I am a clean person in shared areas, in my own I enjoy organised chaos, I love to cook when the mood strikes. I paint and am quite an introvert when home. I like to watch horrible tv shows and listen to music and chill (sometimes I sing hope that's okay.. especially when cooking) I am not a party animal, In fact I just got a job that's shift work in the city so I'll pretty much be asleep for life. I keep to myself but I do like to have a chat and a giggle with my house mates when I'm home. I do manage to be busy though so I'll pretty much live out of the house or in my room. As a side note though i am looking for a large room preferably. Very happy to team up in west or south eastern suburbs. Thanks for reading.
This is a lovely 3 bedroom, modern style 2-storey house with 2.5 bathrooms. -Fully furnished except for the room that is available. -Plenty of storage available -Close to Newport Station -Bus stop across the road -Internet already set up (less than $20pm each for unlimited) -Kitchen and laundry have all the usual amenities. -All bills are evenly split The room is upstairs, with double sliding mirrored cupboard doors. Whilst the place is furnished - we are happy to sub yours in if its an upgrade.
Hi, I'm Jono I'm 32 and I work in construction. I'm a pretty relaxed dude. Work big days during the week so like to chill out on weekend and catch up with mates. I come with a awesome Bulldog named Bam Bam. He is very well behaved and is an outside dog. But he doesn't mind coming in to watch some telly when he gets to. Anything els you want to know just ask 👍
Nice big double story town house with a separate kitchen, dining and living room area. Each with their own TV. There is one large bathroom with a shower/bath, separate toilet upstairs and small powder room downstairs. All essentials like two fridges, dish-washer, washing machine all here. None of the bedroom walls are touching Big garage which can be used to store some extra things. The house has central heating and air conditioning and close to the station! There is a small, very easy to maintain back yard.
Hello to each and every-one of you, who is taking the time to read my bio. I am gonna tell you, as it is; I am a great cook (but I am not a foodie, no way). I mean what is a, "foodie"?? The latest, "Trendy" word of the hour? Get out of here. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy heading into town, meeting up with friends, museums, movies, parks or just hang back at home and read a good book. I am outgoing, but on the flip side, hanging about home with any potential housemate/s, provided they wish to is just as chill. I love to spend time with friends, just as much; I enjoy forming/making new friendships. I am a very approachable, friendly individual and I am a great listener and I give as well as I get. I am well read, and proud of my educational/work achievements. I had the pleasure of Studying: Engineering and Law. My Engineering major was in Automotive/Aerospace. This allowed me, to Work and Befriend some of the brightest of people in the, Australian Engineering industry. Other things about me; well my Father is from Austria, whilst my Mother is from Turkey. The rest is for another day. Now to my point; "So Just Chill", cause I am, I am as cool as a cucumber, and do not sweat the small stuff (well, I try not to); What For? Anyways, to those who are reading my intro, I believe I’ve bored you plenty enough, or maybe not. Nonetheless, I now call an end to my intro, wishing all who read or do not; a Remarkable, Blissful, Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, Joyful, Imaginative, Momentous Life. I honestly hope you find what you are looking for in life, the thing that makes you "HAPPY", as well as those around you (your happiness, should not be as a result of someone else demise). Thank you in advance, for taking the time to read, take care and be well. Kindest of regards, Ken.
Easy to get along with and very helpful around the house. I enjoy socialising with my friends and am a huge music fanatic. I always bring the happy vibes to people around me and am accepting of everyone.
Hi I'm an outgoing, tidy 24year old moving to Melbourne to start a new job early August as a provisional psychologist. During the week I will be working full time hours and enjoy keeping active in playing touch footy and taking my dog running. I do try to be healthy, but some days the wine/beer/cheese gets the better of me. Enjoy the outdoors and going on adventures exploring Melbourne and love a good Netflix session.Currently looking to see if anyone would be interested in teaming up for a house since I've got all the furniture, otherwise I am also open to other arrangements. I will be working in the western suburbs, however would like to live in the inner suburbs with my 2 year old friendly staffy x husky dog if possible...Please get in touch if you're interested- hope to be down first week of August:)
I'm neat & tidy and employed full time. I work in customer service on a rotating roster so sometimes I like a sleep in and sometimes I'm out the door before the sun comes up. I do like to keep to myself mostly but can be quite sociable also. I'm not a party guy, but sharing a bottle of red over a good (veggie) meal is right up my ally. I'm Melbourne born & bred, newish to the west (moved this side from the south-east about 2 years ago). I'm ideally looking to live with people from any walk of life who want someone reliable and easy going to help them with rent & bills.
Bus routes at end of street, 3 mins via bus to Newport Station or a 15 minute walk. Quiet sharehouse with two males, one female. Parking space in garage or driveway. Room would be perfect for a student or someone with minimal furniture as it features a fixed king single bed and lots of built-in storage. Also includes built-in heater, two ceiling fans and lots of natural light through two large windows. Most amenities (washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking appliances, portable cooler etc) are available for use. Large back yard and patio. Large lounge, seperate dining room and car-port for outdoor storage. It is a spacious and uniquely designed home.
