I don’t smoke, vape, drink, or party—quiet nights in are more my style. You’ll usually find me winding down early and up with the sun, ready to make the most of the day. I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat, but I value a respectful, peaceful home and appreciate each other’s space. I love cooking (especially meal prepping for the week), and I’m always up for a laugh. In my downtime, I’m usually watching a show or working on a hobby. I’m clean, reliable, and relaxed, valuing a tidy environment. I am seeking somewhere preferably no cats as I have an allergy, somewhere with aircon (for the hot summer months) that has a nice homey friendly vibe. I am up for eating dinner together, having a chat or playing some games. I love waterfalls, rainforests and little adventures and would love to find a home where people are kind and open for hangouts. I work Full Time Monday-Friday, most of the week I am at work, I have a cat, Potato. He is very well trained and just the cutest, sweetest floof you'll ever meet, he's quiet and is the best little house companion, hes house trained/ litter trained, gets along well with other cats and dogs and kids, hes not agressive, never swiped or clawed anyone, doesnt meow at all really, very quiet and loves his scratching post (wont claw furniture). He's also happy to stay in the bedroom/ bathroom all day when im at work, he mostly just sleeps and scratches his post. I don't intend on having people over, if I do i would discuss it well in advance, I don't play loud music and I'm not a loud person in general and my job standard Mon-Fri so I won't be coming and going at all times of the night. I have plenty of references and a stable full time income. I do need a car space though or somewhere to park nearby (happy for it to be outside/ Street etc) I'm happy to clean and as an experienced manager I'm great at rosters and task delegation, so no complaints about keeping a space clean. I just moved up from Vic and sold all my furniture, so a furnished room is ideal
