I don't smoke or do drugs and also have no pets. I'm a bartender in the Docklands area so my hours do vary and go for late hours, but I'm not a noisy person, I try my best to be respectful. I'm punctual with payments and happy to chip in or get involved in any goings on amongst the house I spend my free time watching series, looking after plants (to do have green fingers and love to get my hands dirty), playing guitar and listening to music, drawing, gaming, and generally going out for walks, hikes and general adventures I need to give a month's notice on my current place so there's no rush.
