My Names Jess, I am originally from South Africa. I moved to the UK back in 2006 and have lived there ever since. Sadly I have never felt at home in England and feel it's time to spread my wings (cheesy I know) and explore more of the world. I am easy as pie to get along with and very respectful of other people and their things when it comes to living with someone. I am very neat and tidy ( apart from the odd t-shirt or dress I may forget to fold up or hang on a hanger ) :) I clean up after myself and may have slight OCD when it comes to keeping the bathroom and kitchen tidy, so you will find I will hardly ever make a mess. I do not smoke and drink very rarely. I am not a loud and noisy person so you'll be sure to get a good nights sleep. I feel like I am blabbing on a bit now. Umm.. what do I do? I am currently a manager in a restaurant where I have been for the past 5 years which I am sadly leaving to move to Australia for the year. Will hopefully be looking for a job similar to this. What do I do for fun? I enjoy going to the gym, walks on the beach ( this is starting to sound like a dating profile! haha ) I enjoy watching netflix with a take away, the occasional night out for a good dance/boogie and just exploring places and doing outdoor activities. I am hoping to make friends along the way of living and working in Australia. Thank you for reading my profile :)
Hello! I'm a 30 year old teacher, writer and social worker. I am working full time at a school in Avalon. At home I like to keep things chilled, spending my time writing, cooking or spending time at the beach. I like a peaceful environment where I can unwind and sometimes share a cup of tea with my housemates. I have a beautiful dog called Otto, who is extremely well trained and can never get enough cuddles. I'm big into taking care of whatever space I'm in and the people I share with and look to build respectful, friendly relationships. Ideally looking to move late January but happy to pay rent much earlier if it means securing the right place. Thanks x
Currently live Northern Rivers, NSW. Most of my relatives live around Avalon, so it's our preferred area, as it's familiar to us. Neither of us smoke. No pets. No nasty habits. With the added bonus (and reassurance for any potential landlords) that we have NO noisy mates to drop over and annoy you, because we don't HAVE ANY in Avalon (just family) .. PLUS, we'll be working our butts off trying to save for our own place. . so will be too buggered to cause ANY mischief. Zane is starting his apprenticeship as a plumber with my Uncles business. I work in pharmacy. Planning to work as much as we can. Not after much space at all. We're both kind, confident and competant with kids, and can offer the possibility of child minding if required (once you get to know and trust us of course) Both with first aid certificates & references from previous clients - including Dr's , and professional folks. I'm a singer. In a duo with my Dad - 'Billy & The Kid' - Poor old Dad !! He's Not happy I'm leaving him, but time to move on. I do tend to sing to myself a lot. No microphone or PA coming with me, so don't worry about big noise happening. We both love to cook and EAT. Independent and practical. I live on a rural acreage property with horses, and way too much bush for my liking. I'm a city girl, and can't wait to enjoy the beach & village life around Avalon. Hope there is someone out there who has a small, safe and affordable space for us to share. * Please note: I'm working loads, and I'm difficult to reach, so, I've made this listing using my Mums contact details, so the Facebook verification is HER page. I'm all over it (only child !!)...so you'll get a perfect overview of ALL of our family. My Instagram account is available to view.
I'm a 26 year old gal looking for a sea change. I'm currently working 4 days a week in Avalon and commuting from the city, which is less than ideal, and I'm really looking for somewhere between Manly and Palm Beach where I can make a home. I'm after either a 1 bedroom granny flat/ unit on my own, or a large bedroom in a share house which is big enough to accomodate my queen bed and also my work bench and tools as I manage my own jewellery business from home on the days I'm not working (/binge watch tv shows and just generally procrastinate). I value a relaxed, easy going environment with other friendly and like-minded people. I have a good sense of humour and a healthy social life/ down-time balance, so I love to hang out, share some good food and a laugh, but also enjoy time to do my own thing and respect other people's need for alone time. I almost exclusively never make my bed, but I have 100% respect for shared spaces and always clean up after myself. I consider a clean bathroom and kitchen to be priority out of respect for everyone :) I love animals and enjoy living with them so long as they are well loved and cleaned up after. I would love to have an outside space to recharge and relax in - I dabble occasionally in some low-key gardening and value a good veggie patch. Just a heads up, I will probably fill my room with pot plants. Floorboards or tiles are necessary as jewellery making can produce a lot of dirt that's not good for carpets. I'm a tolerant, open-minded person and drama is not my thing - I'm looking for a place to come home to and unwind. Guys or girls, singles or couples are all a-ok. Non-smokers preferred.
The house is a two bedroom sandstone clad cottage with working open fireplace. There is a meandering path down through the trees past a very peaceful pond and open area great for morning cuppa, Yoga, Tai Qi etc. Views from the rear large entertaining deck are overlooking Pittwater, with a great little beach below and jetty. It is a very peaceful and quiet place as the neighbours on either side are not directly next to the house.

We're 2 German backpackers. We live tidy and clean, sleep early because we have to work Monday to Friday . We accept rules and are simple to deal with. In our free time we mostly relax because of the hard work, or play soccer. We lived in a car for the last 4 months so we have low standards and are happy with water, a shower, a kitchen and a bed.
Looking for a mostly weekender (furnished) on or near the beach over summer initially (but may well extend) as I own my own home in Sydney and will be coming and going quite a bit. Hey :) I come from Brazil and have been living in Australia since 2014. Since that year, I finished high school, studied a year of social work at uni, and have now decided to stop uni for a while so that I can explore more about myself, others, and the world. Some of my interests are art, craft, concerts/festivals and travelling :)
Hey! I am moving to Sydney from India. I am flying out on the 24th January and I will be coming to Australia as a Permanent Resident. Once I get here, I will be looking for a full time job but have enough savings to get me by until I find a job. So paying rent on time wouldn't be an issue. I'm a clean and tidy person who gets along with everyone (well, mostly). I am chilled out, respectful, open-minded and easy-going girl! I love reading, going on walks and shopping. I'm looking for a place to stay for mid-long term. Ideally, the place will: - have a furnished (not shared) room with a bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers; -An area with good public transport and shopping centre. -Willing to pay up to $200 a week depend on what you are offering and location :)

I enjoy my work, hanging out with friends and family and going fishing. Because I am working a big day, I like to cook dinner, hang out and go to bed at the reasonable time. Some nights or early morning I may be out fishing. I like a clean and tidy home which has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
