This is a brand new two story townhouse in Newport, where we are the first tenants to live in the house! We moved in only about a month ago. The appliances are all new and modern, and the house is furnished and has everything you need to get settled in. Newport has a chill, beachy vibe with the ocean and Williamstown only minutes away. The train station is 1.2km from the house, and takes 16mins to get into the city. The house has two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, with split system A/C in both bedrooms and living room. For laundry, we have a washing machine and a backyard with a clothesline. There’s a separate downstairs toilet and half bathroom. The bedroom can come unfurnished or furnished with a queen bed and mattress (less then a month old) for an additional amount. Let me know if you want to come by and check it out!

I'm looking to share a lovely workers cottage in Newport, with high ceilings, polished wooden floors, front garden and large backyard with firepit. It's 5mins walk to the train station, 22mins train to the city. It's connected to Optus cable wifi (unlimited), reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living space, separate laundry with washer and dryer. And there's a third spare bedroom with built in wardrobe which you can use to hang all your clothes!
Looking for an ideal place to call home for at least 6-12 months. I can provide a pet bond, and references if you need! I rise early, walk Taco, do ballet workout, shower, then head out. I'll be studying ballet in the city, an additional course, and working: hospitality, and animal rescue. We need a dog-friendly place where Taco will be treated like a member of the household. I'm training him to help take out the garbage, and German, cos he has the basics down. It'd be wonderful to cheer-up sick children in hospital, so I guess Taco will be working too haha ;p We're quiet, love having fun and sharing happiness lol I tend to do cute character voices for his amusement, so we definitely won't be ghosts, or strangers to you. However, I do enjoy my solitude - the most efficient way to get a lot of study done. Always pay rent and bills on time! Have done so for 8 years, worked since age 9. I'm ambitious, a hardworker. Only on hiatus til I find a place in Melbourne. But will definitely be back in town for meet and greets. Taco is house-trained. Pointer X. Excited to make new friends, and go on lots of adventures. We play catch, cos I'm an awesome parent, and he is so lovable you'll want to rescue every shelter dog! 💗 I take care of Taco 100% + clean as I go, all the usual stuff! I'm easy-going, enjoy good conversation, love to mess around and laugh, but who doesn't! Secure outdoor area. Private room. Anywhere 10 mins (1km) from a station is mint! If you're experienced, friendly and chill it'll be fun! Good communication✅ Boardgames? And if you're a guy, nothing weird please. Finding somewhere by June would be killer! Anything else, just ask Thanks♡☆ Luna and Taco ^_^🐾
I am Japanese female who lived in Mel since 1994 then moved to South America, then now am in Perth but I prefer Melbourne, so looking for my new home to move back to my hometown. I am clean and quiet, don't cook a lot but I like it sometimes. I don't smoke so I prefer to live with non-smoker too. I don't have a car so prefer the home close to train station, not only trams.
I am a 33 yo male fuel tanker driver from New Zealand. i have flated for the last 10 years in Auckland. in my spare time i like to go tot the gym, walking and listening to music.
Hi there! My cousin and I are both independent adults where we both share the same opinion about optimism and positivism. We want to achieve both our goals in life in a positive way and we empower and encourage everyone around us to be their own self and throw away all the negativity in life. We are both international students from the Philippines (you can expect goodies from back home or you can go with us for a vacation and visit the wonders & fun back home) and are both studying here for quite awhile, probably 2-3 years most. We're currently looking for jobs but you don't have to worry on how we pay rent (our parents kindly told us they'll pay for the few months while we are looking and searching for jobs). I can also assure that chores won't be a hassle as we also help participate in cleaning and all that jazz. We are pretty much flexible and let's work together to make our stay fun and positive all the way!! P.S. It would be nice too if its near a bus and train station since we both can't drive at the moment.
Hey all :) I'm Max, I am 24 years old and working full-time as a health professional in Williamstown. I'm easy-going, with a good balance between having chill time to myself and solid banter over a drink after a day's work. I'm a massive dog-spotting enthusiast, and in my spare time I'm either up in Ballarat, meal-prepping or spending time trying out cafes (does love a good coffee). If you're interested in a team-up feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks heaps Max
I never miss rent, I'm sociable without being annoying but just as happy to keep to myself as much as you'd like. I'm clean, tidy, reasonable with 99% of all share house issues, and my only pet peeve is a house mate that likes drama. All i want to do after a long day at work is come home and relax, whether that's with a house mate or just chilling doing my own thing. More than happy to help out and if my housemate doesn't have a car, there's no excuse too small that i won't use to go for a drive.
