You must be very clean, respectful and reliable.(drug free house) I do have a small 3 yr old dog she will want to be your new best friend, great personality and nature and loves to play. so you must be a dog lover !! She is a indoor/outdoor dog. Rent includes water and electricity and unlimited fast internet Any question pls ask, in your reply please tell me about yourself and what you do for work/hours. 3 weeks notice is required when moving out Please no couples or others 🐶
Hey, I'm 25, male, studying full time at Griffith GC to become a paramedic. I'm super easy going, clean, mostly just looking for a relaxed and chill house to keep up with study. I keep to myself, but I'm a pretty friendly guy and don't mind a chat, and would be keen to hang out, maybe watch some movies or have a couple of drinks occasionally. Not currently working but hoping to pick up some casual/part-time work in the next few weeks.
Set in the mountains, this house is a nature lovers paradise. Particularly good for anyone working at the Gold Coast University Hospital (16 min by car), or studying at Griffith University as those are large sites nearby with transport, travel to Brisbane in 40 minutes, Main Beach in 20 minutes. Balcony with picturesque views over the mountains, free unlimited wifi, make yourself 1 free coffee a day with the barista machine and all bills included, your own large fridge / freezer space, free washing machine and dryer facilities included in your very reasonable $200 per week! Unlimited hot water in the shower. It's a nice big peaceful house on a hill. Seeking someone reasonably neat, tidy, respectful of others sharing the areas though it's a very big house so you'll rarely bump into anyone. Usually only 2 other people in the house.
I work full time in Aged Care. I am Easy going, clean and respectful. I have a 14 year old Maltese that will also be moving in
I’m a fun and friendly guy. I’m clean, and kinda hate mess. I love the sun and having the curtains open. I’m not a gamer, I don’t really watch a lot of tv. I’m lgbt and am pretty open minded and accepting of all people.
Hello! I am a full time Science student at Griffith, looking for a relaxed share house close by. I'm a pretty quiet roommate and tend to keep to myself, unless someone is up for a sneaky wine in the evening 😉. I work two nights a week as a fitness instructor and 3 full days as a Lab assistant in Brisbane, so you wont see much of me. In my spare time I will study, train or go on outdoor adventures. I am more than happy to do my share of housework and cook for us when I am home 😊 I am (hopefully but it's not a deal breaker) looking for a pet friendly place, so I can bring my cat Mr Whiskas too. Hope to hear from you soon!
Mature, reliable, trustworthy, kind, down to earth, independent, friendly nature, quiet, sociable but likes personal space, respectful, non-smoker, no pets, no dependant children, clean and tidy, honest, no drugs or boyfriends, very social drinker, currently on dsp welfare income which is reliable..will be looking for some casual work.
Moving up North from Melbourne. Looking for a place to live. Not looking for a party house. Easy going and clean up after myself. Keep a healthy lifestyle and love a glass of wine every now and again. Love dogs.
Hey! I work full time as a gaming and bar attendant at a local pub. I am also studying make up artistry online. I currently live in Upper Coomera and would love to stay around this area to stay close to family and friends. I love catching up with friends, going out to dance and even the occasional karaoke night! Haha Would preferably love to live somewhere with girls that love to catch up over a tea, coffee, wine or I can even whip up a great cocktail 😉 I'm looking for somewhere that's fairly easy going and would love to make more friendships ☺️ I'm very respectful with other people's things and love to clean especially with some good music on! I am pretty flexible with the move in date but would like to give a little notice. I also put down 6 months stay but would love to live in a place longer if all parties are happy! ✌🏽
I'm easy going and respect the privacy of my housemates. I will be studying at Griffith and working part time as a bartender so I won't be spending very much time at home. Also a garage space is fairly important as I own a motorbike and don't want to park it out on the street.
Hi There I am looking for a housemate preferably female, I am a 29 year old single mum who has her children one week on, one week off. I work full time-hours so the house is empty for most of the day - 5 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms, with pool - Can offer fully furnished room with own private bathroom - Close to the M1 - No Bond Required - Room is $230 per week including electricity, water and Wi-Fi. - Must be a tidy person! Please get in touch to arrange a meet if you are interested.
