Hello future Flatmate!

My name is Carolina, and I’m looking for a new home. I’m a 33-year-old Brazilian, and I work full-time Monday to Friday as an administrator for a rail company. I work from home one day a week, and most of the time you will see me arriving home around 8 pm on weekdays.
I usually stay after work to study for my Master’s, go to the gym, and then head home — that’s my routine, except during my Master’s holidays, which happen every 3 months and last for 3 weeks.

I’m an easygoing person who loves having a good chat. My hobbies include outdoor activities such as going to the beach, playing sports, camping, trekking, and travelling around Australia. I also love waking up early and making the most of the mornings — I’m slowly turning into one of those running girls 😂 and I really enjoy discovering delicious cafés around Brisbane.

I’m not really a party person and usually prefer catching up with friends over a glass of wine 🍷. I enjoy good music, meaningful conversations, and sharing life experiences.

I’m a very tidy and respectful person and I truly appreciate clean and peaceful spaces. I understand how important it is to respect people’s privacy and personal space.

A home with air conditioning, a quiet environment during weekday nights, and preferably a garage or free street parking would be ideal for me. I have some camping equipment (swag, chair, and tables) and two large suitcases that I need to store, so it would be great to have a storage space or room in the house/unit.

I'm flexible to move sooner, but not later (my lease ends on 01/07/2026).
