Hi Flatmaters! Phoebe here, a very easy-going, down to earth post-grad student. I'm halfway through my masters in Music Therapy and also work weekends, so that keeps me plenty busy and out of your hair most of the time. However, if you come home after a stressful day and need a casual serenading, i'm your gal haha. I'm all about good, positive vibes and am super passionate about music, travel and getting out and having allll of the adventures. I've lived in share houses for many years both here and overseas and with housemates from all around the world, so i like to think i'm a half decent housemate myself haha :) Always down for a chat but also respect personal space and time and always try to keep a clean and tidy house. I have just moved out of my previous share house as our lease ended, so i'm currently spending time with my family on the mid north coast. Move in date is flexible and i would be happy to drive back to Sydney to meet you and see your place, or do a skype meeting, whichever you'd prefer. Max budget could also be negotiated for the right place/ housemates :) I love animals so this is not a problem if you have any, only requirement is i do have a car so unmetered parking near the house/apartment would be ideal! Don't hesitate to shoot me a message with any questions!
Singles $200 per week, couples (no kids) $240 per week. The place is fully furnished, features a single bathroom, large kitchen and laundry. Hidden amongst the trees in North Parramatta it's nice and quiet even though it's less than 100 meters to the local shops (supermarket, chemist, pizza shop, laundromat and more), Belmore park and right next to Church street. It's in a central location that will easily connect you with multiple bus stops that can take you in most directions and the free ‘Loop’ bus service to the Parramatta CBD and train station, or a 10-minute walk if you’re fit! The room is available now so don't hesitate to ask me any questions if you are interested or would like to view the room, just send me a message here and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi there! I’m Jacqui, and I am 33 years old. I’m a cruisy person. I work at TAFE NSW, full time. A bit of a gym junkie and loooooove food. Love bouldering. Love dancing. Love scuba diving. Love to travel. And love chilling out to Netflix. I am clean and tidy and don’t mind a chat. I live near Parramatta already but looking for a place that is cheaper than my current place but will still be able to store my stuff somewhere.. Also looking for a funky place to be! I’m looking , hopefully, to get someone who is like minded..
Hey Guys! I am: A passive person who has a lot of patience. A huge animal lover who gets along with pets. Not loud and like to break away from home and go on my own missions sometimes. Respectful and mindful of the people i house with and their requests. I currently spend Mondays through to Thursdays working in Sydney as an IT support technician, until late and spend my fridays studying at Tafe. Even though i cherish every second of sleep i can get, I am a sucker for the outdoors, swimming, rock climbing, yoga and experimental cooking (vegetarian). I usually keep my things tidy and am great at cleaning up after myself. I will admit to being a bit of an introvert, but love conversating here and there as well (:
It’s in a nice and quiet street with buses all around at 5mn walk. If you have kids there’s schools all around. It’s at 10-15mn away from Parramatta CBD. There’s enough space for everybody to have their personal space. It’s all clean and new. We have Netflix, central heating and air conditioning and a huuuuge collection of music. Also you will have a personal photographer haha
