Hi, hello and g’day, my name is Nathaniel, friends call me Nat or Nate for short, grew up here and moved back to the coast about 2 years ago from Townsville after completing my fitter and turner apprenticeship and have been working permanent part time with Woolworths for a year loving every minute. I do occasional late night finishes (midnight) I’m a tad introverted but can be a social butterfly depending on the company I’m with haha, enjoy a quiet drink either at a pub or listening to music in the backyard. Play a little guitar and sing terribly 😂 looking for a long term stay or semi permanent (pretty sure they’re the same thing, oops) close to work at kawana shopping world, I do have a car and I work most Friday/Saturdays so I could be your lift into town haha
It's a extremely quiet village located on Kawana Island, there is a large pool available to all tenants, NBN internet is available, close to shops and the beach. You'd be renting the master bedroom which has it's own en-suite and also includes an unfurnished study room. Please note, the shower is shared, there is a separate toilet and vanity that I use.
I’m a social person looking for a home with good vibes. I’m an international business student from Sweden about to begin my fifth semester at USC. My favourite things to do is traveling, small everyday adventures, yoga or just socialising with friends over a beer. I just came from a house where we all became friends and liked to hang out and play games together etc. I’d prefer a setup like that again. I’m definitely chill, a normal level of clean and not a smoker, but I don’t mind if you are. Feel free to hit me up Cheers, Carin Check list for what I want: • Friendly atmosphere • Musicians would be great as I play/sing • Yoga/healthy living people • Lots of humor Don’t want: • To live alone so FIFO/“I’m never home” doesn’t work • Negativity/Nagging - conflicts can be solved nicely, I’m always trying to be nice • Drama

I’ve recently moved from Mackay to the Sunshine Coast with my golden retriever, Teddy, after securing full time work here as a journalist. We’re looking for a place to live with a secure yard. I’m clean and tidy and have experience living with others.
We are three German student coming to Australia for our postgraduate degree in International Business at the University of Sunshine Coast. We are very open-minded, respectful and we do love to do all kind of different free time activities: Playing volleyball and soccer, hang-out with friends and going to the beach. We are looking for a flat/house with 3 available rooms to stay there from the 11th of February until end of May / beginning of June. We are more than happy about every option that you guys might give us. Thank you! :)
Looking for respectful housemates. Seeking a clean neat and tidy dwelling - furnished room with ensuite or private bathroom, with parking - all are a must. A bit about me..Im in my early thirties, I'm employed, professional friendly female, non smoker, respectful of others belongings and personal space. Up for a bit of chat, like my own space, happy to give you your personal space and house proud. Probably not seeking a party house :)
Hello! I'm a uni student studying Sport Management and working part-time at Harvey Norman. In my spare time I'm playing sport or seeing friends or my partner. I'm easy going and love meeting new people. I also prefer to live in a clean house with good vibes. I do like to get to know my housemates but personal space is also important to me. Also, bonus points if you have two rooms up for grabs as my friend may be looking for a room as well. I'm also very interested in a team up as I have some furniture lined up and would love to move into a new house with a few people! If your interested in meeting with me, please message me and we can sort out a time to meet!
Hi, My name is Amir, I am a Structural Engineer. I live by myself and have plan to move to Sunshine Coast to live and work there possibly for following years. I have lived in Melbourne for 1 year and Tamworth NSW for about 5 months and now I am going to move to Sunshine Coast. I am looking for a furnished room in a fully furnished shared house and if everything goes well, I possibly stay for a long time. I am clean and pay attention to keep the house in a good condition. Also I am a considerate person and never invade other housemate's privacy. I take part to clean the house regularly. Moreover, I am happy to have some chat with other housemates or hanging out if they are willing to do so. In addition, I try to go to gym pretty much everyday. If you think I can be a good housemate, please send me the details of your house and the price. I would rather secure my room before moving to Sunshine Coast. Probably I will move on 10th of December and after 9 hours drive, I will be there and say Hi to you guys!!
