The home is situated on a quiet street yet is just on the outskirts of the city centre. Walking to the city takes about 15 minutes. For public transport, the 57 tram is two minutes away and North Melbourne, Flagstaff and Southern Cross train stations are all 10-15 minute walks away. Errol St is just around the corner and has some epic cafes and shops. The Queen Vic Market is also only steps away! The place has an amazing view of the city skyline and is incredibly spacious. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs with the kitchen, living room and balcony upstairs. All rooms are fully furnished and come with A/C/heating system. The house has a garage as well as a parking space out front. I am going home for three weeks from the 29th May to the 20th June so looking to get someone in whilst I am away. Send through a message if you are interested in checking out the place!

I love to keep things simple and make life comfortable for myself and others around me. I possess a flexible characteristics to ensure the happiness of everyone involved. Beside my work, I keep myself glued to books my kindle. Playing badminton , cycling, swimming and meditation are ways I unwind and nourish myself. Couple moving to Australia on a working holiday visa, hoping for a flat with a medium length stay so we have a place while we look for jobs/farmwork to extend the visa. Adam is Canadian, Edward is British. Met and lived together in Manchester, England for 2 years while Adam worked on a holiday visa there. We both enjoy travelling (one of the reasons we're here!) but can be home bodies as well, enjoying a nice Netflix binge night. We aren't people who party much, maybe going out for a couple drinks with mates a few nights every few weeks. We are both neat and tidy, especially in common areas, and would love to get to know the people we are living with, but also respect privacy. Looking for easy going flatmate that could share knowledge about renting and everyday life of Melbourne/Australia. Planning on finding a place of our own after we do our required farmwork to extend our visas, but if we all get on really well would be interested in maybe staying longer with said flatmate. Moved to Melbourne March 12th and will be staying with a friend while we look for a place
