I'm a current undergraduate Swinburne University student online part time studying my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care. (Primary) I work with a small childcare centre and been there for 3 - 4 years now. I'm a quiet person that likes to keep to myself.
I like to sight see to new places, enjoy going grocery shopping, going to the movies, going out to eat.
I'm not a clubbing person, non-smoker, non-alcohol person: non-beer. The only time I would drink wine is when I'm with family dinner celebration (preferably white wine)
I'm definitely not a party outgoing person. BUT - I'm happy to sit down for a chat on occasion like eating with my housemates or like with university friends for lunches or dinners. I like my sleep ins most days especially if working in childcare Monday - Friday sometimes. But with uni these days, I cut back to 3 times a week plus with future work placement and assignments due dates, I'm going to be a very busy flatmate person.
Tech savvy person and been asked a lot to helped elderly people how to navigate their way around technology.
Simple house works chores very familiar with:
- throwing out rubbish/recycle, rolling out bins
- cleans own shower bathroom mirror as well
- washing dishes, making ice cubes for ice drinks.
- cleans sink basin, it would be great if you have a sweeping broom I can use to borrow because my hair falls a lot on the bathroom floor! I prefer if have cleaning supplies. Wipe my own table and definitely clean up myself after eating.
- do my own laundry, great at folding my own clothes and hanging the laundry outside.
Prefers if the house/apartment have their own vacuum supplied to me if can borrow one cleaning supply be great!
My hobbies include: mobile games, playing strategy games, enjoy Playstation Final Fantasy games, RPG writing group, writing for fun hobbies. Used to play piano and got up to grade 7, never finished. Got my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care
I can drink wine on celebrations occasion for an example: if you're celebrating student graduation, wedding, birthday parties etc, overseas relative visitors celebration example. But prefer beverages are soft drinks preferably.
I like going to new places to try new food, ventures to new restaurants as well if you like as a housemate to go out eating, drinking with me, just organise one and I'm happy to tag along if you like.

Preference: furnished, LOCATION NEAR WORK very important for me as I don't drive and as long as there's shops for me to go to to buy my grocery, great! I study online on my laptop so no problem during the evenings.
I am noise considered person that respect your privacy and I value that personally myself. No partying because enduring screaming children at childcare, you like to come home to a quiet home to relax after a long day. I don't have time to party. Interview me by phone is very fine by me. But please make by appointment first! Definitely looking for renewable lease type.
About Team ups: I'm open to team ups actually, long term person that's willing to team up with the following locations: Blackburn (ideally near Blackburn Station), Doncaster East, Doncaster Road, Box Hill (central and all the shops there), relatively where possible, let's team up looking for apartments in those areas! Knowing the rental areas are very difficult to get, let's seek, apply and work together and also am open. If you like, feel free to message me if you're interested in teaming up.