Private, friendly, clean, not too noisy, helpful, professional, great sense of humour. Always pay on time. I'm gainfully employed and going through a divorce at the moment so I need somewhere to live ASAP for 6mths min. I'm into music, Yoga, dining out, have my own TV, basic kitchen appliances, coffee machine. Bringing my own QS bed and a couple of smallish bookshelves. Also need a spot for my car. Thanks.
I am a highschool math and science teacher as well as a qualified yoga instructor. However, my practice has been pretty lax of late, but I'm always happy to guide you through a yoga session if you ask nicely. In my free time, I enjoy reading, Latin dancing and weekends away hiking. I love meeting new people and am always up for new adventures. Being clean and responsible is a given and I understand that consideration is the key to a harmonious and happy home.
Hi, I'm Tenisha and I'm looking for a room on the outer suburbs of Melbourne :). I'm 20 and I'm study music at JMC academy in Melbourne. I don't really need to find another place, I already live in a share house and all of my house mates are fine, but the house could be in better condition, so if I don't find anything else, it's not a big deal. I've never had a problem paying rent or bills and I've never paid them late. I do have a 9 month old kitten, she's a complete sweetheart but she's really shy. If that's a problem I can keep her at my dads though :) I play my guitar from time to time, enjoy going out with my friends but I'm not a party animal. I enjoy going to the pub for a drink and a meal and socialising with my house mates but do enjoy some alone time as well. If you think I'm the right housemate for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message :)
Greetings potential flatmates, The property offers 3 good sized UNFURNISHED bedrooms with BIR's (take your pick out of the remaining two) in a quiet neighborhood only a stones throw from both Yarraville and Williamstown. There are two bathrooms (although only one toilet) so you essentially get a bathroom to yourself. There are two huge football fields/parks directly across the road, as well as a basketball hoop if you're into your fitness/outdoors activities. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, however, if you're not a morning person (like myself) there are two bus stops at each end of the street that will run you straight up to Newport station and all the shops and cafes. There are also a few other shops and cafes within walking distance as well as the lovely Newport Lakes walking tracks/park just a stroll away. There is a washing machine, unlimited internet, air conditioning, ducted heating, foxtel etc (bills not included in rent). There is a little courtyard/deck out the back as well as a BBQ (which hopefully still works). Please note, the photos are the real estate photos, so naturally the place looks a little different.
Hey my names Mimi, I love animals, makeup, crotchet and cooking! I work ALOT! I am studying Creative Writing at RMIT. I moved to Melbourne in 2014. I have rented for years, so I know the ins and outs. I am a quiet person, so I like to read, write or watch netflix in my spare time, I also enjoy going on adventures around the city.
Hi im Andrew , I'm 24 and looking for a new place in a sharehouse. I believe I would be a good new roommate because I'm clean , friendly and like to make the place we live in a home and no just a house of individuals. Would be looking for fully furnished but could be ok with a unfurnished room if the rest of the house was furnished due to not having a lot with me clothes and a few small things. Also would like a place with 4 or less people in the house in total and people of a similar age but other than that I'm pretty flexible. Thanks for taking the time to read this and hope to hear from you.
I'm very friendly quiet, clean and tidy helpful and openminded -not your typical teen I know- happy to help garden, cook, clean, shopping pet care you name it I'm there to earn my keep. I enjoy sitting around with good company a good movie, book or game (pc/xbox,cuddles and or just an overall chat. ) I am looking for a place to escape to away from the various arguments and messes created by a disfunctional family,to focus on my studies and work. Do not have my full license so would prefer a place reasonably close to public transportation.
Great location - close to newport station and 17 min train ride to cbd. Quiet peaceful home close to williamstown beach and newport community village . Heating and aircondotioning large backyard House rules - no lounge as the room set up as my study and music room ( play ukesoftly and singing when flatmate out) - prefer no guests . Entertain outside home - no drugs or smoking -suit student or single person
I'm a good communicator and live by principles of mutual consent and mutual aid. I'm clean and tidy and always like to do my share of housework. I've just finished a Bachelor of Community Development. I'm looking to find some part time work and embark on a masters project in 2018 to look at the feasibility of setting up a tiny house intentional community. There is a lot of work to do to get myself organised for my research project in 2018 and this is the current focus. So I guess even though I am not formally studying, I am actually busy with getting everything lined up to commence the project. I am pretty much vegetarian and am passionate about social justice and the environment. My primary modes of transport are a bicycle and electric scooter.
(Plans to travel overseas 1 month during Sep-Oct 2017) 25 yo female, easy going, friendly, enjoys socialising and going out having a good time, also really enjoy my alone time, reliable, respectful to others and expect same respect back (in general, cultures, genders, sexuality etc), currently working casual/full time 9-5 weekdays in CBD, **will be my FIRST TIME moving out of home** so no rental experience but I believe I'll be a nice addition. Looking for a comfortable home-y vibe with other easy going people. Currently live in Sunbury so anywhere closer to the city and affordable is ideal for me. I have some furniture but if there is no room I have the option of leaving them at home (bed, dressing table, drawers, 2 couches, tv). Atm I am trying to relearn playing the keyboard in spare time but am not too loud or inappriopriate in making noise. Prefer a spacious room that can fit queenbed, some furniture and has a wardrobe, but am open to smaller spaces if good location/$. I have no specific move out date, but ideally wanting to move out soon (most likely end of July onwards).
