Nina, Farren and Andrew

My name is Nina (preferred name Nora), I’m 21. I currently work on weekends as a receptionist for AV Beauty. Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games with my friends, writing poetry, cooking and baking for the people around me, and curating my bookshelves and collections of art and collectibles. I really enjoy creating spaces that feel personal, comfortable and welcoming. I’m someone who values living in a clean, organised and peaceful environment. I’m respectful of the people I live with and take pride in keeping my surroundings tidy and comfortable. Starting next year, I plan to study for a Certificate IV in Mental Health, followed by a Diploma of Counselling and eventually a Bachelor of Psychology. This is something I’m very passionate about, it’s my main goal and dream career. I'm mostly a homebody but I go out on weekends sometimes to music events with my friends.

Hello, my name is Lilian (preferred name Farren). I am writing this as an introduction to who I am, and how myself and the other tenants all are together. I am 21 and I am studying mental health and psychology full time. I one day aim to be a psychologist, specialising in youths and supporting young people in Melbourne. I love to read in my spare time, along with playing games with my friends. I am obsessed with keeping a clean organised space, making sure every item has its home. I love making general spaces in my house feel like a home with little trinkets and artwork. My relationship with the other tenants is flawless and fluid. I have known Nina for 6 years now, and since me moving to Melbourne we have always talked about and dreamt about moving in together. I am in a relationship with the final person applying with us, Andrew, and we've been together for 2 years and friends for another two. Overall, us as a group I would describe as a perfect fit. We are not afraid to communicate about things, and have never had any issues. We all work with eachother flawlessly, and have a great understanding of eachothers boundaries. We all treat our spaces with respect, and we treat other peoples spaces like our own.

My name is Andrew Zeschke, I am a 22 year old male currently employed full time at REKT Productions as a Production Assistant and Lighting Technician. I recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney to pursue this full time position in production. I am a clean, quiet, and a respectful individual who values a peaceful living environment. I sometimes work from home so maintaining a tidy space is important to me and I am considerate of others and their living areas. Regarding my relationships with the other applicants; I have known Lilian for four years two of those years as close friends and the other two years as her partner. Nina is my close friend and we have maintained a strong friendship over several years, with these relationships that I have with these applicants we have built a lot of trust and respect for each other and work well together as a group. Outside of work, I enjoy participating in sports particularly basketball, as well as going to the gym and playing video games.
