$350/week•35 year old man
Hey there, I'm a quiet and organised person. Probably a bit shy to start with, but keen to become friends with anyone I live with. I've been told I have a sense of humour, though I don't see it. I work full time in the city doing data and analytics. Would love to find a place to live in a quiet area with a bit of my own space and preferably my own bathroom, but happy to see what's out there. Needing to find a place by May 23rd at the latest. I'm trying to buy, so I would be after a flexible or 3 to 6 month stay. Hoping I'm a good fit for your place : )

Hi, I’m Jackie! Originally from Toowoomba, I’ve recently returned to Queensland after a few years living in London, Melbourne and Perth. After staying between my family and with my partner and his two lovely kids, I’m now looking for a share house where I can have my own space, focus on study, and maintain a healthy balance between independence and my relationship. I’ve just started a new role as a Senior Recovery Facilitator in mental health, supporting people experiencing homelessness. Our office is relocating to Brendale, so I’m ideally looking for a place with a reasonable commute. I’m clean, respectful, and always pay rent and bills on time. I enjoy a peaceful, tidy home and would love to live with housemates who are mature, considerate, and up for the occasional chat or shared meal, while also valuing personal space. I’m also studying part-time, so having a quiet area to focus is important to me. My partner has his own place in Bowen Hills, so while he may visit from time to time, he won’t be around frequently or staying for long periods—it’s important to me to maintain a healthy balance and boundaries. Ideally, the home is: • Clean, welcoming, and well-furnished • Shared with like-minded, respectful people • A place that feels relaxing at the end of the day • (Bonus if there’s a bath, but not essential!) Looking forward to finding a place that feels like home. Warmly, Jackie
