Hey there! I currently live in Holland Park with the greatest housemates possible but sadly I have to leave as the original tenant of my room (their brother) is moving back to Brisbane. I'm 19 and have a beautiful young staffy named Lacie, who is toilet trained and cleaned up after regularly. I work for myself in the adult industry, I drink some weekends and sleep a lot. I'd prefer to live with someone who is also bubbly and young :)
Hey guys, we are in need of a new housemate for our cosy townhouse at Newmarket. Located within walking distance to Newmarket shops and QUT University its the perfect location for students. The room has enough space for a double bed, bedside table, desk and chest of draws as well as a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space.
COUPLES WELCOME BEDROOM: The bedroom on offer is the largest/main bedroom of the house. It is a huge room, for example- it is currently holding a chest of drawers, a study desk, bedside table, king bed and a clothes holder with space to spare! LIVING ROOM: The rest of the house is furnished but other furnishings are welcome! Our living room holds a dining table, two couches, TV, playstation console and a wii console that is communal and anyone is welcome to use these amenities. We also have Stan (like Netflix but with a bigger range of movies/shows) that is free for anyone to use. KITCHEN: Our large kitchen has plenty of space for you to cook up a storm! We have a toaster, kettle, microwave and an oven/grill for use. All pots and pans are communal. You will also get your own cupboard shelf for your food. BATHROOM: The top drawer will be your own to store all your bathroom items! Toilet paper and cleaning items are kept in the larger storage space. LOCAL AREA: Our huge three bedroom property is directly across the road from Newmarket Village which has Coles, Chemists, Doctors and restaurants at service. There's also a 7/11 within walking distance and Aldi is 10 minutes up the road. There are bus stops outside our house that go directly to Kelvin Grove university and directly into the Brisbane CBD. Snap Fitness gym is literally two doors down from our house and is open 24 hours. FINANCIAL: Your share of the bond will be $466.66 which will be released back to you when the lease has ended. Rent is $117 per person p/w. Unlimited internet is $20 per person p/m. Electricity and gas come every three months which is divided equally.
26yo nurse that works in cancer care. Friendly and easy going. I clean up after myself and always tidy. Always up for a chat, yet respectful if you want your space. If I'm not working I'm either at gym, or at the beach with my dog. Not a huge partier, rather stay in with a glass of wine and watch Netflix. I have an indoor 2yo cavoodle that is extremely friendly. Must be pet friendly. Would be ideal to move in with someone that has a dog for them to keep each other company. Please feel free to message me. 😊
Hey! I'm looking to move out within the next few weeks, ideally as soon as possible, before 1st of October :) Preferably all bills included and great Internet, if bond is flexible that would be even better, but I am pre approved for a bond loan if required. Furnished with a desk would be great! I'm currently successfully self employed as a Virtual Assistant and on newstart payments while looking for fulltime work (or making my business full time) after moving back from Melbourne in March. I will be working from home but no clients visit so a desk in my room would be helpful. If you are interested let me know, I'm clean and tidy and respectful of my surroundings. Im a quiet person, I don't party and I'm not noisy, hoping to find a place that welcomes friends over for dinner once in a while. Thanks!
8 North st. has always been an awesome place to live. Its 10 minutes from the city and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Massive backyard with heaps of space for gardening as well as a great fire pit. There is heaps of on street parking and 3 spaces to park on the property. Great place for anyone whos wants a laid back lifestyle.
Currently working and studying full-time in accounting. I am a very easy going social person, who (when not tied to the desk studying) loves to get out and catch up with friends, lunching or with an occasional drink. I keep a pretty active lifestyle and am always tidy. Current lease ends in the first week of October, though may be happy to come to an earlier arrangement if the place is right.

I'm easy going, friendly, clean and an extremely positive person. I work full time but I love to spend time on weekends cooking, shopping and the occasional night out! I'm looking to move closer to work and out of home. I'm fairly flexible with a move date but mid-November is ideal. I currently don't have a pet but I'm looking at getting a cat when I do move out.
I have just returned from a 2 year working holiday in New Zealand which was fantastic! I was born in Brisbane. Currently looking for work but can pay rent (I am not on benefits). I don't smoke, I am clean and super tidy. I am also a minimalist and cannot live with clutter but as I have quite a bit of stuff in storage I'm looking for a granny flat of my own. I've tried to change the settings on my profile but it didn't work so my apologies if you were searching for a flatmate. Am pretty quiet and not a big fan of loud TVs but do occasionally enjoy a 'singfest' (private karaoke) when no one else is around. I am also a bit 'anal' about turning off lights, stand-by items etc. as I detest waste plus it saves electricity. Hot days and particularly nights I find hard to cope with so if there is air-conditioning I will use it but I try to keep to a minimum as it is expensive. Another reason why I like to turn off electrical items that aren't being used, keeping cool at night so I can sleep is more important. I have a reference from a previous rental property (Brisbane), plus police check dated 2015 which I needed for work in NZ as well as a NZ police check dated 2016. That's me in a nutshell.
A cheap room available in a great location from the 19th of September! The place is a classic old Queenslander. It's less than five minutes walk from Coles, Grill'd, Sushi Edo, and Dominos. The bus stop is just down the road, and the train station is about a 10 minute walk. If you drive, it's 15 minutes from the city, and 25 or so by bus. All this for only $116.67 a week! Bills are split evenly, and we don't pay for water, so it's only power and gas. Internet is $20 per month for unlimited data. The place is pet friendly, but not fenced and no fly screens, so as much as we love them, I don't recommend it for doggos or inside only cats, unless you're willing to modify the house. Bond is four weeks rent.
I'm looking for a social house :) Preferably more nerdy than a party house. I like board games, sci fi, and making stuff with yarn. I'm goth and a night owl, but I try not to keep people up with loud music. I'm a Master's student studying Public Health at QUT Kelvin Grove , and receive Youth Allowance from Centrelink. I've never been late on rent, and I prefer to have bills included so I don't stress. I clean up after myself most of the time, but due to chronic illness I have days where I am only well enough to rinse off a plate and deal with it later. I've got my own furniture, and any room needs to fit a double bed, and few other things like a coffee table and small drawers. Oh, and no smoking and no drugs please.

I will be looking for a room to rent in late November, I am a 24 year old receptionist, work full time and a range of shifts which keeps me busy, I have a lovely little sharpei (dog) who is very relaxed and Independent but loves a pat and a play when it suits.
Hi, We are a professional couple who are moving into our campervan for 6 months to save up money to go travelling. We are looking ideally for a yard to park the van in for 4 nights every week (while we are at work in the city) while we stay in it and a clean bathroom to use. We will be gone on weekends. We are open to renting a room in a share house but would prefer to stay in our little home. Despite moving into a van we are a very normal couple! Laid back and just want somewhere reasonably quiet to lay our heads during the week. If you are looking for some way to subsidise your rent then it would be perfect! Please feel free to get in touch - our van won't be complete for a few months so we are looking to move around Dec/Jan and are flexible. Cheers! Kelsey and Luke
Quiet, clean, active and easy going. I work in IT, am an audio engineer and musician. Lover of American classic cars and vintage motor cycles. Owner of a fighting fish and chihuahua who does not bark and is house trained. I enjoy cooking, cleaning and sport. Can tell you all about the Ghost In the Shell universe and what chilli is best used in 😊 I would like to live alone but open to like minded people.
Looking for a place on Northside around Enoggera area and surrounding suburbs. I am a sociable person on weekends and don't mind a drink but i also enjoy my own time especially during the week as i work full time. Looking to move mid November as that's when my old lease ends.
