The best thing about this property is that it feels homely and comfortable. This two story town house is close to Williamstown and all the great cafes, pubs, restaurants & a nice cafe over the road from our place and several others near by. As well as a wide choice of restaurants, pubs & cafes, there are all types of other shops including clothing shops, book shops, banks and supermarkets etc. It is a 10 minute walk to the Williamstown shops. It is a 10 min walk to the train station and a bus stop is opposite the house. A cleaner comes every fortnight and a gardener once a month. There is a double tennis court over the road with night lighting and it’s a quick walk to the beautiful Williamstown beach. There are also great walking/cycling tracks to choose from and we are close to gymnasiums, indoor heated pools as well as Yoga & Pilates studios. All of our toilets are separate from the bathrooms, there is ducted heating and cooling throughout the house and there are balconies outside all of the bedrooms, there is also a secure lockup double garage with a remote operated roller door. The room available has plenty of natural light, a Queen sized bed with bed head and matching bedside tables, balcony with table and chairs, a T.V aerial wall socket and a wall shelving unit for photos etc. The house has two separate living area as well as a separate office/library. We do not take couples or extra pets.