Live by yourself 4 nights a week. Private room with own bathroom. My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend early Feb, however room can be available any time before then for the right person. I work in Brisbane and stay down there Mon to Thur nights so you get the place to yourself all weekdays. About the unit: - Once you see the unit, you won’t want to see any others. It’s like living in a holiday unit and all my furniture is new and comfortable. Lounge is a fold out sofa for visitors, however I don’t have many stay but you are welcome to within reason. - Private and quiet unit on the ground level with an amazing view of the canal. - I've lived here for a 3 years and love it, I'd buy the place if I could. - Room is large enough to fit a queen bed, 2 beside tables and a tall boy and has a large built in cupboard. - No lift and balcony is twice the size of units above and we have our own exit via the balcony as well as the front door. I've seen inside almost all 2 bedroom units on Kawana Island and mine is the biggest by far & nicest lay out. Since the outdoor picture, I have purchased an outdoor lounge so the balcony is like a 2nd living area, it’s my favourite room in the place. - Not noisy inside the unit or complex. You don't see a lot of the other people in the complex which is nice. - Lap pool & tennis court which are usually always empty. - Canal views and great canal pathways for exercising. - 15 min lazy bike ride to the beach, not even 5 min drive. - New and modern unit and complex. - Great friendly helpful landlord, they are great. - 2 restaurants across the road so only half way along Grand Parade. - 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom and you have your own bathroom. I don't store anything in your bathroom & only use it to use the laundry. Your toilet is separate to your bathroom. - Air Con/Heater in lounge which I've only every had to use a handful of times, the unit stays pretty cool and we get a good breeze. - Bills = water, electricity and internet which are on top of the rent and we would go halves. They come to roughly $30 per week per person. - Large linen cupboard which is all yours, I keep all my linen in my room. - Large lock up storage in garage & lock up cage at our front door which both have plenty of room. - House is fully furnished. Bedroom is not, however I would be happy to provide bedroom furniture for the right person as long as it was a long term stay. - Just had an inspection a couple of months ago and all good. Your room and bathroom will be treated like a bond clean and the rest of the house is always keep neat and clean. - Off and on street parking. There is also the option to pay extra to the landlord for lock up open or undercover parking. - Everyone who comes here says they would love to live here, it's a really neat place and complex. - Have a smart TV so internet connect through it.
My boyfriend and I are looking to move to the Sunshine Coast around January 2019. I am enrolled at USC as a full time student, and my boyfriend, Kahu, is studying to be a Security Guard aswell as will be working. We are friendly, relaxed and tidy people. We enjoy music, concerts, art and eating good food :). We are hoping to find a roomate who is tidy and independent aswell as someone who we can get along with ofcourse. (budget of approximately $160p/w each) We are mostly interested in a Team Up and have found some suitable units already :)) but ofcourse accept other offers from existing share houses or people with a place on offer. Feel free to send through a message if your interested or have any questions :)
Originally from Manchester, England. Been on the Sunny Coast 10 years. Easy going, tidy and love a good time with mates. Looking for a room to rent anywhere from Caloundra to Mooloolaba/Maroochydore
Hello there! I’m a vegan who loves music/festivals/live gigs, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I currently live on the Gold Coast but have been studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing on the Sunshine Coast since July and have been commuting back and forth. I'm hoping to move to the Sunshine Coast around the start of January and have a job lined up in Currimundi (I work in childcare) for when I've moved, so now all I need is to find the perfect housemates! I feel like I'm a pretty friendly, reliable, honest and open person and I'm looking for people around my age who I can actually be friends with but who also respect each others privacy. I'm down for a few drinks and a good time but am definitely not looking for a full on party house as I really want to focus on my studies. Ideally I'd love to team up with a few people and start a fresh share house but I am also open to joining an existing share house. Other vegans or vegetarians would obviously be preferable to live with haha but as long as I'm not living with the worlds biggest carnivore I'll be happy! I currently live with my mum but I have lived out of home before and know how to keep things clean and tidy. I also have a lounge, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, a tv, tv unit, vacuum and linen etc. If you think we might be a good match please feel free to message me! Have a lovely day :)
Hi, I'm a nurse, I've just moved back from 12 months working in Mt Isa. I work full-time shift work so I'm looking for perhaps other shift workers, would prefer my own bathroom. I want to live with people who can become my friends, but I also really value my alone time. I've always lived in sharehouses so I know how to tidy up after myself and contribute to a household. I enjoy the beach, yoga, a bit of running and I'm looking forward to getting into some rock climbing now that I'm back on the coast.
