Hi there, I’m Flavia, an architect and jewellery designer working at Melbourne uni and running my own small business. I lived in Europe and South America before calling Australia my home. I’m quite busy during the week with work but enjoy sharing meals, wine, good stories (maybe even trips to the ocean) when the time allows. I am used to house sharing and you’ll find a clean, respectful, reliable and friendly housemate in me. When I'm not busy, I love being outdoors, especially trips to the ocean and surfing. I cycle pretty much everywhere, which is why the inner north suburbs would be an ideal location for me. Looking for friendly, respectful people to have a peaceful and relaxed home. My move in date is flexible so can work around your preferred date.
Eager to find a house and some friendly housemates ! Available for offer: is a animal friendly (your pet will love me more!), fun and easy - going Indian girl. Helpful, happy to go out and have a fun time, flexible with most things but equally respects and appreciates space and privacy.
Hi there future flattie! I'm a PhD student moving from NZ on the 16th February to study Pharmaceutical Research at WEHI so am looking for a sharehouse within a short tram ride to Parkville. I'm super excited to explore Melbourne and hopefully live with some great housemates/friends! A bit about me - I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful of others' space. Not much of a party-goer but I do love a good chat over a wine. I love keeping fit but definitely appreciate some good comfort food and love cooking Mexican! I'm sadly allergic to cats so cannot live with cat parents :( but am a HUGE dog lover! Flick me a message if you think we would make great flatmates. I look forward to hearing from you!
Two gals looking to team up or move into a spacious, social house in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Message if you want to know more.
I will be pursuing my postgrad study at University of Melbourne. My ideal room is a large room that can fit a medium-size office desk, with window and built-in wardrobe. I'm planning to move in around 15-30 January 2019. I'm looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live for a long term tenancy. Also, I would like to find clean, friendly and tolerant flat/house mates. I'm a neat, friendly, and respectful person. I like to socialize especially over the weekends with friends, good food and drink/s. Other than that, I spend a lot of my time reading and writing about politics, human rights, etc. My hobbies are sometimes, watching American series, traveling mainly to see architectural and cultural heritage, cooking simple food, etc. I had spent some time in Germany and Washington DC, I adopt and understand faster.
I am a Audio Production student in SAE, I'm currently studying in SAE Byron Bay campus. I will transfer to Melbourne for the next school year, starting on the 4th of February. I need a room downtown by the start of February, but I can be there before if needed. I will be Studying or Working most of my time, so I won't be home most of the day. I'm a neat, quiet, respectful housemate. I don't party often. Maybe once or twice a month. Other than studying I like to travel, make music, and take pictures. I think Melbourne is the capital of music at the moment and I really want to explore its nightlife, and music & arts scene.

Hi everyone! We are Francesco and Victoria, freshly arrived from Europe (Italy and France) with a WHV and we intend to work a few months in the city. We share the love of music, good beers and good cooking :) We already used to live with roommates and we're, of course, independents and clean respectful of others time and place.
Hi ! I’m a 21 years old French girl. I'm living in an apartment in the middle of the CBD and currently searching for a new flatmates. I'm friendly, love travelling and doing stuff as art exhibition, sport and so on.
Hello, I'm an island girl (Sri Lankan) named Marini. I'll be starting my first year in Business Information Systems at the RMIT City campus. I love travelling, reading books and going out. I'm a clean person looking for nice friendly mates. Hoping to have a good time :)
I have been living in Australia for the last 9 years, experienced in sharing house with university students and professionals. I recently completed my PhD at University of Wollongong (NSW) and I will be working at Monash University from mid-Feb 2019. I'm planning to move to Melbourne in early Feb 2019. About me: • Non-smoker. Never consumed drugs. Not a party animal. No criminal records. • Quiet but sociable and friendly. • Neat, clean and tidy: I usually clean up my dishes as soon as I finish my meal. I do not leave dirty dishes overnight. Furthermore, I do not tend to leave a mess at communal areas. • Reliable and cooperative: I always pay my rent on time. • Excellent communication skill. My ideal room: • Less than 10 minutes walk to train station, supermarkets and eateries. • Furnished with mattress, bedframe, wardrobe/cupboard. • Prefer to have a study desk in the room. Otherwise must have adequate space to fit a study desk if I buy one.
I am moving from Sydney to Melbourne in February. I work as a lighting designer for theatre and will be doing other casual work around that. I have 2 adorable pugs, Stormy (4) and Winston (2). I’m a non smoker but do vape.
