Hi, I'm Bayley! I am currently living in Albion but relocating as my landlords have decided to move into my apartment. I recently graduated from uni and work full-time in a hotel. As I work full-time, I am out most days and work during the day and night, and sometimes overnight. On my days off, I usually try to go out and meet friends so I don't attract visitors and not a party animal. At home I like to keep to myself but don't mind a good 'old convo and clean up after myself. I don't smoke or drink. I am financially stable and pay bills as soon as they are received. A little bit about me is that I love reality TV, listening to RnB, going for long walks and beach trips! If you can keep an indoor plant alive please show me your hacks! These are some things that I am looking for in a place: - $280 pw on rent (bills not included) but willing to increase if need be. - Off-street parking (I bought my car not long ago so it would be amazing if this was available!) - Preferably only sharing with 2x other people - Preferably own bathroom but okay to share with 1x other person - Unfurnished bedroom - Prefer north-side suburbs close to CBD but keeping an open mind. I recently graduated from uni and am looking for a long-term place to rent near Redcliffe (or somewhere between Redcliffe and Wooloowin) and close to the train line. I'm pretty chill and introverted but I'd ideally want to be friends with whoever I'm living with and hang out when when we're both free (i.e dinners together, watch movies on the weekends, etc.) but I like to keep to myself too.
