I’m right across the road from main railway station! Both Lilydale and Belgrave lines run, there is a consistent service. So close to shops, aircon and heating, pay TV, fast reliable internet, aaaannnndddd a cute little grey tabby rescue named Obi Wan! Obi doesn’t go down the other end of the house where your room will be. You’ll have your own room and own main bathroom with shower and bath. Home is modern, and very conveniently located. Space in garage for car! Cleaning is required in common spaces, which will be shared between flatmates. You’ll have lots of privacy, and it’s a quiet and secure place. Power included in rent, however this is a fair use amount. There is also the possibility for me to move out of the master room if you are a couple and you need more room. It’s a huge room with two robes and an en-suite. You’ll obviously have to pay more, but that’s negotiable too! Thank you :)

I am a 25 year old studying my Master of Environment part time at Melbourne Uni. I do dog walking and pet sitting for work. I have 2 indoor cats, Tallulah and Nala. I love spending time with animals, reading, beer or wine with friends, the environment, TV shows, vegan food and Pokemon Go. I'm looking for a room in the eastern suburbs, close to public transport. I am flexible re: move in date, though would like to move in the next couple of months. I have been living in sharehouses for the past 7 years. I clean up after myself and my cats. I enjoy a chat over a drink or meal with housemates, but am respectful of your personal space. I'm looking to pay up to about $600/pcm. Please shoot me a PM if you think me and my 2 lovely cats might gel with your household! Cheers!
Hi, I'm Jess, twin sisters with Demi. We are willing to pay $140 each per week. Together we are hoping to move out of our student accommodation where we have been living the last two years into private rental, as I have completed my studies. I am currently seeking full-time work before applying to the Police Academy - not home often. My sister, Demi, is currently studying a Bachelor of International Studies, while employed as a casual. We love art, baking, games, binge watching series and getting outdoors. We're non-smokers, we welcome drinkers but non-drinkers ourselves, no pets full time but we would allow animals in when needed. Looking to share an internet account and looking for somewhere relatively close to shops and public transport - currently don’t own a car. We are mature, friendly and enthusiastic people that are looking for someone to share memories with, and have fun but also respect privacy. In the household we need trust and communication, while keeping things clean through shared efforts of the household.
I'm Maddi, 22 years old and a nurse at Box Hill Hospital. As I work a combination of day, afternoon and night shifts I can sometimes come and go at odd hours. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends over dinner, watching netflix, going to the gym and travelling! I am a respectful and clean housemate. I am looking for an unfurnished room in the Blackburn area.
Hey guys! Currently looking for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, I moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I am a qualified auto tech, currently working in retail and am looking to make a career change into engineering/land surveying this year. I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or two. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. I've lived in sharehouses for years so I know how they operate in terms of cleanliness and general consideration for others. Oh and I pay my rent and bills on time! Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
Hi, my name is Tim, I'm 41 years old, I work full time on afternoon shift in the printing industry. (So you'd have the place to yourself in the evenings). I am eating a plant based diet and am into a healthy lifestyle, I go to the gym when I can usually in the morning. I love to travel I recently got back from Cambodia checking out Angkor Wat. I also like socialising with my friends and making new friends. I consider myself to be a friendly happy person I also like to keep the house clean, neat and tidy.
My name is Jack Moir and I’m post graduate and am looking for a place to stay. I’m a big movie lover with plans to make one of my own. I currently work around 30 hours a week across two jobs. I'm writing a film at the moment that I plan on making at some point in 2019.
I’m from the south eastern suburbs looking to move closer into the city to be closer to uni and also because I love the city and am looking for a change to move out of my comfort zone. I work two part time jobs and am returning to full time study this year, studying a Bachelor of Arts at Swinburne. I will be very busy, I work hard and keep to myself but am also very open minded and friendly and value a fun social life. I take responsibility and care of my own things, have a willingness to equally share house duties and value a happy and clean living space that balances the importance of personal space and boundaries with the fun of a shared environment. I have a boyfriend who will most likely stay over from time to time as we are in a long term relationship and he also works in the city, so I require a willingness for couples from time to time, and I am open to any mixed gender household. Also very animal friendly and open to any pets

Hi, my name is Frank. I'm Dutch, but I've applied for a PR in Australia. By the time I need a room, my bridging visa will have kicked in allowing me to work. If things go as planned, I will be working full-time during the day and relaxing in the evenings. As my wife will return home temporarily and does house-sits, I'm looking for a single person place that allows my wife to visit regularly. I'm organized, clean and will carry my weight when it comes to cleaning.

I’m looking at moving into a home with some friendly, open minded, easy going housemates. I'd ideally like to live close to Deakin University (Burwood Campus), but I'm super flexible with the location if it means living closer to public transport. Budget is $180-200 pw (incl bills+internet) but anything lower would be ideal. I'm 24, and a respectable housemate and will definitely contribute to keeping things clean and organised. I play footy for the Saints VFLW, which takes up a lot of my time when I'm not studying. I also have my own art business on the side which is a nice go to when I need to mellow down from everything else. I'd love to live with people who are just as easy going as I am. I'm extremely respectful of privacy as well, but I'm always open to conversations or just hanging out in the backyard drinking wine. :)
Gday my name's Shaeden, I'm currently living near Shepperton but keen to move back down near the city, just looking for a room for myself and hopefully my dog too. I'm working in a pub at the moment so I'm usually working late. Real easy going and can easily keep to myself so I won't be an annoyance, but also don't mind a good time too. I'm not messy or anything but more than happy to do my share of housework and help out with anything etc. If anyone's reading this I hope you take me into consideration, I'd really appreciate it. Cheers
Hey guys! Looking for an already established house with some likeminded housemates. I work as a nurse in Emergency so I can save your life if you need. This also means I work shift work so you may not see me too much. I am very social and I love getting out and about. Also love a quiet night in, watching a movie or having a wine! I’m planning on moving overseas for work later in the year so looking to move somewhere for approx 6 months :)
