I'm quiet, clean, respectful and chill. I'm a gamer so I mostly will keep to myself, but, I am also an outgoing, social, kind and open minded person. I work Full Time as a Retail Store Manager, most of the week I am at work, I have a cat, Potato. He is very well trained and just the cutest, sweetest floof you'll ever meet, he's quiet and is the best little house companion, hes house trained/ litter trained, gets along well with other cats and dogs, doesnt meow at all really, very quiet and loves his scratching post (wont claw furniture). I don't intend on having people over, if I do i would discuss it well in advance, I don't play loud music and I'm not a loud person in general and my job is normal hours so I won't be coming and going at all times of the night (except Thursday late night shopping night- rotating every second Thursday) I have plenty of references and a stable full time income. I do need a car space though or somewhere to park nearby (happy for it to be outside/ Street etc) I'm happy to clean and as an experienced manager I'm great at rosters and task delegation, so no complaints about keeping a space clean. I just moved up from Vic and sold all my furniture, so a furnished room is ideal
