Hi! I am looking for a 1-2 people to move into a house with me. I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog, and we come as a pair so if you aren't happy living with a dog don't bother messaging me. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
Entertaining, social, clean, respectful, relaxed and easy to get along with. Australian- back from a few years away for work and travel. Now working fulltime at Bowen Hills. I'm very active, constantly out and about and very social. At the same time I respect privacy and everyone's right to their own time and space. I cook, clean, happy to spend time with housemates.

Keen on meeting up if you think we'd gel!!
Hi there My name is Alex and I am looking for a place to live for long term. I am a civil engineer working full in the research and consultancy sector. I work Monday to Friday. On weekend I like to go out and meet with friends (typical stuff). Also in my free time I like to go to the gym and do some Karate as well as going for a couple of drinks. I am easy going, friendly and sociable. I always up to to catch up after work or just relax, also to have my own space to relax. Moreover, I am organised and clean so no worries about messiness. Finally, I hope to hear from you soon. Cheers BTW Rent can be flexible depending of the place ;)
RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES and a KING SIZE ROOM! The room is part of a totally self contained, furnished, modern, two bedroom apartment located in a five bedroom house BUT there is only three people living in the house at any one time as that gives everyone heaps of room and privacy. In the downstairs flat(where this king sized room is located)you have your own entrance, ensuiteair conditioning, high ceilings and heaps of built in wardrobe space(and more in the actual apartment if needed) but share the kitchen, dining, lounge rooms and laundry. The kitchen has everything that you could want or need including a big refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Off-street parking is available. You also have the use of a wonderfully quiet totally private back garden where wild life abounds as it overlooks an amazing gully and forest like environment - but yet only 4.5kms from the CBD. Great place to come home to and relax. Please see the photos. Neighbourhood overview: The neighbourhood is quite exclusive, very safe and very quiet. You are within walking distance of Wilston Village and both Newmarket, Alderley and Stafford City Shopping centres. Transport: Both bus and train to the CBD are within 5-10 minutes walk from the house. 12 minutes by train to Central Station in the city. Easy bus ride to both the Royal Brisbane Hospital and QUT (Kelvin Grove) Other things to note: All utilities are included in the rent except WIFI although WIFI is available in the house. The bedroom is currently furnished but could also be let unfurnished, as is the apartment is furnished but could also be unfurnished!
Fabulous property with really quiet aspect in a secure suburb only 10 minutes from the city by train. Also bus stop close by too. You have a superb private back deck and yard with garden. Fabulous environment, very unusual in these days of heavy density!
This is a lovely household in Newmarket, shared with two females in their mid-twenties. We live in a clean, modern townhouse with a leafy courtyard at the front. The house reaps lots of natural light and a lovely breeze upstairs. We also have a dishwasher and air conditioning downstairs. The rent is very reasonable, and the house is in a prime location within walking distance to plenty of takeaway food, cafes, a Coles supermarket, Wray organic and the farmers market at Kelvin Grove. It’s about 30 seconds walk to the nearest bus stop and five minutes to the Newmarket train station which gets you to the city within 10 minutes. We are also less than 10 minutes away by bus to QUT Kelvin Grove campus and La Boîte Theatre. It’ll take you just 10 minutes to get to the city by car, traffic pending, and there’s plenty of street parking and a secure (undercover) car space which you'll probably get all to yourself! The room itself is a decent size with a (mirrored) built in wardrobe, large window and ceiling fan. It can easily fit a queen size bed, desk and other furniture with plenty of floor space. It has direct access to the bathroom which is shared by one other person. The room can come furnished (for cheap) or unfurnished - it's up to you! The move in date is ideally on or before 1st August 2017. Unfortunately this is not a pet friendly house. * The photo of the room is not the actual furniture it comes with! If you choose to take it furnished, the room comes with a queen bed and mattress, a bedside table and a selection of drawers / shelves. It's also fine if you already have your own furniture.
I'm a mature minded, easygoing and respectful housemate. Always up for a chat and drinks but also respectful of others and privacy. Have just returned to QLD after living in Perth for 2.5yrs while studying. Currently working retail in the city but will be looking to start working in my chosen field soon. Love to escape the city when I can and get some fresh country air. Looking for a place with car parking off street, preferably covered, and room for my queen bedroom suite.
My name is Tempany and I'm a 21 year old Naturopathy student. I'm currently looking for a place to live, preferably close to the CBD, where I both study and work. Only interested in having my own room, but not too fussy with sharing a bathroom as long as you're clean. My budget is 150 p/w and I'd prefer a place that is fully furnished. I'm friendly, laid back and social so I'd love to be able to get to know you on a personal level. I'm very clean, quiet, responsible and respectful. I'm usually very busy with work, study and my social life, so you will hardly know I'm there most of the time. Would love to to catch up for a coffee before anything is organised. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! I also make a mean lasagne..
Just a couple of mates looking for a roommate or two to cohabitate with. We love a good chat and the old casual drink on the weekends. Both muso's, foodies and lovers of all things furry (your pet is more than welcome). We both work full time - Toby as a chef (cooks great food and always shares), Jamaya in an office job. Jamaya also studies nights at QUT during the week. We're functioning adults who clean up after themselves and all that. Hit us up if you're interested in gaining a couple of good mates. We'd love to meet up for a coffee/beer to discuss the details 😊 Budget of $175 each
