Perfect location, just off Pakington Street and less than 5 minutes from the city. If you work in the city it's only a 10 minute walk so you don't have to worry about parking! The house is older but is comfortable and has the "Home" feeling. The bedroom is has draws and wardrobe and you will have your own bathroom (except for when there are guests.) Animals are welcome! Would love a friend for my dog. :) The house has plenty of room to add more furniture and appliances if you want! Please message me if you are interested, other tenant is still present but will be leaving within the next couple of weeks.
I work full time as a Financial Services Office Manager and I'm not home a lot. I like cooking and going to the gym. I'm very clean and pretty quiet, but not fussed at all if you're not. I'm easy to get along with and love to watch a movie or listen to music. In my spare time I like to read, draw and be outdoors.
Located in Newtown one of Geelong's finest suburbs, this modern two story townhouse is in a quiet family oriented street. It has central heating and cooling which work very well. The front of the townhouses face onto a basketball court and playground, perfect for families to visit. Its only metres away from the famous Pakington Street, known best for its delicious food, cafes and restaurants, also boutique shops. the neighbourhood is very pleasant, quiet and safe. The room available is very large with x3 built in robes which allow for excellent storage space. Off street parking is available shared with one housemate in the single garage or the parking space beside it. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available not included in rent for $20 a month. The kitchen, dining and open plan living room are downstairs with the laundry and a toilet connecting to the garage. Upstairs are three large bedrooms, and a big bathroom and toilet that is shared with one housemate. The house has a nice enclosed courtyard at the front entry which is great for privacy and is very nice to sit in when the weather is nice. Its also great to host gatherings and BBQs in summer.
HI, my name is Bianca, 27. I am I am a quiet, clean, respectful person. I love a laugh, don't mind a drink from time to time although most of my time at home is spent in my room on my computer. I work part-time in an office for a small local business and I also manage my own online company. I hope to find the perfect place, one in which I have my own space; Living area, and/ or bathroom/ ensuite. Preferably not inside pets, definitely not a party house. I am easy to get along with and easy to live with as I keep to myself. Please contact me if you think you have a place that would suit what I am looking for I am open to suggestion and hope to hear from you soon. Bianca
Hi, LOOKING FOR A HOME .... URGENTLY...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film early 2018, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 11 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates bathroom and budget. Cheers Peita:)

Any further details about me I'm more than happy to have a chat/coffee and get to know my future house-mates.
Hello I'm Amy, and I'm looking for a place to call home in Geelong! I have moved from Sydney to study at Deakin, but work as a physio a few days a week. I have lived in share houses before, and enjoy spending time with my housemates and having a wine or two. I'm very easy-going but will be a clean, considerate and responsible housemate. I am looking for a place that is available anytime in November!
Cute townhouse with ducted heating in Newtown Geelong, very close to Kardinia Park for the footy and walking distance to Geelong CBD and station for commuters! Hiya, have just moved to area from Perth for work. Living in Geelong West at the moment and love it so I'm pretty fixed on the location but flexible on the the details. I have a work vehicle so offstreet parking would be preferable. Flexible with moving dates. I'm 27, pretty chilled in my home life as I work hard in the week. I do enjoy a social home where we can cook dinner and occasionally have a few wines & catch up together etc but I'm too old for a party house. I know how to clean and am pretty good at it but I'm rubbish at gardening haha. Open to living with couples, but looking for similar age group with similar interests. Considering I just moved from Perth friends might come over for a weekend now and then too - but they'd be respectful of our home just as I would.
I'm a 25 year old, friendly, charismatic person who has just gotten back from overseas and needs a place to stay asap. I currently work in Geelong, but will most likely be moving to torquay to live over summer in november, so only need a place in the short term for the next 2 months or so. Love sport/exercise, hanging out, drinks and social activities on the weekends. Lived in sharehouses for a few years and have always been a respectful, tidy and fun housemate. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi! My name is jessica and I am 24 years old, currently working and planning on going back to study next year. Feel free to message me on here or my mobile with any questions :) I'm a major geek who likes comic movies and horror movies as well as cooking and I'm pretty laid back as well!
Currently working full time and living in Geelong on my own in a small 2 bedroom unit though I would like to get a larger place to move to. I am looking for the right person to live with as the last few years I have been living alone, so would be nice to develop a friendship and not have to live seperately under the same roof. I like to keep a tidy house and a great atmosphere. Love to cook, hula hoop and other fitness in general. I'm a bit of a social butterfly so will have friends over from time to time. Don't mind the occasional drink during the week and a bit of a party time on the weekend, however I definitely still enjoy my quiet weekends chilling out and relaxing at home! I'm friendly, free spirited, love to laugh and have fun.
Fun, friendly and oddly enjoy housework! Hey! I'm moving to Geelong for work, but I've been living in Newcastle NSW for the last year. I'm from England (don't let that put you off), but am addicted the outdoors Aussie lifestyle so I've decided to stay! I work hard and play hard! Don't be surprised if I'm commuting up to Melbourne once a month to see DJ's. Saying that, I won't be out partying every weekend, I'm a cyclist and triathlete so some weekends I have to be sensible. I'm looking for a house share of 2-4 professionals with no furry friends (sorry, bad allergies). As I'm new to the area, I'd love for my housemates to become good friends, not just people who I live with. I'm open-minded, free-spirited, ambitious, love good banter and a glass of wine or 2 some evenings - would love to live with people with a similar mindset.
I'm currently working full time as a makeup artist. Hoping to find somewhere 10-15 minutes from town, that has a bit of space. A room with an ensuite would be ideal as I carry a lot of stuff for my work. I consider myself quite clean, and don't mind being social on the weekend!
Moving in November from Scotland to Geelong for work, looking for somewhere for the short to long-term so that I can get to know the city. Laid back, sociable, respectful, and not afraid to chip in with the housework ;)
