clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! Usually busy throughout the week with work and uni, and most weekends I stay over at my boyfriends place or am out and about with friends Looking to move in with like-minded and friendly housemates with positive fun vibes around end-September into inner-city Northside/Westside fringe suburbs Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match 😊
This property is in a great spot! The Newmarket Village is just around the corner, literally 1 minute walk. It has a cinema, pub, Coles and plenty of places to eat. There are parks at the end of the street and access to a major bike path. The train station is approximately a 5 minute walk away and the 345 bus stops at the Newmarket Village every 15 minutes making it very handy to get to QUT Kelvin Grove, the city or the Cultural Centre. It is a spacious property that is fully furnished. The bedroom that is available has a bathroom that has dual access. Both bathroom doors are lockable so if you just lock the one to the main landing it becomes a private ensuite. It also has a built in wardrobe and a private balcony. The bedroom can come partially furnished with a bed, bed side tables and a shelf or it can be empty. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living area is air conditioned. Unlimited wifi internet is included in the rent and all other bills would be split equally such as electricity and water. There is a garage and visitor parking so there is some availability for off street parking but there is always plenty of street parking. For any other information please inquire.
I have just graduated from QUT and have recently started a full time job in the city. I have lived in share houses for the past 3 and a half years so know the value of personal space but also having a good relationship with those you live with. I am friendly, easy going and tidy and looking to live with someone who is similar. In temporary accommodation at the moment so looking to move in somewhere soon.
A bit about me.. my name is Felicity, I’m 27 and I’ve recently moved from Melbourne. Currently living with a friend of mine in Bracken Ridge, she has recently found a job interstate so I’m hoping to find somewhere a bit closer into town! Im currently working full time in Property Mgmt out in Murrarie, I love to go to gigs, art shows, getting out into nature and the occasional festival. Ideally hoping to also find roommates who don’t mind sharing a meal and chats over a few drinks! I’m generally a pretty low key person, stay at home most nights during the week and then spend my weekends out and about with friends. I’m not a massive party person but go out every now and again, would love to find a place I can invite a friend or two over to for a few drinks once in a while. Safe to say I think I’ve experienced the whole spectrum of sharehousing. Have lived with friends, strangers and on my own so I’m very well house trained.. Have had some awful sharehouse experiences myself so I’m hoping to find housemates who are respectful considerate and tidy. Im pretty relaxed and am not crazy clean but I always try to make sure I leave a tidy space for the next person.. :) Aiming to move around 15th of September
Hello! :) This modern townhouse is a two minute walk to Newmarket Shopping Village, where you will find all the essentials such as a Coles supermarket, a BWS, post office and Newmarket hotel/pub. In addition Newmarket Shopping Village has a brand new cinema complex. It has a large range of cheap eats and some brand new restaurants - sushi train included! It is also a short 5 minute walk to Newmarket train station (which is on the ferny grove train line); and from there an 8-10 minute train ride to central station! It is also close to QUT Kelvin Grove and Suncorp Stadium - so great for QUT students! The room available is located on the second floor of the townhouse and is a large north facing room, which gets plenty of sunlight and has a large north facing balcony attached -- complete with outdoor furniture that I am happy to provide. The room has a large built in wardrobe, an air-con unit, and an en-suite with a bath/shower, toilet and bathroom vanity + mirror. The rest of the house (the downstairs area) is fully furnished, with a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, couches, a large flat screen TV, air-con, dining table, a BBQ, a large outdoor dining set, and a clothes line - all of which you are welcome to use. The townhouse also features a large grassy courtyard (which is maintained as part of the rent). Essentially all you need to provide is a bed! - although I do have a spare mattress and bed which you are welcome to use if needed. There is also a downstairs toilet and single garage which is vacant. There is also plenty of storage space available in the garage. Guest/visitor off-street parking is available - if you want to invite friends over for a BBQ etc.. The total weekly rent is $400 for the property -- so the total of $230/week (as advertised) includes rent and all bills i.e. Telstra WIFI (high speed), electricity, water. Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay $200 towards rent, and split bills as they come up I am happy with that arrangement. Please note I am willing to haggle to a point - so if you like the property; please feel free to arrange a time to check it out. Be quick! :) All I would ask is if you were to move in if you could please provide me two weeks notice if you decide to leave; or two weeks rent if you wish to leave immediately -- simply so I have time to find a new flatmate :)