I am a recently separated father of 2 kids that I have every second week (No dramas with the separation at all). I run an air conditioning company that sees me out the door nearly every morning before 7am and back at about 5ish even when I have the kids. They also play sports and have lots of activities that keeps us out of the house. We are low key, love chilling out on netflix and I can definitely cook. Very clean, ex serviceman so I know how to keep a place clean. Thats us in a nutshell!!!
Hi, I am 35 years old, I work fulltime and my partner (42yrs) works away so only lives with me part time (mainly on the weekend with the occasional midweek stay). We do not yet have a pet but are looking to move somewhere where we can get a puppy/dog, it would be a small hypoallergetic breed. We are generally very active people spending our weekends mostly out and about. We are fairly health concious and eat well and exercise (another great purpose for the puppy). I am looking for somewhere on the north side of the Gold Coast with people who are like minded in the way they respect the privacy and belongings of those they are sharing with. I am easy going and friendly and love to chat and laugh. I love to spend my downdown watching a mind numbing netflix series or playing my guitar and singing. I love to be social with my friends and enjoy attending local karaoke spots. Where possible I would love the freedom and availability to have my friends and family stay with me if they are visiting from out of town. If you think we may be a good fit for your home then please contact me. Thanks, Amanda
Hey there, I'm looking to fill my large master bedroom with en-suite while I'm overseas working for 2 months, possibly a little longer. Dates as of now are late June until late August (8 weeks). Located just down the road from the Pacific Pines shops, parks and the new Parkwood Tram station (2 stops to Griffith Uni). Internet, water and power is split evenly between us. (Fast NBN 1000gb/month! ) 4 weeks rent as Bond, which can be paid off over time if you don't have the money ready upfront. The house is furnished, and the room has a double bed and mattress if you want it, also I can leave the desk and TV stand as well as chest of drawers in the walk-in wardrobe if needed. The study area near the kitchen is communal, including a fast desktop PC and dual monitor setup for studying! But more importantly, the Playstation, 4k TV and surround sound in the lounge is for anyone's use also. Must be tidy and respectful and clean up after themselves - especially in the kitchen. Not keen on more pets at this stage, however you must be good with dogs as I own a black lab Jett - who's awesome, and spends most of his time outside. I don't mind if you smoke, but you'll have to only smoke outside away from windows etc. as none of us are smokers.
I am a very calm, chilled out kinda girl. I am a to-be-student and pretty easy going, I dont mind sharing my space so long as you can be respectful of it. I am always open to chat and give a helping hand when needed. I am accepting of all people and I have only two rules. 1. Treat me how you want to be treated 2.No lies, games, scams or people who are unreliable ***Would prefer to share with three or less others
Hey, I’m Matt. I’ve recently moved to Australia from the UK to start a job as an engineer. I’m looking for a place to live for the next few months until I return to the UK. I’ll be working full time for the duration of my time here so I won’t be hanging around the house much during the week. I’m a warm, friendly and considerate person and I like to be as helpful as possible. I’m always happy to chat but I won’t keep you up for 3 hours with never-ending conversation. My hobbies include karting, climbing and learning foreign languages (slowly). I also enjoy cooking, but thankfully I also like the kitchen to be clean afterwards. I’m searching for somewhere at very short notice – don’t hesitate to contact me! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey, My housemates and I are looking to fill one of our newly available rooms for rent. The house is furnished, and the room has a double bed and mattress if you want it. Also the study area near the kitchen is communal, including a fast desktop PC and dual monitor setup for studying! But more importantly, the Playstation, 4k TV and surround sound in the lounge is for anyone's use also. Ideal housemate is in their 20's/30's and working or studying fulltime. Sorry, no night-shift workers, children or couples. You're probably not the housemate for us if you: -Like to blast Nicki Minaj on a Sunday afternoon -Think that 'soaking' dishes in the sink for a week is a method of dishwashing -Use up all the monthly data torrenting the BluRay collection of Friends (this actually happened....)
Friendly and mild mannered. I am also clean and tidy and respectful to others. Although i'm 55 years old and now retired, I study because i enjoy it. If i'm not studying, i'm keeping fit in the gym, playing tennis or cycling. I enjoy reading in the evening and although i smoke outside, i'm not much of a drinker (can't stand the hangovers !) I have family in Australia and will be visiting my daughter and granddaughter regularly. I moved over from the UK 18 months ago to help them settle but now it is time to move on and let them have there own space.. Thankyou
