Billy
$400/week•31 year old man
I'm Billy, 31 M. In the home, I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I understand the need for space and alone time, something I myself understands as a prerequisite to recharge the battery. I'm approachable and will socialise over dinner or if we are using the common spaces together. I've been share house trained for 4 years, and understand the importance of cleaning up after myself and shared responsibilities in ensuring the household runs smoothly. Strong preference for the house to be to be chilled during the week. I'm a super easy going person, who will look for opportunities to be out of the home. I'm an active person who goes to the gym and yoga during the week. Opportunities to hike are a bonus when the weather calls for it. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music (I have a modest but growing vinyl collection), going to live music and attending live sports events. I have a stable income, working in residential care with adolescence and I about to start employment at a school as a well-being officer at a senior college in South Melbourne. Please do not hesitate to reach out. Should you require a reference. I'd be happy to forward contact details of people I have cohabitated with :)

Elena
$325/week•31 year old woman
I work full-time in the office and keep pretty busy during the week with dance classes, gym, and catching up with friends. At home, I like a balance of hanging out with housemates for a chat or meal but also value solo downtime. I do not smoke and not a big drinker. I’m tidy and clean, especially in shared spaces, and I love cooking for people close to me (my latest bake was a caramel slice!). When I’m winding down, you’ll usually find me meal prepping, watching a crime series, or occasionally baking. I’d love to join a friendly, respectful and good-vibes household.

$300/week•28 year old woman
I am a 28-year-old woman who works full time and is also a law student- finishing my degree this year! 👩🎓 I prefer living in a cozy and friendly share house where I can relax after a long day, but feel comfortable to socialise with my housemate over dinner or coffee. I enjoy running, Pilates, and listening to music and podcasts in my free time. Traveling is a passion of mine, and I have a beautiful dog Milo that would be coming with me🐶 I'm looking for a friendly environment to call home, not a party house.

Anju
$300/week•32 year old woman
Hi, I’m Anju (32, she/her), currently looking for a room to rent that I can move in on 25th October. I’m going to stay until April next year. I’m a working holiday maker from Japan working as an au-pair and a sandwich hand at a cafe. I’m a quiet, easy going individual. I like spending time in my room, but I’m also up for having a chat over a meal or a drink with other flatmates from time to time. I am used to sharing a house with other flatmates. Keeping things tidy and organized is one of my routines especially when I share a place with someone. Thank you for reading this, please send me a message if you think I would be a good fit for your place!

Mel
$350/week•49 year old woman
My name is Mel, I'm a teacher who loves backpacking, art, books, music and nature. I'm considerate, clean, pay my bills on time and I can cook up a pretty tasty communal feast but I do like my own space as I'm a bit of an introvert. I started writing a book in lockdown which is a belated journal of my experiences travelling around the world fused with my formative years, so I can disappear into a painting/writing bubble on occasion. I found my old typewriter from high school and easel from university so I'm embracing my creativity and going out less. I'm looking for a home that is a sanctuary with some kindred spirits who, like me, may have grown out of their party phase. Ideally I would love a home with a garden as being outdoors makes me feel more relaxed. I love markets, visiting opshops, going to the cinema to watch old movies or classics and am a bit of a bookshop nerd. I've started Roller-skating again and am working up the courage to attempt roller derby. I've lived in sharehouses all my life, from my first, living with surfers in London to my last one, in Thornbury with the best hammocks and veggie garden and flatmates who became best mates. I would love to find a little community again.
