As a marine engineer, I work a roster of 4 weeks on/4 weeks off. If I'm not working away for 4 weeks, I am home running my electrical contracting business part time, traveling, socialising or just taking it easy. Currently I lead a healthy lifestyle but do relax the rules for certain occasions. I am good with people and pets, and wouldn't mind a place with a pool as I haven't had that luxury option in the past, but it isn't crucial. Recently renovated four bedroom house in Newmarket. Two rooms are currently available, both with walk-in robes and air-conditioning. There is great internet throughout the house and foxtel is in the main living room. The house is fully furnished apart from both bedrooms. If needed, there is a queen size bed for one bedroom, but this can be moved as well. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and Newmarket train station is about a 10 minute walk or a two minute drive. Newmarket shopping centre is about a five minute walk. There is a coles, cinema, restaurants, pub and other shops there. Our dogs spend a fair bit of time inside when we are home, so you would have to be okay with them being around and begging for pats...
