Nice and large furnished bedroom available NOW, on the 2nd level of a brand new townhouse located in a quiet area and close to everything. The bedroom has a single bed with mattress, a bedside table, a desk + chair, a huge wardrobe + air conditioner / heating and a window that provides ample lighting and overlooks the crocket club and the railway. The window (like all the windows at home) has double glass so even with the train nearby it is pretty quiet. Trains are quite infrequent and are small ones but it is something to note if you are a very light sleeper. The main bathroom is just next to the bedroom and is not very used as we have an ensuite. We only ask you to keep the main bathroom ALWAYS clean and tidy as guests would use it when they are home for a visit. The house is fully furnished (except that we have no TV). On the rooftop terrace that overlooks the city and the bay you will find the BBQ. It takes approximately 20/30 minutes to get into the city by train and the train station (North Williamstown) is within 2 minutes walking distance - very convenient. Buses are also available nearby. Coles and Woolworth are just a 10/15 minute walk away with also cafés, restaurants and other shops/ services close by (gym, hospital, library...). The main beach is only at 10/15 minutes walk. Perfect in summer! $250 / week ALL BILLS INCLUDED (Internet, electricity, water... ). No extra to pay.

Enjoys a good time out just as much as a good time in. Full time worker, play footy during winter and lives outdoors during summer. I think I’m funny even though I don’t usually say much. Helper, clean, respectful & always up for anything.
We are a couple from Sweden and we consider us to be very easy going, friendly and sociable. We are passionated about traveling and meeting new people, and we do prefer to live in a clean and tidy environment. Instead of smashing you with more information here, we hope to get to know you guys while having a look at your place! Cheers, Simon & Rebecca
I study music at VU and have part-time work. Originally from Sydney and Mudgee, returning to Melbourne to finish my degree after living in Nashville. I am a trained guitar technician, spend most of my time building guitars, recording music and researching music therapy. I have access to VU studios so I won't make make too much noise. I have a fair bit of music gear and tech tools I'd love to share with the house. Fairly chill, neat but not OCD. Love a cold beer after work.
I'm exchange student form Mexico, from July to December. I love theatre, singing, dancing and exersicing. I love to go out, walk and know new places and new people. I study Architecture. I'm also a great roomie, I am silent, nice and I like keeping my room neat... :)
I am a software developer. I work full-time for an online training company based in South Melbourne. I live in Truganina in my own house, but I need temporary accommodation closer to the CBD while I sort some things out with my life. For the moment, I only need a place to stay for up to 3 months. I prefer a location close to a train station because I don't drive. I have a beautiful Labradoodle named Robbie, but he won't be coming with me. I plan to visit him every weekend. I usually keep to myself and I rarely cook. I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, I read sometimes, and I watch Netflix a lot (in my computer mostly).
I have been renting for roughly 5 years & always pay my rent on time, i am neat & tidy, i am always down for a movie wine night in & board games but i do also enjoy my own time too, i work full time & do have after work curriculars to keep myself busy. It has now come to a time where i must move on from mu current living situation & find a new pal to share a home with , i must add i do have a fur baby he is 4 & quite energetic at most times & he requires his own space with no other pets. I can't wait to see who & what homes are out there for us 😁
Hi there, We have been a couple for over 3 years and we are moving to Melbourne on 22nd of August from London. We are looking for a double room or a studio flat located preferably near the city centre. We are hoping to start with a short contract and continue for the longer period. See you soon, Rosa (24) and Dariusz (33)
I'm relatively quite and laid-back so I'd prefer a peaceful place, but I do enjoy a good conversation. I'm very clean, tidy, respectful and dedicated to doing my fair share of house chores. At home I'm usually behind my laptop writing/blogging and/or watching movies so wifi is essential for my survival.
I'm 38 and just completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I'm originally from the Blue Mountains in Sydney. I've lived in Altona for 3 years and love it. I'm looking for a place to share that has plenty of space whilst I save a deposit and look to buy a place of my own. I go kiteboarding regularly and enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I am very sociable and easy to get along with (kind of important as a psychologist). I am not into late nights or loud partying but enjoy having a good time.
Hi Guys! I'm Ben and I am currently on the lookout for a new place to call home. During the week I am too buggered after work (8am - 7pm shifts) to do much but blob out on the sofa watching something on Netflix or Stan (yay for Rupauls Drag Race!) but I do enjoy a couple of drinks on a friday after a hard week to unwind (gin & tonic anybody?). In my spare time I love to garden and you'll often find me either at a nursery pondering whether I have room for yet another pot plant or at the Royal Botanic Garden taking a stroll. Previously lived in a share house with a lovely greek lady and her teenage son so I know what its like being in a busy household! Suitable flatmates would be ones that don't hide in their room all day, likes to have a chat every now and then, but also mature enough to know that sometimes you just need your own space! It's important to me that common/shared spaces are kept tidy but as for your own room well that's your private area! I know this is pretty standard stuff to ask for but at the end of the day i'm after a homely environment. If there's anything you want to ask me, please fire away! Cheers, Ben
I’m Katherine or Kat as most people call me. I am 36yr old single female from Melbourne. I am currently at home on paid Sabbatical (until Jan 2nd for now) from my full time job with Cirque du Soleil, after 7 years touring the world I am in need of a quiet but fun home to rest and restore myself. I am currently studying to see if I like nursing and maybe change my career path to be home permanently with family and friends. My loves are scuba diving, music and comedy. I go out on the weekends with friends and my weeks are pretty quiet exploring fun ways to keep myself busy. I would be home a lot but this is a bonus cause I often clean or make delicious meals to share.
Hi my name is Izzy, I am currently looking for another place to live as my lease here runs out at the end of this month! I am a 23 y/o NZ Maori girl, who's been living in Melbourne a little under a year. I am currently working as a Wholesale Supervisor for one of Melbournes Seafood Centres. Im Full-time and I work night shift so youll find I'll be either home during the day, or out and about finding things to do! I love my music, I come bearing my trusty old Guitar (I love to jam every now and then.) Love hanging out with my friends over a few quiet beers. I know how to cook mean feed! (Us NZers know how to cook and how to Eat!) lol I also know how to wash, dry and pack a dish as well as keep all general areas tidy and clean. I pay my bills on time, and like to think of myself as a genuine trustworthy peron. Although I like to hangout and share a meal with my Flatmates, I also love my downtime and will definitely respect your privacy. I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Izzy
My best friend and our furbaby are looking to join a share house in the northern or western suburbs! We are currently in limbo as our real estate agent has failed to respond to power outages, falling down infrastructure and exposed wires across our current rental and we are DESPERATE to find a new sanctuary. We are currently without an oven, power to most rooms and none of our doors lock. Yeah. It sucks. A bit about us: Lucy, 22 is a full-time journalist working for a print magazine. She loves drinking coffee (way too often), embroidery, trivia nights and cooking middle eastern food (veggo). Carla, 24 is a full-time youth worker who makes the world a better place every day! She loves dinosaurs (she's a weirdo, yeah), collecting funky dangly earrings, cooking mouthwatering stir fries and taking spontaneous adventures. Beatrix Jayne, 1 yr old, is a peaceful fur ball. It should be noted we cannot move without her, she is our bundle of pure love. She is an indoor cat and is house trained to the max. She's too friendly and will melt your heart. If we sound semi-not terrible please message us!
Hi! I'm from Brazil. I’m very flexible, quiet, nerdy and organized person and I work all day in my own business with flowers in Newport and I study at night in the city. I don’t mind if people like to make party in the house as long as they leave my room intact.
