Our pup Flash is a GSP X and is incredibly friendly, but can be a bit of a stage 5 clinger honestly, so looking for a house with some kind of backyard and some fellow dog lovers that he can feel safe with. He's fine with other dogs, and though he's never hunted a day in his life, his instincts prevent him befriending other species unfortunately. The 3 of us are currently van lifing up the coast for a couple months until we find a place so we are flexible on move in dates. Looking asap though. He might take a little bit of time to warm up to you, but before you know if it he will be burrowing next to you on the couch for a snuggle if you let him. He is toilet trained and has previously had access to the ground floor during the day and sleeps in my room at night. He has been living with two cats for the last 19 months and, although it took them a minute to warm up, they ended up being good friends. He doesn’t loveeee big dogs given he’s so small, so if you already have one we probably aren’t the roomies you’re looking for. If we sound like you’re kind of duo, feel free to reach out. It's a 2 bedroom unit, 2 minute walk from Stones Corner shops, bus stops to the City, Fortitude Valley and Carindale shopping center. It's so accessible but the lease ends on 24 September 2025. Thus, advertising only from 01 August to 24 September 2025. But we can ask the property agent to extend until 15 November 2025. From 25 September to 15 November, the unit will increase from $200 to $240 per week. After 24 September 2025, my daughter will need a flatmate in the same unit until 15 November 2025. Thus, we are also looking for a share house from 25 September to 15 November if we cannot look for a female to share with her in our current unit.