The house is a beautiful, recently renovated Victorian with high ceilings and all the mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine, hydronic heating in every room etc. We are located in a quiet nook in North Melbourne on a tree lined street with close access to the 57 & 59 tram which takes approx. 10-15 minutes to Queen Vic market + CBD. There is a bus stop on the 402 line seconds from the front door. It’s also very easy to walk into the city if you are so inclined. You can purchase a parking permit from the city council, though parking is abundant on our street. The house is comprised of 3 bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms as well as the living areas which are communal. The room available is a smaller room upstairs with a North facing window, it would fit a dresser and bed- so is quite a cosy bedroom. The size is factored into the rent cost and ideal for someone who doesn't have tons of belongings and wants to be in a convenient location at an affordable price. We have high speed cable internet connection installed. We are looking for someone who can commit to an 11-12 month lease.
Hi. I am Sora from Korea. I am looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to move in mid-Feb near CBD and North Melbourne. I have completed my Master degree in Nursing two years ago, and now working as a nurse in RMH. I have been living in a share house for 5years, so familar with socializing with sharemates, but also keeping personal boundary. I like watching movies and dramas with a glass of wine. Spend most of my spare time with Netflix or readings Preferred long term, furnished room, only female share house. No smoking. Thanks!
I'm an engineer by trade working in environment for a mining company. Mostly office based in Southbank, but get out to site once in a while. Enjoy watching/playing sports & fitness, most weeknights spent in the gym! Enjoy going out for a drink and socialising. Quirks include a passion for 80's metal and an interest in chess. Other than that, mostly grown up in Melbourne and love it...pretty sure I'm going to die here! Mainly looking for someone I would get along with to share a place - this is more important to me than location or the place itself :)
Hi, our house comprises of myself; Kerry, I'm a 33yo female medical professional - easy to get along with, like to cook up a meal to share from time to time, and relax after work with a drink or go out for dinner with friends, or chill out with some Netflix. Janet 34 is from Dublin and works as a biomedical scientist, is very friendly - likes to have a drink or socialise, but like me also likes and respects our own down time. We are definitely looking for someone that can have a bit of “banter” with... someone sensible, can enjoy their own time but social and fun to chill out with. - this is a must! 😊 Our place is so close to trams and the city but in a lovely quiet little spot. Nearby IGA supermarket makes life easy. We have a rooftop terrace great for entertaining with a BBQ (we are planning a mini pool setup for summer as well) The place is a fairly new spacious 3 level townhouse - the bedroom for rent is really big, plenty of space for desk or TV and couch as well. Nice and cool in the summer. This isn't a party house - looking for a quiet but friendly housemate, a working professional ideally. Ideal Age 30-40yrs, no students sorry (masters or PhD students considered, but we don’t want people scraping funds together for each months rent). No bartenders/waitress staff please. Kitchen and living room are all furnished and welcome to use as your own. TV includes Netflix :) feel free to use. Bedroom currently has a bed and mattress available if required, but no other furnishings. Rent is $1100 per month. Bond is 1 months rent. Internet is $20/month additional per person; unlimited Wifi. Street parking with permit is available.
Exchange student from Germany studying physics at Unimelb. I'm up for social activities anytime but my base state is more on the quieter side. Probably one of the cleanest flatmates you will ever have.
Hey! I'm Alex, from spain! I'm living in Melbourne for 6 months and I'm looking for a share house. I'm studying english, at time working and playing futsal. I'm a kind person, sport loving, clean, tidy and so easy to get along. I don't smoke and I like happy and outgoing people! I like read, nature, take a beer with good company. I love coffe time as well as I love cooking! I like good relationship with flat mates, always disposed to have a chat and take a beer. I'm looking for a private room. I don't mind if there is some pet in the house, animal friendly.
Hi!! My name is Carolina. I'll start my Master degree at Unimelb in July 2019. I'm looking for a chilled place with clean roomates, and most important, walking distance from Parkville Campus. I'm easy going, friendly, cheerful, chilled, respectful, honest, clean and neat. On my spare time I like reading, going to the beach or doing trekking. I love coffee, chocolates, nature and animals. Please, send me a pm if you have a room available from mid/late july 😊
Hey future housemate- I'm starting honours in Psychology at Melb Uni and work (and meditate) as a classical dancer. I am very passionate about mental health and social change- and hope to do my little bit to make the world a happier place where all are welcome and free! I like to make the house feel like home and would like to be friends with my housemates! However, I do require that doctor prescribed "me time" and would always respect your privacy. I'm very chill, non-judgemental, and like to keep the communal space clean, but am in no way obsessive. Music, gym, yoga, dancing, pizza, journalling, board games, wine, animals and travelling are some of my favourite things! I enjoy heading out after work occasionally and on weekends and enjoy trying new things/meeting people! I do tend to stay up a bit later than the healthy clock as I'm usually my most creative essay writing self then- but I am very respectful of others schedules and maintain a healthy silence. I must mention that I don't want a loud party house (Parties are awesome for special occasions, totally keen to host BUT each Saturday ain't becoming a "put the red solo cups away day", coz the bitch got shit to do!!!!). Also, I am very welcoming of friends/family for dinner/wine whenever! I'm pet-friendly and will treat one with a lot of love and care. Message me if you're interested!
