Hey, I’m a 27 year old Irish girl and I moved here in February! I’m looking for somewhere in the northern suburbs with good transport links. My budget is max $300 a week (excl. bills). I’m a Speech Pathologist and I work mostly in clinics and schools with the occasional WFH day too. I don’t have a car but I’m thinking of getting one so I would like to have a parking space or on street parking nearby. My current place was already furnished so I don’t have much to bring with me. If there’s an option of buying the previous housemates bed etc. I would definitely be interested! I’m friendly, clean, considerate and have years of house share experience. I’m chatty but also like to just chill and have my own space too. I’m looking for somewhere that’s homely and clean with easygoing and sociable housemates!
