Hi I am Felix, a 27-year-old working professional with two jobs in hospitality. Due to the amount of hours I work, I am rarely home. On my day off, I am either going out for a run or in my room doing my own thing, without bothering anyone as I am very quiet and respectful about people's boundaries, privacy, space and time. Working in the kitchen has made me a good cook so if you love food, I wouldn't mind sharing some with you! And of course I always clean up the communal area after I use it or whenever I see it dirty. As someone very sensitive to noise and light, I always make sure when it's early or late or anyone sleeping I keep my volume down.
I work around 35 - 40 hours per week depending on the roster so no problem with paying the rent and bills whatsoever (payslips, personal and employment references available upon request)
