Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I start full-time work in June. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a self-contained granny flat or private room with ensuite. I tend to keep to myself and would love a place that would allow a small dog :)
Hi! I'm friendly, clean, don't take up much space and i'm house-trained. I work full time as a nurse, and I often work weekends. I am mostly looking to team up as I have an apartments worth of furniture. Looking to move around the end of April/ beginning of May. I would prefer a more long term living situation. I like my own space but I also dont mind spending time with housemates if the time calls for it.
I am friendly, down to earth and social but also respectful of privacy. I work full time in the city as a rehab consultant which keeps me busy during the week, I’m also quite active with outdoor running & yoga. Most weekends I am out; about visiting family & friends. I am looking for a nice place, with a bit of a backyard or courtyard for my little rescue dog Nacho. He’s very good, a older gentleman who mostly sleeps or lazes outside in the sun. He is great with other animals, especially cats.

Fully Furnished house is located 10 mins walk (west) from Pennant Hills station. We live in a quiet street and back onto park lands so it's a very private and quiet location. Great for shift workers or for people seeking a quiet, and stable place to live. The property is fully furnished with ample cupboard storage for each tenant. The room is fully furnished double room. Has a king single bed, large BIW, A/C, ceiling fan, TV connection and internet. Hi, my name's David and I'm the 55yo owner of the property. I've tried to make this a very easy, welcoming and functional place to live. The house is fully furnished with two fridges and three bathrooms. We have someone come to clean the house every fortnight and I tent to all other outdoor cleaning and maintenance. There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living areas. The rent includes a fortnightly cleaner, all garden maintenance and all bills. The house is well managed, has a relaxed atmosphere and is located close to shops and station. Due to it's proximity to the M1 & M2 motorways, people have successfully used the house as a base in Sydney while they work and travels home on weekends to be with their families. Others however have made this their home on a more long term basis. We welcome mature age tenants or people looking for medium to long term accommodation in a clean, friendly and relaxed location. We are quiet living people who enjoy a beautiful garden setting in a convenient location. All bills, internet and property maintenance are included in the rent. Please DO NOT E-MAIL any inquiries. To arrange an inspection or to find out more, please call or text David. Thanks David
Hello :) I'm newish to Sydney for work and looking for my next abode to call home. I'm well travelled, open minded, positively orientated and into conscious living. I love my home to be my retreat space where I can relax and regenerate. I try my best to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate to live with. I love to swim, run, dance, meditate, do yoga, be with nature, experiment with raw food and permaculture. Would love to share with folks who are similarly minded. I'm working in the CBD and looking for accommodation with good transport links. .
I am easygoing, I enjoy cooking very much, I like to hang and chat and be friends with flatmates, but also would appreciate some privacy and times to myself to relax on my days off.
I like to think I’m a pretty easy going guy who understands the basics. E.g. be respectful and don’t take the piss. I’ve found if you follow those 2 rules it’s hard to go wrong and there are rarely any dramas:) I’m studying and working for my mate at the moment and in the middle of a career change. I speak 3 languages, I’m a reasonable singer and am getting back into the gun and tennis:) don’t be afraid to drop me a line. Cheers jack
Hi! I work full-time in retail, and I love to read and create art of some kind in my spare time. I'm also a complete nerd/geek. I'm clean, relaxed, and reliable. I clean up after myself and am happy to take turns cleaning communal areas but I'm not crazy about always having the house spotless. I'm happy to hang out with my flatemates or stick to myself, whichever is preferred. I do have two old cats but I am a responsible cat owner. They have no behavourial issues and I always clean up after them, and do everything I can to not bother my flatemates. And don't worry, I keep the cat litter in my room!
The house is situated in a comfortable neighbourhood with very little noise or disturbances. It's located within 10 minutes walk to thornleigh station, gyms and woolworths. When house is fully occupied it'll only be 3-4 occupants max (Inc myself) so it's kept peaceful and respectful. There's a BBQ, large backyard and covered outdoor entertainment area. Rents inclusive of bills and telstra cable internet. The extra bed in picture will be swapped out for a desk
Update: I've just got my own 3 bed house half way between normanhurst and waitara train stations. About 10 mins walk to both. It's a large home and I'll have 2 bedrooms available for rent with off street, out of view parking for everyone (not garaged). I just moved in 24/02/18, so need a week to setup the house. One bedroom is really large with full wall mirrored built-ins and the other a bit smaller with a small cupboard but no built-ins. I'll put up a listing once I've got the house setup. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
I am looking to rent out a master room for $300 per week to clean, quiet, non smoker none drinker . The room is furnished, have built in wardrobes, come with your own bathroom and toilet. Also the house has other bathroom (shower, bath, basin / mirror and seperate toilet) which can be used . carport available . It is 10 minutes walk to train station or bus stop at front door. The house has all nice furniture and things to use. (Anything broken by you must be paid for). The place is a single storey house, recently renovated kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, laundry, aircon, heater / light / fan, for winter in the bathroom. Wifi Internet is available to use, plus all gas, electricity and internet is included in the rent. The rent is $300(neg) per room each week and 4 weeks bond ($1200) plus 2 weeks rent ($600) up front must be paid before moving in...total of $1800. Couples are $350 per week Please message me or email me your phone number or sums me if you are serious about renting the room and have enough money for the bond and rent to move in, then I can call you back. Thanks
I am a working professional in the media/publishing industry looking for long-term accommodation close to or at least accessible to my office at St. Leonards. I've been slowly transitioning to a (relatively) more minimalist lifestyle as I make the move so staying neat and clean should be with less effort. I can be relied on keeping the rest of the flat/house clean as well. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer meeting my friends outside rather than do house parties. In my spare time I usually try to be active - I often play badminton and do a little bit of cycling here and there. I'm also keen to learn new sports/activities and join any after hours/weekend clubs. I play some PC games a little bit and I'm a huge fan of the NBA. I'm still learning how to cook more food, but am keen to share whenever I make something nice. I'm pretty social and keen to meet new people, so I'd be down for a few drinks (in a relaxed environment) once in a while to unwind. As I am working full time, inspections are preferred after 5:30pm and on the weekends.
