I've done a working holiday in Canada for two years (Whistler/Banff if you're into your skiing) and am looking to stay in Melbourne for a lengthy period of time with my 3 year visa. I arrived on the 15/10/25, so only just over a week but I've landed myself a job and it starts Monday 27th October so Ideally would like to be settled into some accommodation by then (asking a lot here I know haha). If I'm not at work I'll probably be watching movies at home or at the cinema, pubbing chasing the occasional happy hour, walking. I did the Camino de Santiago a few years ago and walking is a good time to chat. I'd like to be in a semi social house/apartment where maybe there's the odd dinner/pub night.
