I am hoping to lease a place starting June 29, 2025. I would love a very serious, quiet study environment as I will be studying mostly in my room after classes. I keep to myself and do not party. I don't drink or smoke tobacco. I do enjoy the occasional board game or music festival. I clean up after myself and always pay rent on time (early). I keep shared spaces tidy and regularly purchase toilet paper, hand soap, and other consumable items to share. I tend to keep to myself, but I'm happy to play some games or watch a movie with housemates occasionally. I'm potentially flexible on short-term or long-term stays depending on the house. I may be keen on teaming up to rent a place with someone looking in the same area. Happy to live with couples and/or pets. I can bring along some basic furniture to share, appliances, and even gym equipment if there is space. I have savings and can cover bond and any upfront costs with no fuss.
