I’m a 29 years old girl from Barcelona. i work there as a teacher in a primary school and I play basketball in a semiprofessional league. I’m very easygoing, positive, intense and happy. I want to fall in love with Melbs!
I am pretty laid back, friendly, considerate, respectful etc, bit of a fun weirdo/goose, love a laugh and a beer/cider/wine or two over dinner and/or a chat, Netflix and UberEATS here and there, but also love quiet time sometimes and appreciate others doing the same. I like to keep tidy, but am not anal and nit picky etc. I respect shared areas as well as my own. Just a general common sense kind of gal ;) I love music but am respectful of others around me and can use headphones where necessary haha! I'm moving to Melbourne from Northern NSW so looking to live with someone happy to share their secret squirrel knowledge of the beautiful city! If I gain a friend or two, even better! :) I am looking to share with 1-2 others and would be moving down the last week of March to start work in the city on April 1st. I would be shift working so sometimes starting/finishing at 11pm . Would prefer a place with an en-suite or own bathroom but could be swayed ;) Oh, a room with a bed would be great, but if not, I will source something. :) if you like a wine here and there, maybe a board/games night, exploring Melbourne, discussing or going on adventures haha, all the little homey things, but also want someone who isn’t always in your grill.. I’m your gal ;)

Hello there! I am a mid-late 20s professional minded Architecture student at Melbourne Uni. I'd say that I am open minded, responsible, accepting and friendly. Im easy going. I am often quiet, courteous and reserved; keeping to myself. I do not drive so parking will not be a problem. I rely on public transport. I am a relatively clean person, although I don't like things to be uncomfortably sparkly. I only drink on rare occasions and don't use drugs. I can be social and enjoy a chat but I also understand the need for space and quiet. I'd be pretty easy to live with and I have no problems with communal meals and chores etc. if need be. I have shared and been on individual leases in three houses where I have paid rent and bills separately and I have always paid on time. I can provide references from past house mates saying that I have always paid rent/bills on time and that I am friendly if need be. I am really looking for someone/thing long term with a decent rental history. I have lived people that identify as vegetarian and LGBTQIA in the past with no problems. I am also respectful of the culture and opinions of others. To me, It does not matter what you identify as but as long as you are nice, responsible and respectful. Happy to share my time with all walks of life that fit into these categories. My availability is starts on the 14th of February. I am interested in applying for a 12 month lease/ or longer or to start a new lease with people of similar rental history who are reliable. Ideally, I am looking for a 'home' rather than just a house to crash. I am happy to start/join a new lease with anyone. I would prefer someone who can commit to atleast a 12/24m lease and independently domestic that would help me build a safe, peaceful and happy home. No asswipes or dramas magnets please :) I've tried to be as open as I can to answer any questions you might have so please don't be creeped out at how forward this is. Saying that, please email me if there are any other questions you may have. Let me know if you are interested in having me as your housemate :) Please be honest with me, I will not take anything personally if I am not what you are looking for. Chloe PS: Photo is not current, not that it should matter.
I'm currently studying media full-time at RMIT, and working part-time as a barista. I enjoy rock climbing, watching films, drinking gin and having political discussions. I love a chat, but also appreciate my own space and alone time. I am tidy, easy going and looking for an LGBT+ friendly home.
I like to think I make a decent housemate. I'm social, conscientious and what I think is the correct amount of tidy (I won't be busting your arse over it). I'm willing to do my share of the housework whether that takes the form of cleaning and tidying or regularly harassing the agents so they fix the huge leak in the bathroom that has gone unfixed for almost 12 months (can you tell why I'm looking for a new place?). In terms of lifestyle, I currently work part time at a consultancy but will be leaving to search for work that fits better with going back to study soon. For hobbies I play computer games, am trying to get back into guitar and play a lot of board games, oh and I drink my volume in tea. I'm looking for a house where I can be friends with my housemates and enjoy hanging out together but where I can also get some time to myself when I need it.
A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. Not a vegetarian but somehow there's no meat in my fridge. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 3+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike, 2 frisbees and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm from Taiwan) • Loves to talk about politics • Overall, a very likeable young woman The place I currently live in is actually awesome but I would like to move to a more interesting location (like Carlton or Fitzroy would be a dream come true) and meet new wonderful people. I hope to stay 9+ months before I finally move back to fight for my country. Feel free to message me for any reason as I will always reply to keep my 100% response rate.
I am 24 years old, from Estonia and doing my diploma in I.T. here in Melbourne as well as working full time in hospitality. I'm quite sociable and almost always down for a few bevs to wind down, but also very relaxed and understanding of other peoples privacy. I'd describe myself as an open-minded, reasonable and easy-going, getting along with almost everybody. I'm into good food, dessert making, sustainability and travel. I like to keep my surroundings clean and organised, but not a total nazi about it!
