Hello everyone, My roommates and I are moving out of our spectacular apartment on the 21st of November because we finished our exchange term at the University of Melbourne. The apartment has 3 bedrooms ( 2 big ones, and one slightly smaller) they all have a desk, chair, bed and mattress. one room comes with two beds (this means you can stay two people in here, which will reduce rent) , and the other two are queen beds. There is a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer. Furthermore, the apartment has a balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with most kitchen appliances and electronics ( TV, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, AC). You get access to the building facilities such as the BBQ area and a gym. Location is: 118 Dudley Street in West Melbourne Right beside Queen Victoria Market (Great for fresh cheap fruits and Vegetables), Flagstaff Station and Central CBD. Rent: The two bigger room costs 250 per week and the small one 220. It is possible to share one of the big room (two separate beds) and in that case the cost will be 310 for the shared one, 220 for the big one and 190 for the smaller one, which is amazing considering the location of the place. Bond: It is 6 weeks since the apartment is managed by an agency (Royaland). Lease period ends on the 21st of July 2018 but it can be extended. Please, message me on the phone to organise and inspection. Alessandro
Fully furnished room with a double bed for couple (or affluent single) in a great location that's literally a 40 second walk from North Melbourne train station, 1 minute by train to the CBD and a ten minute walk to the CBD. Close to everything but away from the hustle bustle of the loud city streets (Restaurants, parks, recreational centres, etc.). This designer apartment and the furnishings are all brand new with myself having just moved in. The building itself is only less than a year old! Fully equipped with a spacious balcony and lengthy living room with a beautiful island counter. Message me for an inspection before someone else does! Access to the rooftop patio with a barbecue where you can chill with friends or have the occasional cookout with insane views. All bills except electricity included in rent but that'll probably only work out to be 40-45 per month each

I currently work full time for teaching Koreans English. I am pretty busy with work during the week, but I do enjoy socialising with housemates, having a glass of wine or cooking dinner occasionally. Back home I used to work for event company(mainly music industry) and did DJing too. I worked with a few of famous international artists like Tycho, Shigeto, Grimes, SUBTRAKT and so on. I'm a clean, considerate and respectful house mate. I'm looking for a house mate who has similar life style with me and is respectful and considerate. Express of Interest - December 2017 Hi people! I'm Natalia, early 30's from Chile, and I'm looking for my next "definitive" place to stay for at least 6 months, or maybe more. I'm a chilled and easygoing girl, working in admin, clean and tidy (sometimes too much, lol), respectful, looking for a place where I feel "at home". I've worked and lived in NZ, Chile and USA, and have shared apts before, so I know how it works ;) I enjoy watching movies, sharing a bottle of wine or a meal, but also really appreciate the quietness during week nights. I'm looking to have a private furnished room, hopefully with own bathroom, but don't mind to share it with one or two more. Not more than 3 ppl living in the apartment please! I'm escaping from a 6ppl house :) I'm willing to pay max, max, max $250 (bills included), hopefully less :D I have a pretty active life, I like going out, listening to live music, go for drinks, or picnics in the park, dancing, sometimes have a couple of friends over for dinner, and happy to be friends with my housemates, if that flows naturally... so if you're looking for someone like me, send me a msg! Thanks! :)

Hey Guys, I'm looking for somewhere where I can set up shop with some rad individuals hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. Originating from Brisbane I am a pretty chilled out guy, big pet lover, house trained so you can expect all the good stuff of a quality housemate, Rugby fella with the addition of occasional sporadic furniture making, Friday afternoon drinks and my complied list of the best beer and burger combos in Melbourne (subjectively opinionated) Currently working as a PM/Estimator (Mon-Fri) while looking to further myself within the electrical industry. I am always down for a hang and will often grab my camera and go on an adventure until I get lost But eventually find myself back home with some pretty wicked stories. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit :) Good luck with the hunt!
I have just arrived in Melbourne from Spain. I have decided to move to Australia in order to continue enjoying what I do and growing up as a person. I am an active, friendly and generally pretty chill. In my free time, I enjoy going to cultural events, having a simple conversation or just spending time alone. I have just finished a Degree in Physics. Meanwhile I was studying, I used to do different activities. For example, last year I played volleyball (for 9 months), football (university league), regional dance (4 months) and I went climbing for 2 months. In addition, I am a Greenpeace Volunteer in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and I will probably also volunteer here.
I'm a fun, relaxed, easy going and clean person. I'm a 28 year old guy from England and used to be a Producer on the Need for Speed video game series. After travelling for a while I am settling down in Melbourne to save money. I'm looking forward to finding somewhere to call home for a while, where I can unpack my backpack and relax with a wine at the end of the day. Looking for somewhere in or close to the CBD, with a private room and a decent shower. Not much else matters!
Hi guys, We are looking for an awesome person or couple to fill our spare bedroom in this huge 3 level warehouse conversion. The house is located 400m away from North Melbourne train station and is walking distance to the city, Victoria markets and the Errol Street precinct in North Melbourne. The lower level consists of a spare room/office space with separate toilet. The middle level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry. The top level consists of living, dining and a massive kitchen. There are also 2 great sized entertaining decks on this level with amazing city views. About the room: The room is a very good size, easily fitting a queen size bed with bedside tables. The room includes a large built in wardrobe. The main bathroom which would be your private bathroom, is located directly next to this room. The room is unfurnished About Alex and Sophie: We are both in our (very!) early 30’s, full time working professionals. We both work for the education sector. We are pretty chilled and enjoy watching a movie or Netflix on the couch after a day at work. We usually cook during the week and the weekends are usually spent out of the house. We are both extremely tidy and would be looking for a like-minded couple. We don’t mind having people over and entertaining occasionally, but the house is definitely not a party house by any means. Both love to catch up at the end of the day over a meal or drink but do also enjoy our own time. About you: Looking for a liked minded person or couple who are responsible and enjoys a tidy house! Preferably you are full time professionals, students could also be considered. Not looking for party animals but we wouldn't say no to the occasional drink at the local pub. There is on-street parking available (parking permits available). Unfortunately no pets are allowed :( The room will be available on 11 December 2017. Bond is $1500. If you like the look of the place and would be interested in an inspection, please make contact to organise a time to meet. We look forward to hearing from you. Alex and Soph
Hey I'm Ronaldo, I'm 26 and I work full-time at a bank (Don't hate me) and part time as an arm chair therapist. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends, good music, a few drink and some casual get rich quick schemes. I would generally like to move in with a tidy creative open minded bunch, possibly people who could help me improve my cooking skills of which I have none. Side note: dates and duration are flexible. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Hi, my name is Erick . I'm an accountant studying a masters in marketing at La Trobe University and i am searching to move out of my residence to a place more near the city. I consider I live an active and balanced life. I like going to the gym and chill with friends. I also enjoy outdoor activities and nature a lot. Wine and cheese is always a go for me :) In terms of sports I have practiced and would practice again here are squash, table tennis, rock climbing and soccer. So if you like some of those that would be really cool, we could practice them once in a while or regularly. I'm originally from Costa Rica, and have lived for a year in Germany. I would love to get to know as much as I can about the beautiful Australian culture. I am a clean an tidy person as well.
