Hey :-) I am ideally looking for a furnished room (or I can buy a bed etc) for a long term share arrangement. Am open minded about suburb as I work all across Brisbane in construction. Rent between $250-500 per week dependent on what it is, so open to different options. Also would consider a studio / small 2 bedder up to $400 - 600 ish if something came up. I prefer sharing with clean happy people with a chilled / positive vibe. I grew up in Yamba, a small beach town an hour and a bit south of Byron. I work pretty long hours in construction as a Labourer so usually leave the house at 5am and back around 4 - 5pm ish. Weekends spent at the beach where possible, at the gym or with mates. Also in the process of setting up an online education business. Very passionate about conservation and eat mostly organic food from the farmers markets. I eat very healthily and value fitness and people who take care of themselves mentally and physically. Abundance mindset is a thing I live my life by and focus on what is possible.... not focusing on limitations. I tend to prefer hanging around people with a spark and some intellect, a good heart plus banter skills.... those doing the 9 - 5pm without any direction in life hanging for friday arvo beers are not my crowd.... Probably share best with people with some intellect and critical thinking skills and a good heart. If you listen to mainstream media and live in a "fear bubble" waiting for the latest disaster, then we probably won't be the best flatmates. Am after a happy share home with like minded buddies to grab food with and talk nonsense when we want company - not keen on sharing with people who hide in their rooms playing video games or watching mindless stuff on TV. Also have your own time when you need some chill time.... Its about balance and respect.... Love all animals (dogs, cats, horses and farm animals) and I do some volunteer work for a homeless shelter in West End to give back. Probably best suited to share with meat eaters. Vegans and I probably not the best match. I am keen to share with legends that are UNvaccinated and avoided the covid / flu and other jabs the last 5 years. Unfortunately there are side effects from these medications that I don’t want to be around. Am a fit strong worker, so probably a good match if you have a garden, backyard that might need regular landscaping, farm or a half finished house undergoing renovations where you might need a hand to do tradie / construction jobs at home. Happy to discuss a mix of cash / working on a property arrangements if that is mutually beneficial. I prefer a clean house but not too crazy or OCD weird.. ha ha....... Just chilled and respectful flatmates with decent banter who can communicate clearly and directly around any issues. Good vibes only......