My name is Jirat Pasuksmit, male, 26. I'm a tidy, enjoy socializing, drink sometimes, respectful to other's personal area, non-smoking person. I am currently an Android engineer in Agoda Services, live in Bangkok, Thailand. At the 25th of this month, I am going to continue my study for Ph.D. Computer Engineering at the University of Melbourne. I have to be there at least 3 years in Melbourne, however, I still not decided yet how long will I stay with my first tenancy (probably a 12 month).
Hiya! I am a 20 year old New Zealander looking for a room or flatmates looking to team up to rent a house. I work full time Monday - Friday. I am clean and enjoy having time to myself but also enjoy a nice wine or two with the flat!
Hi all ! I am a 32 years old lecturer and I am working at RMIT this year. Moving from Adelaide, I am looking for a place in Melbourne. I have travelled a lot including Japan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Spain, Germany etc. I enjoy connecting with people. I am respectful, organised and easy to get along with. I love dancing (tango), hiking, nature, yoga, eating, as well as wine over chat and netflix. I’d love to live with some easygoing likeminded people. Feel free to drop me a message if you have a room available. Thanks
I'm originally from South Australia and moving to Melbourne with my job working for an environmental non-profit in comms. I've had great experiences living in share houses - in Adelaide, Canberra, Indonesia, Melbourne and London - so looking for like-minded new friends to share with. I'm the sort of housemate that enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, but happy also to do my own thing. If I'm home, you'll probably find me in the kitchen cooking, in the living room reading, or in my bedroom playing guitar or looking after plants. I am nature-seeking and a bit of a culture nut so I like to go out exploring on the weekends. I'm also a person of faith and will be looking to join an inclusive church – in case you can recommend me one. Since I'm from interstate I'd also like to find a place that’s cool with me hosting the occasional visitor. If that all sounds good, get in touch.
I’m a 21 year old student who will also be working part time when I move down to Melbourne in April from a coastal town close by. Looking for a house close to the city for conevenience :)
Hello future flatmate, I am looking for a place that I can call home, to share with some nice and friendly people. Recently completed my engineering studies from Monash, now working full-time. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music (love EDM), going to the gym, and playing field hockey at the Monash University Hockey Club. Like to get out and about on weekends where possible, but also like to be a homebody sometimes and have some me-time. Would prefer to live in the suburbs close to CBD. Pretty flexible with the number of housemates. Open to teaming up as well. My preferred lease term is 6 months, however, open to shorter lease term. Will be happy to extend if I like the place. Would like to move in at the earliest (latest by 16 Feb). My budget is $250 per week (cheaper the better). If you found me interesting/have any questions, hit me up. Thanks for your time! 🙂
Hey all, My name is Ayrton and I am currently looking for a room in Melbourne. Preferably in a shared house/studio and ideally in the CBD or a neighboring suburb - I'm not too fussed and pretty open to anything at this stage. Budget: $200-$280 p/w Long term: 6-12+ months Move in date: late April/early May (flexible). A little bit about me: - 27 / Male - I.T professional crossing the ditch from Auckland. - Pet enthusiast - Love to travel I consider myself an easy-going, friendly guy who is very tidy. I am moving to Melbourne on my own - as it is a bit of a fresh start for me, a furnished room would be ideal. I am happy to contribute furniture/appliances once settled in. Looking forward to meeting my future roommates!
Hey future flatmates! Currently looking for a room for my partner (27 M Kiwi) and I (26 F German) in or around the CBD suburbs. We both work full time in hospitality, (no late night shifts or early mornings) around the CBD and Albert Park. Very clean and tidy, and as we’ve both had years in hostels and flats, that we are respectable of others time and space. Love a good chat, and a laugh over glasses of wine too. Flexible with rent and move in date. Look forward to hearing from you! Nena and Nash
Hey everybody! I'm Davide, 32 years old, from Milan, Italy. I already shared a couple of houses for some years with other flatmates, that describe me as nice, tidy and friendly. In my spare time I like going to the movies, concerts, art shows, to binge watch Netflix and sometimes enjoy a beer or a nice wine. Could make the real Carbonara. Hopefully if I have enough free time I will enjoy learning how to surf! I'm hoping to find a beautiful furnished room in a shared house with friendly flatmates, that likes sometimes to go out or to have a meal together, and respect privacy. I'm planning to move mostly by bike, so I hope there will be some space to keep it. Even if I like them, I'm allergic to dogs and cats :/. I don't smoke, but don't mind if you do. looking forward to hearing from you! Davide