Length of stay and moving date are flexible, I don't have pets or kids, prefer a waterfront/city stylish/luxe quality home/condo - a bonus rooftop pool and an awesome sunset vista! My friends and former housemates are diverse ages, cultures and lifestyles. 💗Kind, positive and happy. 💗Friendly and sociable - not a vampire hiding in my bedroom 😆 💗Respectful of other ppl. 💗Prefer ensuite or own bathroom. 💗Tidy. 💗Healthy active lifestyle, cycling by the beach and river, exploring rainforests and waterfalls. 💗Healthy cooking and eating. 💗Non-smoker. 💗Tapas, cocktails, mocktails, chai lattes, and gelato.
I am a professional engineer from Perth and moved to the Sunny Coast recently. I work full time from Monday to Friday. On the weekends, I like to exercise, dance, cook and watch movies (unless I am working on a University assignment!). I am clean, tidy and organised around the house. As a person, I am warm, friendly, humourous and respectful of people around me. I am a good cook and enjoy sharing my cooking over a good chat/silly banter.
Hey guys! My names Madie and I come with my little side kick Rosie, she’s a super small Border collie with a sweet personality. I’m looking to move into a place with other like minded people, I’m tidy, respectful, relaxed and also enjoy the occasional beverage and a boogie!
The house is central to everything in Kawana. 3 min bikeride to the beach. 1 min bikeride to Kawana Shopping Centre. 10 min drive to the Uni and Hospital. Nice and breezy east facing outside entertainment area. You can hear the waves crashing at night.
190 meters from Warana beach! Ride your bike to the Hospital and walk to Kawana Shoppingworld. We have a large outdoor deck that over looks our pool and a front deck that catches the sea breeze. 5 bedrooms means there is heaps of space. Your room has a seperate entry to the main door of the house which means extra privacy for you if you wish. Large kitchen with gas stove. Aircon in living areas. Ideally we are looking for someone who is a shift worker or has lived with one before. As there is a Nurse that lives in the house, the room mate would need to be understanding of altered sleeping patterns at times.

I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in Teaming up and applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share rental accommodation or possibly considering renting a room off someone already established. Am flexible when it comes to location. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat and quiet person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals... I keep to myself a lot and keep pretty busy, but also up for spending some time together for some meals, outings around the sunshine coast and going for the occasional drive to the costal attractions. Quick at paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy, I'm willing to compromise with wants and needs with the accommodation and I will always help out when I can. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul
Hello, I'm moving to Sunshine Coast from Brisbane to work at SCUPH as an intern for the year (Jan 2018-19). Looking to move in close to the health precinct. Consider myself pretty clean, polite, open and respectful of other's spaces. Not much of a frequent party person but I do enjoy some social drinks, beach and exploring around the coast. Looking for others in their 20s and early 30s that work in health, like to socialise and get out of the house every so often. If you want to know more about me feel free to message :)
Hi I'm Paige, I work full time as a Network Engineer for nbn co. and looking to move from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast around mid December. My weekdays consist of work and gym, weekends are spent outdoors, 4wding, camping, hiking, skating, etc. I have a 5 year old staffy X rescue dog named Malakai, he is super chill and a massive sook, he spends his days sleeping in the sun then adventuring with me on weekends. We are looking for a room to rent, a team up, or whatever is on offer. Thanks :)
Hi! I’m coming to the Sunshine Coast from Canada for a year on a work/holiday visa. I’m excited for a change in environment and looking for somewhere to stay that’ll be welcoming and fun, but also chill at times. I’m hoping to attend a church nearby where I know a couple people already, preferably I’d like to stay with young females who are easy to get along with. I’ll bring you authentic maple syrup!
I'm quiet, reliable, honest. Really love my own space. Friendly but keep to myself, respectful of other people's space. I like home to be where I chill out away from work and be relaxed and comfortable. I'm vegan so ideally would prefer to live with another vegan or vegetarian. I have my own furniture so need unfurnished and my own bathroom. Would be happy to look to start a new rental with someone. I'm not on a lease where I am so am flexible with dates, just not before end of January. Just looking for the right situation and person to pop up :)