Hello! I'm looking to rent a fully fenced house with a back yard for my lil fella Benji (8ish year old Border Collie cross) preferably in the inner northern suburbs and close to a train station. Benji is a trained indoor dog but I work in the CBD Mon-Fri roughly 8-6 so need somewhere with a yard that he can hang out in while I'm slaving away for the government. I enjoy reading, hanging with my pals, and eating family sized bags of chips on a Friday night. I don't smoke but will have a drink every now and then. Looking to live with 1-2 chill people who are tidy, friendly, know how to recycle and won't judge my weekend eating habits. Also Benj doesn’t like to share so I’m looking for somewhere/someone that doesn’t already have a dog or cat. I’m open to teaming up and finding our own house as well. Hmu if you love a good Queenslander!

Hi! I am a Canadian pastry chef on a working holiday. I have recently been hired on to manage a company's new pastry kitchen and I am looking for some flatmates. A bit about me, I am friendly and love a chat, so I would love to be in a house that is a bit social with eachother. I will be working a lot during the week (relatively early mornings) but on the weekend usually I fill my time in the outdoors, and I am also keen for the occasional drinks. I am very clean and respectful, I have lived in a lot of shared accommodation before so I know how to respect boundaries and keep the place pleasant for all. I also like to cook :) I am flying back to Brisbane August 22nd and am keen to get into a place ASAP. I am flexible on length of stay as I do intend on being in Brisbane at least 9 months. Cheers!

Andres is a PhD student at QUT. He is originally from Colombia but lived for a long season in Germany. He now speaks Spanish, English and German and has traveled across five continents. He is a very responsible guy committed to his work. In his free time, he likes to play with electronic gadgets and go outdoors for some rollerblading, parkour or slack-lining. Diana is a biomedical engineer from Colombia. She was working for a latinamerican-leading biomedical company but chose to take a break to improve her English and travel a bit around Australia. She is a bit of a gym-junkie and likes to cook delicious Colombian dishes in her free time.
Tidy, easy going and respectful. I work part time and study full time at QUT. I’ve lived with roommates of all different nationalities so love meeting new people
I am an International student, came from Indian and studying at UQ. An engineer by profession and photographer by passion. Cooking delicious cuisine is my weakness and I got this from my mom who is a culinary expert. I am a decent human being who loves to live in a quiet environment and hanging out with friends occasionally. My weekends are quite boring due to study load but I love to go fishing when I have a day off.
About the house: A homely and spacious duplex located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the creek. The living area is large with an open kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs. There's a quaint yard at the back with ample room for the laundry and just chilling. The garage is currently used as a storage space. We have one designated parking space (free for you to use) for this property. About the room: The advertised room is 3.7m x 3.7m in dimensions and comes with an aircon, an in-built closet space with a hang-rail and a rack on top. The bathroom is shared with only one other housemate. This shared bathroom has a shower, a bath tub and a toilet together. There's also a small, common closet upstairs for extra storage. An additional toilet is located downstairs next to the laundry room. Getting around: It's an 8 to 10 min walk to ALDI and the main bus stop from where you can catch the 345 or the 390 to get to the the city (10-12 mins). The Newmarket Village is also nearby. Misc.: Water bills are included in the rent and there's no gas bill as the cooking range is electric. The electricity bills come out quarterly. Please understand that this is not a party house. **this is a mostly unfurnished house so the furniture and all the stuff in the pictures will be gone soon. Hey everyone, my name is Chris! I'm a 34 year old shift worker in an Intensive Care Unit. I'm in the market to find a new place to call home as my current roommate is looking to move interstate. Ideally I'd like somewhere within 3km of the city in a clean, fun and social share house. I enjoy long romantic walks to the Nespresso machine and am mildly obsessed with dogs. I'm prompt with bills, enjoy spending time with my roommates while also respecting their space, and love spontaneous beach trips as much as I do Netflix and chocolate.
