I’m a 57-year-old woman looking for a calm, comfortable home on the north side of Brisbane to share with my lovely dog and cat. They’re both super well-behaved (I used to run my own animal behaviour business, so they’ve had some top-notch training!) and they’re great around people and other animals. They are both small Albert is a 7year old oodle and Rockit is a small domestic medium hair cat. I’m friendly, easygoing and enjoy a chat, but I also value downtime and like to keep to myself when I’m unwinding. I’m clean, tidy, a non-smoker and I’m always respectful of others’ space. I’m after a home that feels relaxed, clean and drama-free. Most mornings I’m out walking with my dog or getting into nature. I also enjoy gardening, pottery, checking out art galleries and live music, and catching up with friends when I can. Right now, I’m transitioning careers—from animal training into community services. I’ll be starting study soon to refresh my qualifications and am currently volunteering while receiving Centrelink benefits and living off the interest from the proceeds from the sale of my home. Ideally, I’d love to team up with someone to find a place together and go on the lease. I travel pretty light furniture-wise at the moment, but I’m happy to pitch in and help set up a comfortable shared space. Hello! We are Rosie & Josh, looking for a home in Brisbane. We are a British couple who have been together for 8 years; we are both 31. After holidaying in Australia last March, we decided to make it home. So we are back! We arrived in Perth in January, exploring all the avenues of becoming permanent residents, which led us to Brisbane. We have been in QLD since mid-March for Josh to start full-time work within a heritage construction company, working on histortic buildings around the city (which he did for 12 years back in the UK). The job is going well, and it's time for us to settle into Brisbane. Rosie works in a medical centre in Everton Park, which fits in perfectly with our current living situation: pet sitting! We have pet/house sits arranged until 31st August. Once we have a home, Rosie will be looking to return to her career as a Remedial and Relaxation massage therapist. Josh: Work hours are 6 am - 2 pm, so leaves around 5 am each day. Keen BBQ'er Loves a good series or movie Gaming, when he finds time Is an outside smoker Rosie: Works Tue - Fri in Everton Park, shifts between 7am - 8pm. Also working on building up a massage business (I was previously self-employed doing this). I tend to get up with Josh in the morning.
