Furnished room in a spacious 70's style flat. Northern facing (sunny in winter). Includes private car space off the street. - The location is honestly pretty amazing, it's on the third and top floor of a 70s style building. The complex itself has heaps of giant old trees and beautiful gardens surrounding it which are cared for by a gardener. It is a 30 second walk from the 57 tram, a few local fast food joints, a laundromat, convenience store/bottle shop and a pharmacy. The flat has a sunny northern aspect, a giant living area (3.6x6), separate kitchen/dining, toilet and bathroom also separate (honestly so rare SMH) and a good sized sheltered balcony. The room itself has a large built-in wardrobe, a nice big window with trees outside and comes furnished with a double bed. There is also a secure car space within the complex for the flat. As I don't have any plans to purchase a car or acquire a license, this is included with the room. The boring stuff: Bond: $800 Rent and internet: $955/month ($220/week) Water, gas & electricity are paid separately. Please get in touch if you are interested as I am looking for someone to move in on the 17th of July. Cheers :)
Hi! We are a couple half chilean (25) half spanish (25) and we have just arrived this week to Melbourne, so we are looking for a room to live in the next months. We are looking for work full time ASAP and we both are clean and easy to go with, we love sports (specially tennis and running), share a beer or a glass of wine, and we are totally up to watch netflix or join boardgames. We are very exited to get to know people and to share experiences!
Fantastic location, very close to the city. Close to many amazing cafes, Errol street (the main road of shops), and Queen Victoria markets. Less than 5 min walk to North Melbourne station and 2 min walk to 57 tram line. Amazing housemates. I am pretty sad to be leaving them. Very easy to live with. Air-con and heating. Room has it's own private courtyard, big double wardrobe, and it also comes with a cupboard which is in the hallway for extra storage. Room is bigger than it looks in the photo. Was hard to get a photo of the whole room.
I'm a young law student looking to relocate to Melbourne from Perth. I currently work at the airport and wish to continue this line of work meaning I will be out of the house most of the time. Whilst I am extremely sociable and outgoing I also respect the privacy and downtime of others and would hope for the same. Not only looking for housemates but also new friends would be great too!

Hi! My name is Leah, and my partner and I are starting University in 2020, and are looking for an affordable studio/share house/apartment rental close to Melbourne University. I am studying Musical Theatre and my partner is majoring in Language. We are both very neat and tidy, we are quiet and both will be spending a lot of time at the university and working part-time- so we won't hover. We are able to pay continuously and will be committed to completing the set lease length. We are both from Alice Springs, and we enjoy cooking and video games.
Hey! I'm a creative, outgoing and communicative guy looking for a flat share where flatmates like to spend time together. I'm very tidy, helpful and easy-going. Usually studying in Germany while working part time as a product manager and occasionally as a graphic designer and photographer, I'm doing a semester abroad at Vic Uni in Melbourne. I'm always up to cooking together, exploring the city, going on outdoor adventures or socialising with people. I've lived in a flat share the last years aswell, so I completely respect anyone's privacy if one wants to be on his own.
I'm a third year Exercise and Sports Science student at Deakin University. I'm currently working part time at a gym in South Yarra. I'm looking for a clean, nice, safe and easily accessible place to move into :) I'm really down to earth, friendly and sociable! I always clean up after myself, I enjoy going out for drinks, socialising, trying food from different cultures and just having a chill night in netflixing :)
Hey Everyone, My name is Amber and I'm fun, clean, easy going and respectful :) I am looking for a place for at least 12 months at the end of the year. I do smoke but only outside also I'm not driving so I'm looking for somewhere close enough to public transport. I am part time studying at RMIT University and also I’m currently part time employed. I am a very friendly and happy person and to have a drink, smoke and chat with the housemates or happy to keep to myself also looking for like minded people that are respectful, clean and easy going. Please feel free to message me if your interested at all. Thanks, Amber.
I work part time retail. Currently studying game design online and wanting to move to study on campus. I like to socialise and party but also chill out and do my own thing, whether it’s playing games or making them. I’m easy and fun to get along with and have a young kitten as my companion. Would like to find a place that will accomodate both of us, and to meet and live with new people with similar interests. Also I’m neat and tidy and will help clean around the place.
