Rooms are near the second bathroom which is well lit and also has a large bath and separate toilet that would be shared with one person presently. Access to laundry with new washing machine and clothes line, Large modern kitchen with dishwasher, large oven plus microwave, double door fridge etc, Dining table, Couch, 50" TV, BBQ in Alfresco/Undercover Deck, Garage or spare room storage space. The estate is very new, Timber Mill Cafe is very popular and there are multiple parks to come (Main one with views just opened recently) and walking and riding tracks throughout with a huge lake and waterlands to be completed soon also. Basically as long as you don't mind helping to keep it neat and tidy (Clean kitchen, vaccuum etc), I'm happy to share anything. Room is ready anytime, so if you were interested to have a look or have a chat over the phone or ask any questions then please feel free. I have a cat named Valie who hangs out inside the house and goes outside when I am home. She does not scratch furniture (happy to provide current housemate reference on this!). I am a clean housemate - there is no soap scum on my shower glass and I don’t like crunching around on the floor (ie. I vacuum!). Honestly, I rarely cook. But I own a wicked potato peeler. If you have a lawn, consider it mown and weeds pulled. If you put the bins out, I’ll bring them in. If your clean washing is on the line and I need it (the washing line, not your clean clothes), I’ll fold it and leave it in a pile for you. Ideally I’d like a home (HOME!!) with one other housemate, my own bathroom and a bit of air con/ducted heating action, girls gotta have standards. Happy to keep my cat sectioned off to my end of the house etc, pretty easy going. If you think we could make it work, send me a msg and we can catch up to ensure we both aren’t serial killers. I am also a qualified PT, so living a healthy lifestyle is important to me - keeping active and getting to the gym a few nights a week. I am super independent, and live a busy life. I am after a home base that is fairly relaxed - where I can come and go as I please due to shift work/ it doesn't matter if I am home or not/ have the occasional laugh if other housemates are around. In saying this, I am respectful of other people's space, privacy, personal belongings and routines. I prefer an environment that is relatively clean and tidy, however, I also understand that people get busy so being obsessively clean isn't me.
