I am very responsible and abide by the house rules happily. I've just moved from the Gold Coast where I spent 6 months in the same house without ever having caused problems to neither any of the tenants nor the landlady. One of my few specifications is that it has all the bills and internet included in the rent.
Hi I'm Michelle! I'm a friendly, sociable person who enjoys spending time with housemates (inside or outside the home) but also lead a pretty active life & am happy to do my own thing. I'm easygoing, clean & respectful & desire a harmonious house with great people. I also appreciate furry animal friends if they're around too. I like to cook, spend time in nature and love travel & anything creative. I'm a writer who just completed post-grad studies in Public Relations :) I'm also flexible on a move in date if it's a little earlier.
Room in small heritage cottage perfect for someone who needs a short term rental (until end of aug), with furniture and bills included. The cottage comprises two rooms at the front, kitchen and bathroom. There's no shared living room but you have your own sofa and tv in your bedroom. Plenty of on street parking out the front (my current housemate had to organise a parking permit with council but it was easy). 5 mins walk to Errol street, Victoria market, 57 and 55 tram lines and flagstaff gardens/train station. The room would probably suit a male as there isn't a built-in robe. Must be pet friendly please as I have a cat.
Hi, We have the biggest upstairs room (+balcony) in the house for rent. The room has large wardrobes. It's a terrace house with high ceiling, a courtyard and permit parking available. The house is mostly furnished, so you just have to bring your own room furniture. Wonderful location right across the road from Errol St cafes, 5 minutes walk to Queen Vic Markets, walking distance to CBD, Melbourne Uni, Royal Melbourne hospital (we are friendly, so no need to get worried right now;-) ) and tram 57 almost in front of the house. We are looking for another professional person, mid 20s-late 30s to move in, or at least someone working full time. A friendly person who is independent but also happy to socialise. We are 2 housemates, male and female both in their early 30s, are professionals working around the CBD. We're usually busy with work or social and not always home but happy to have a beer together and watch the occasional show. Ariena, works in a lab, likes swimming, biking and dancing. Ariena can't cook but does make really nice fresh fruit juices. (important note from Ariena: I am improving my cooking skills though, the fire alarm has not been going off the last month..) Justin, works as an osteopath and teacher, loves skiing and cooking. Please text or email Ariena if you are interested.

Hi :) . I recently moved to Melbourne and am looking for a place in or near the city. I am very clean and tidy. I have been studying music in the city. I am a happy soul and would love to chat if you have a place that would suit. Cheers!
22 years old german girl searching for a place to stay in beautiful Melbourne for about 3 months (October to December). I am employed during that time and working in Southbank. I've studied Psychology in Germany and now I would like to explore Australia. I am an easy-going, funny, tidy and clean person who likes to travel (obviously), go out or watch Netflix. Got experience with living with flatmates in Germany as well as in Ireland. I am not a great cook but I will try my best to get us filled. Looking forward to your message! Best regards from Germany, Chiara
Hey Guys, I'm looking for somewhere where I can set up shop with some rad individuals hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. Originating from Brisbane I am a pretty chilled out guy, big pet lover (with no pets) house trained so you can expect all the good stuff of a quality housemate, Rugby fella with the addition of occasional sporadic furniture making, Friday afternoon drinks and my complied list of the best beer and burger combos in Melbourne (subjectively opinionated) Currently working in fire prevention (Mon-Fri) while looking to further within the industry. I am always down for a hang and will often grab my camera and go on an adventure until I get lost But eventually find myself back home with some pretty wicked stories. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit :) Otherwise good luck with the hunt!
Hello potential housemates, I'm Rob study construction management at RMIT and work in construction company in docklands Monday to Friday. I'm mostly occupied on the weekends with my uncles restaurant as I help out. I try to stay fit and go to gym after work (but sometimes too tired to go. So if you're active that'll be extra motivation). I'm not a party animal. Just the occasional drink with work mates (and maybe potential house mates). And yeah. That's about it.

Hello! After living with a group of great friends in Rosanna for a few years, it's time for a change (aka they're moving back in with the 'rents so they can save for a house deposit #millenialcurse). The silver lining here is that I'm taking this opportunity to move closer to work! I work at Melbourne Uni full-time, and will also be studying there part-time next semester. I have a Masters degree in Literature, so will come with a solid (if not eclectic) collection of books and can provide hours of conversation if books/film/tv is your thing. I love gin, makeup, eating food that I don't have to cook, and buying different editions of books I already own because the cover art is pretty. I love my current living situation, so would be keen on replicating that as closely as possible. That means becoming fast friends with my potential housemates (that's you!) and being able to come home to a group of people that I adore. We share food staples (milk, eggs, flour, sugar, etc, etc) and cleaning products, but everything else we keep separate. I think this system works a treat, so ideally my new housemates would agree. I'm looking for 3-4 housemates around my age, who work full-time, and who are as friendly as I am but who also understand the need for quiet/Netflix time every now and again. I love to socialise and hang with friends, but rarely bring the party back to my place, so your sleep is almost guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Having said that my goodness I flipping love house parties so would be totally fine if you wanted to host one on the odd occasion. I've also gotten used to the glorious invention that is a dishwasher, so would be keen on a relatively new place that has schmick, modern ammenities. I'm all for gender balance too! Having grown up in a house full of women, living with men is a genuine novelty for me. If the stars align, our new household will have 2 lovely ladies and two gentlemen occupying it. I'm a cis woman, but I'm also LGBTQI+ friendly (I hope I got the acronym right). I'm not opposed to sharing with a couple, as long as I have another single buddy to keep the balance. For fun I take pole dancing lessons, go to the movies, spend time with friends, and have performed in the odd amateur musical from time to time. You can expect sweet shower-renditions of showtunes if I'm feeling brave. I don't have very much house stuff beyond the furniture in my current bedroom, and I'm keen to avoid having to buy anything, so ideally one or more of my future housies will be able to provide luxury items like a washing machine and a fridge. My current lease is up in early November, so I'd be keen on having a place locked in by mid-late October. Anywhere in/close to Parkville would be amazing - I'm determined to find somewhere walking-distance to work so I can ditch my monthly Myki fee! If any of this sounds appealing to you, get in touch! I'm so excited to welcome a new bunch of awesome people into my life and hope you feel likewise after reading this very long explanation of who I am. Speak soon!
