The privat room with bathroom is part of a student accommodation in North Melbourne just a 10 mins walk to the CBD and 2 mins to the free tram zone. If you are looking for a modern and clean accommodation very close to the CBD this is perfect! The room is available from the 22.06 until the 02.07. If you would like to extend your stay, you can contact the house manager to ask for another room after the 10 days. It is the prefect opportuinty to check out the place without a long bond! (Bond: since the 10 stay is very short the bond is much less than one weeks rent, roughly 120$)
***SHORT-TERM ONLY, Ideally 21/06-29/07 I'm Adrian, 22, an international student from Mexico trying to enjoy the most out of good-ol' Melbourne since 4 months ago. I'm currently taking a major in Psychology at UniofMelb, and am working part-time in a cafe in South Yarra. I consider myself to be a soft-spoken, polite, and friendly guy. I enjoy hanging out with people and creating the best memories as I'm an easygoing dude. Hygiene is something really important to me, so you can rely I won't ever leave a mess behind (and I'll expect you not to as well). Keeping a sense of harmony and balance in my life is something I look up to. I like having fun out (read: out) with mates, having some drinks and whatnot, but I also love having lazy days doing nothing but watching Steven Universe or whatever is trending on Netflix. I'm into fitness and healthy living, socio-politics, and traveling (but seriously who isn't into traveling nowadays?). Cheers!

We are a friendly and sociable couple looking for a comfortable home. We are moving back to Melbourne after a short time away. We are both courteous people with strong values, and we appreciate housemates who, like us, are busy with their own lives but enjoy casual chats and the occasional communal dinner. We both work in hospitality, so we usually come home late. We are always considerate of noise levels, but would prefer a house where we would feel comfortable to cook dinner late. We also care about making our home nice, so a well-kept house is a must. Timothy is a Kiwi. He enjoys cooking, wine, gardening, gaming, and conversations about science. Marie is from Norway. She enjoys food, wine, and in-depth conversations about the world.
I'm very tidy and I love living in clean places. I'm very friendly and just love meeting new people.
We are a couple from Argentina. We like share diferences about our culture, our country. We were living in Sydney one year, so we have references. We are tidy and no smoker. Easy going people to live with
I am a friendly academic/nerd. I am usually a clean and quiet person, and am happy to do my own thing but I also like to socialize once in a while. I am into research, reading, traveling, photography, live music, and bush walking.
Hey there! I’m a 22 years old guy, last year I was in Melbourne for 6 months and I’ll be coming back late in June to study and work part time. I am a recent graduate in industrial design, I like drawing, exploring new places, learning languages, photography, and traveling. Looking for a quiet, clean and relaxing place to call home and to share with my future housemate(s), having some movie, cooking or board games night, not just a room to sleep! But I’d also understand and respect when each of us needs or wants personal time and space. I’ve shared house abroad before with people from different countries, so I understand and respect other people’s culture, privacy and space. And I’m used to clean after myself and keep the space organized. Feel free to message me!
Hello! My name is Emma. I recently moved to Melbourne to study and am looking for a room to call my own. I like keeping things clean and tidy, like to socialise but also like my own space and time and definitely respect privacy. Always up for a chat and perhaps sharing occasional meals together but I'm happy not to aswell. I enjoy cooking and eat quite healthily. Im friendly to all I meet and easy going to live with (as long as you're willing to keep the place clean too) :) I'm pretty quiet when I'm at home and not a party person at all (although I love the odd glass of wine) so looking for a relaxing home to live in. Im pretty flexible with the length of my stay and would potentially like to stay somewhere for a year or even more if suitable. Nothing less then 5 months. Also flexible on the move in date, can be sooner or later aswell. If you think we'd live welll together, I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
I am from India, recently moved to Melbourne working here as software engineer. I am a quiet guy, likes to watch netflix or play video games. I am working in the city usually 9 to 5. I am bit flexible on move date.
Hey I've recently moved to Melb, and am working full time in the city! I am looking for short term accommodation from 26th Of May to June 14, possibly longer. I dont have any furniture, so somewhere with furniture would be ideal. I work 10-6 Monday-Friday, and head to as much live sport and live music, live theatre as possible over the weekends, so am rarely home.
I'll be away from 11 June to 25 June 2018 and leasing my apartment meanwhilst. It would be a perfect holiday accommodation if you're looking to visit Melbourne during this period. Or if you need a temporary space before settling for something more long term, this place is a good start point. The apartment is strategically located within walking distance from Queen Victoria Market and easily accessible to the city via trams from Haymarket stop and Peel St stop. It's a convenient location for you to set off each day to explore Melbourne. There's a police station behind the building and the Royal Melbourne Hospital just across the road if you're concerned about safety. The unit is fully furnished with a complete kitchen- microwave, fridge, oven, gas stove. **I maintain a clean kitchen i.e. no pork, no alcohol so for those with similar dietary preferences, then the kitchen is a fit.** A washing machine is available within the apartment and I've got clothes rack you can use. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe in situ. The apartment has got floor to ceiling windows so you can expect natural lighting. There are blinds should you prefer privacy. The living room is furnished with a coffee table, couch and day bed. The split-system aircon is also located within that space. The view is lovely as the apartment faces the courtyard neatly landscaped. If it's not too cold, the balcony has got sitting chairs and a table; perfect place for tea and the likes. The building facilities include gym, sauna, heated pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Rent includes unlimited internet access and bills.
I have been living in Melbourne for the past year but I have currently moved back to NSW. I am looking to return to Melbourne ASAP as soon as I get a better job. I would prefer to live in the inner north or the city in a studio apartment.
Hey there! I'm Mavin from Malaysia. I am doing a BSc degree at Melbourne University. I'm a fun person, super sociable, very open minded and i love a good laugh. I know and understand the importance of respecting the privacy of other people and more importantly (to me at least), the cleanliness of the places i use. I'm also really responsible and an early bird on days that I have classes, even more so when exams are around the corner. I love dancing, yoga and cycling. I try to keep active and wish i never had to sleep. I'm looking for a place to move in by the 21st of June, a private room preferably. Send me a message if you think I'm suited for your listing. :)

HI ! Im a international student from Hong Kong studying Exercise Science at Victoria University. I have been in Melbourne for about a year now, staying at a student accommodation. A bit about myself. Im from a Indian family but was born and raised in Hong Kong, i like to live in a tidy environment. Im really into sports and outdoor activities, hikes, cliff diving and running. I enjoy cooking, going out to eat at different restaurants and working out in my free time. I enjoy a weekend night out and drinks occasionally. If there's anything else shoot me a message :D
I am an enthusiastic person from Colombia, I studied architecture, I'm studying English, working hard and enjoying the experience living in Melbourne. I would like to live in a quiet and cleaned, place to have good rest after working, however I'm sociable and I like to know people.
I can easily adapt to anyone. Also, I respect other people's privacy and beliefs and I expect the same from others. I will be studying full-time in Melbourne and I will need a place to stay for a little over a year. As I will just be on study leave from my work, this means I still get paid which will enable me to afford the rent and other expenses.
I'm a friendly guy looking for somewhere to call home. Love to cook. I keep pretty tidy. I work in and study community services.
