Ahoy, I'm Ollie. A relaxed, employed 29 year old, and part-time psychology student. A bit of an ambivert, I comfortably flow between socialisation and independently pursuing my own curiosities included, but not limited to learning Sitar, an array of little projects, and plenty of cooking (if only to keep ample hummus abound). I could bring to a house a lush tea and spice assortment, a decent sound system (don't worry, I have headphones), solid computer know-how, a washing machine, and a presence that is well honed in the art of taking care of oneself and being a conscientious housemate. I've run share-houses before and can summon references from both landlords and former housemates if need be. All said, hopefully I'll hear from you soon. Best of luck, Ollie.
The room comes with an ensuite and you can fit a queen size in here. The apartment has split heating and cooling, and a dishwasher.the property is 3 mins walk to Nunawading station and is only a year old. quiet neighbourhood. There isn't much furniture here as my existing housemate is moving out ( he got married). So whatever you got is welcomed. The apartment is at the back of the building with a huge balcony, and it comes with me who is awesome :)
Hello, I'm Kamara, I work at an Eastern Hospital. I'm looking for a 12 month long term place to stay around the Eastern suburbs with people around my age, 20-28. Bit about me: I am organised so will definitely pay bills on time, I'm friendly, tolerable, easy to get along with, generally tidy and I always clean up after myself as I'm considerate of others. Socially, I'm usually up for a chat or hang out depending on the preferences of my housemates, but if you're someone who keeps to yourself that's okay with me too, as I respect that. I prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner/movie nights with friends at home, just not wild parties. I also lead a semi-active lifestyle and go trail bike riding or running on my off days. If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out, cheers :)
I'm Chloe! I'm someone who is postive and bubbly. I like to be social but also enjoy my down time. I'm into my health and fitness, fashion, music and food. Currently working full time as a receptionist and also do night school one night a week.
Hey! I am Eugenie, 21yo female currently doing my final year of uni, graduating mid year 2017. I currently work part time and will get into full time work around june/july. First things first: I have a cat. If that is ok with you, read on. Profession: Social Worker Interests: Beach, nature, exercise, food, dancing, roller skating, bike riding, and my cat whose name is Fairy Pants. The Rest: I'm looking for a place to call home and share with friendly people. I'm good with house work having both shared and lived alone - no discussions about lack of pitching in will be required! I also pay rent and bills on time. I'm not a party animal so I'm just looking for a relaxing place to come home to after work. I like to socialise with house mates and also have some quiet time doing my own thing. I am looking to move in somewhere as soon as possible so please feel free to contact me.
Hey! My name is Jess and I'm a 21 year old muso who is looking for a place to call home, not just a place to live! I'm a 3rd year music student studying at the Victorian College of the Arts so obviously music is a huge part of my life. I play violin, guitar, piano and I sing a little bit too so if you're interested in impromptu jam sessions I would be more than ok with that! If not, thats cool too! However, I will need to live with people who at least appreciate music to some degree. I work two jobs where I teach violin to primary school students and work at a nursing home. I would say that I'm pretty easy to live with; I'm easygoing, considerate of other people, neat and tidy and not too in your face. I'd say I'm reasonably organised, so you won't have to worry about be paying rent/bills on time. In my spare time, I like to read, do all things arty, attempt poi, listen to/play/write music, see live music, go to festivals and spend time with friends. Ideally, I would like to live with easygoing, good natured, somewhat creative people who are around the same age as me (around 20 - 27) who are down for socialising and hanging out but can also respect my need for alone time as well. It would also be really great if I could find a place that's close to public transportI love animals so if you are a pet friendly household I'd have no problem with that at all.
I am easy going, very clean, fun and get along with everyone. Am working full time and am rarely home. I do have an adorable and loving black cat named Ninja who is also as chilled as her father.
Hi! My names Terri, I'm 19 and a full time student. (Philosophy major) I'm also a freelance artist and designer. I'm clean, respectable, very breezy and easy going. I'm happy to have a chat and be friendly with anyone or just wind down after work. I also have a dog; his name is Dobby and he's a Jack Russell. He's a bundle of fun and raised to be a very good boy! Besides his taste for my socks and habit of napping where people want to sit. He also gets along with other dogs and cats. I'm also a light smoker (only at night) but am more than happy to smoke outside.