I am very easygoing, homely and have been house-sharing since 2014 Successfully in Perth and now Melbourne. Only looking to share with one other - either single parent (kid friendly), or mature person, and we would need two bedrooms in the Houseshare and I have full furniture etc. I also have a cute cat for snuggles. Looking to team up and find somewhere together which does take a little time to organise. have two well-behaved teenagers week-on/week-off who spend much of their time when home gaming. I work full-time in CBD out Mon-fri 7am - 6:30pm - enjoy my independence and often out walking/cycling or spending time alone writing / painting etc. so you get plenty of space.
I'm a nice, quiet, responsible guy who likes listening to music, watching tv and making music. I'm easygoing who enjoys both meeting new people and having a beer and keeping to myself. I'm open to living with people of all ages and cultures.
Located 1.3ks from the train station and 50 meters from the bus stop with easy on street parking. 15-20 minute train ride into the city and close to parks, shops and cafes. House is fully equipped with a modern kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, toaster, induction cook top, teppanyaki plate, blender, dishwasher, insinkerator, coffee machine, barbecue and kettle. The laundry has both a washer and dryer with built in and mobile clothes lines outside. The house also has a 55 inch tv with foxtel and surround sound. The house has ducted heating as well as individual air conditioners in the second story rooms. The available room shares a bath room which includes a shower, toilet and spa bath. There is also wifi available at extra cost of $20 a month. Utilities are divided up evenly between housemates, including myself. About myself: I am 30 year old male who has moved to Melbourne to be closer to work. I live in the house with my housemate Max and my dog Harry. I work on the wharf in port Melbourne which means I do shift work. I am looking for clean, respectful and fun people of a similar age to live with. If you have any questions I'm more than happy to answer them. Look forward to hearing from you, Simon.
I'm 29, working full-time in wildlife conservation. I love gardening, reading, and a good glass of red. I'm looking for somewhere that feels like home, where my housemates are up for a chat, but respect each other's privacy.
I am a clean, tidy, respectful and easygoing person. I am an English student and I have a part-time job as a housekeeper. So most of the time I am very busy. When I am at home, normally I am a quiet person that enjoys watching tv or playing in my laptop. I love animals.
I have a 2 gorgeous black cats named shadow and lunar they are both pretty smoochy and are toilet trained, whom would be moving with me. Moved back to Melbourne after 2 years in Sydney to take up a new full time role in the medical education field. I am a social person and love to head out for a beer at the local pub, or for lunch/dinner anywhere new. Love meeting new people, can be quiet at first but warm up to people pretty fast. Looking for housemates that like to chat while cooking meals, perhaps hit up a pub trivia session once in a while or have an afternoon of beer drinking on the weekend. I'm not new to Melbourne have lived there many times and in a variety of suburbs. Have lived in many share houses throughout my life in my home town; Warrnambool, Melbourne, London and Sydney. I know how to treat a house and my flatmates with respect and hope to find others who are the same. I'd be happy to meet a few peeps and create a new share house together. I have a some household furniture and would be happy share whatever is needed in a share house situation otherwise I can sell or store any unwanted/ unneeded items elsewhere.
Hey there, I'm a landscape architect (working full time) and have recently moved back to Melbourne after 2 years in Canada. Keen on the outdoors, music, travel etc. I'm social, tidy, considerate and open minded, so consider myself really easy to get along / live with. Ta! :)
4 Bedroom house located on a quiet street 5 minutes from public transport (buses and trains) and around the corner from a range of shops, cafes, pubs, gyms, parks and nature reserves. Easy access (drive/bike/train) to Williamstown and Altona beaches as well as Yarraville with its range of cafes, restaurants and iconic Sun Theatre. Melbourne CBD is a 15-20 minute train trip and trains come through Newport Station frequently (Williamstown and Werribee train lines). Bedroom available is relatively large with walk-in robe and room for a queen size bed, shelves, desk and bedside tables. All common areas in the house are quite large (lounge, backyard, open and sheltered backyard areas and decking at front of house) and the house does have 2 shared bathrooms. House is fully furnished including couches, dining table, shelves, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. There is also plenty of on street parking available. Property is low maintenance with minimal gardening, paved backyard, floorboards in common areas and carpet in bedrooms only. Easy to keep clean and tidy with everyone pitching in where required.
