Aside from being laid back and friendly, I'm also organised and neat. Honesty time now, I'm a married, bisexual male that wants his own space to express his femininity. I believe being upfront is best so there are no surprises. I won't stay most nights but will be an engaging flatmate and just ask for a little discretion and non judgement from my future flatmates.
Im extremely easy going and keep to myself for the most part. Ive spent the last year living in ballarat and looking to move back close to work. Im a huge nerd and spend way too much time playing ps4 and watching movies. Im a fairly neat and tidy person.

If I'm what you're looking for, send me a message!
Hi All, My name is Morgan, I’m 30 years old working full time (5 days) in a marketing firm in the city and one more day in a café in Airport West. I like to keep busy and enjoy a full day every day. When I’m not working I enjoy training at the gym, as well as leading a generally healthy lifestyle, going for drives out to the Yarra Valley and quietly relaxing with some snacks and Netflix. Not at all a party animal. I’m a bit of an early bird, up most days at 5 am however am sympathetic to others in the house and try and be as quiet as possible. I love food/coffee and am often brunching on my day off, otherwise relaxing at home. I also enjoy home family dinners and am really looking for a long term housemate that I can treat as a close friend. I also have a little dog, Denny. He’s a small Maltese who stays outside during the day and doesnt shed, so would need something that is pet friendly and allows a small dog. Look forward to chatting with you. Morgan.
I am clean, tidy and very respectful. I am a social person who loves cooking and physical activity, very well rounded, knowledgable and very easy going. I have a large respect for personal space, and consider myself very easy to live with :)
Hi, we’re 3 well travelled, full time, independent girls who like getting home from work, having a glass of wine to unwind and enjoying yum food. We all have our own interests and whilst we like girl time we also value and respect each others space and alone time too. We are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom spacious place in the suburbs listed to move into shortly and take on a year + lease. All have references and great previous rental history as well as a cleaner who’s details can also be provided upon application. We look forward to hearing from you. Kate, Jade and Sal

Fantastic location with an easy 6 Minute walk to the station, ~22 minute train ride to the city depending on station. Very new property that has not been lived in before with a new split system air conditioner in bedroom as well as one upstairs in the shared living area. All appliances already owned and available for sharing in the house including fridge, microwave, TV, washing machine etc. Must be comfortable living with a cat, she has the general roam of the house and is an indoor cat only. Room as own walk in wardrobe with connected en-suite with private storage, toilet and bathroom. Room measures roughly 334cm x 264cm and has plenty of power sockets as well as an antenna connection. Only the bedroom is unfurnished so would need a bed and anything else for the room but no other furniture would be required to move in comfortably. Looking for an individual to move in, not considering couples at this stage. Rent is $250 a week or $1085 a calendar month. Internet would be an extra $35 a month and other utilities occur every 3 months and will depend how good we are at being conservative with them.
