Friendly, outgoing, tradie and a hard worker so don’t mind mowing lawns and doing outside work, I like living in a clean space so have no troubles cleaning up after myself. I work all day around 6 days a week and am in bed at around 9 at night so I’m definitely not hard to live with :)

Hey guys . First of all the location is great 2 min drive to the local train station and a 2 min drive to the Monash freeway . Very quite estate , all the rooms fit a queen bed and still have room to move around . House is only 4 year old so in good and healthy condition to live in. Bills will be split in the amount of people living in the house and internet is included in the rent . Pets not allowed. Must have a job .

You will be living in a brand new house in a quiet area in Officer, just a 2 minute drive from the Cardinia Road Princes Freeway entry ramp. The home is a 5 minute drive away from supermarkets, shops and the Officer train station. It is opposite a primary school so is in a very safe area with plenty of parkland! The school oval and play areas are on the other side of the road so there is a lot of open space. There is an extra living area in the home which would allow us to have our own space.
