Hello! About me: I enjoy spending time with family and friends, including my housemates! I love animals, music and the beach. I am a full time primary school teacher and I love my job. 🙂 I am respectful, friendly and laid back. I always clean up after myself and respect others. I like to live in a house that feels like a home.
Interested in a room for rent or even team ups to find a place in Newcastle/merewether area, somewhere close to the beach. I currently work two jobs and have a cat named Mal. I like to keep things neat and tidy in shared areas and do enjoy my space and alone time. I don’t mind a wine or two but enjoy being fresh, healthy and doing fun outdoor activities. Looking for chill, easy going people that don’t mind a cute four legged friend as well. 🌱🐱🌊
Helloo, I am moving out of my current place in Hamilton, looking for a new place over summer! Ideally somewhere central/close to everything. Clean and easy going :) Looking for somewhere in mid-October (or sooner).
This is Nisa. I am from Turkey, I am going to move to Newcastle between 22.09-31.12.2019. Chemical engineer, non-smoker, positive, clean and tidy. I had experiences sharing house with different nationalites for along time. I like sports, cooking, spending time with friends and sharing cultures :) Quite, clean, reasonable and definitly non-party animal.
We are couple with a baby looking for 3 months accommodation initially until we find something permanent. However, if we like the place then we would consider long term. Move in date would be around mid September.
I'm Brooke, I'm a 25 year old gal relocating to Newcastle from Brisbane at the end of September. I'm ideally looking for someone to house share with! I'm originally from Newcastle, with all of my family living there, but I've spent almost the last 4 years living in Brisbane for work. I'm a Nuclear Medicine Scientist who will be working for NSW Health. I'm moving with a house full of furniture, including a washing machine, fridge, full kitchen and dining appliances/settings and full lounge room including a TV. I enjoy playing netball and training at the gym. My weekends are often spent going out for brunch or a casual drink with friends. Occasionally I also enjoy spending the weekend at home binging Netflix. I do value my own time but am happy to grab dinner or have a chat with housemates on the occasion. Preferable I'm looking to share with only one other person, but would be open to living with a maximum of 2 other people. Anyways, I'd love to chat more about what you are looking for and if we might be a good fit :)
---LOOKING FOR A SOME FLATMATES TO TEAM UP WITH--- Move in date by around 15th October Hi i'm Izzy, me and my boyfriend Alex (23) are looking for a single or a couple who are keen on teaming up and sharing a 2-3 bedroom house together. Our criteria for a place includes a garage, built in wardrobes, gas cooking, small courtyard/ garden and at least two bathrooms. Right now we are looking at townhouses because that best fits our budget for what we want but happy to take suggestions. We are both sociable people but will respect our housemates personal space when they need it. We work full time so are out of the house most of the day. We are open to anyone as long as you have a good rental history and can keep your space clean. Welcome to housemates with cats as we have one ourselves :)
My name is Alex and I have been in Darwin for 4 years now. I work full-time for the Northern Territory Government as a town planner and will be relocating to Newcastle in September. I am a very relaxed, courteous, respectful, clean and active person. During the week I'm hardly around, as I leave for work early and don't get back till late. I'm a very low key person during the weekdays usually in bed by 10/11pm most week nights on the weekends I love going to the markets, catching up with friends, exploring, walking, riding, swimming, or being a hermit crab and doing nothing at all lol (netflix). I'm a quiet person and I enjoy my own space most of the time, I enjoy living with friendly courteous people that don't mind a chat on the balcony or sharing a meal with each other every so often :). I am not looking to live in a party house or in a house with more than 3 people. I have a 3 month old cavalier puppy. So somewhere with a bit of space to put puppy would be great. He is toilet trained so you don't have to worry about him. I just need somewhere to leave him during the day while out - preferably a laundry or outside with a shelter. Ideally I would like to be located within close proximity to public transport or any other means of transport options (walking/bicycle paths) to Newcastle CBD available as I try to avoid using my car as much as possible during the week :) I have family and friends in Newcastle so I know the place a little bit but not so much! Any tips/advice is greatly appreciated for this newby :)
Moving to the Newcastle area over the next few weeks and pretty flexible on a lease from 6-12 months. Ideally looking for an additional 1-2 people for a team up in a nice house. Not overly fussed on area. I am a fun, easy going person who doesn't mind a cold bev or two. I have lived in shared living pretty much my whole life from boarding school, to uni and other shared living on GAP etc. I am respectful of other people property and understand the need for space but also like to have a good time. Super keen to get a start in a new town!
Hi, I’m Kaitlan and I’m currently looking for a place to rent. I am a 22 year old female working as an intern pharmacist. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I’m also very easy going, have a good sense of humour and am very adventurous. I love to get out and about and stay active through social netball and the gym. I will be continuing study into my internship and I’m therefore often happy to do my own thing, although I am always up for some good times with friends over a few beverages or a good old cup of tea every now and then. I am also flexible with my move in date if necessary.
I have moved from Brisbane to be closer to my daughter Ariana. She is 4. I was a sports bookmaker for ubet for 9 years before being made redundant. I now work 25-35 hours a week in Wallsend. Looking for something very very quiet and clean.
I’m a very quiet, clean person! I work in aged care and am planning on going back to uni next year to study primary teaching. I’m currently living alone but I’m looking for someone to teamup with to hopefully make things a little bit cheaper so I can save a little bit of money. I do have a cat who is an inside cat at the moment as I live on a busy main road. He is very well litter trained and enjoys cuddling up but only on his terms. Personally I don’t smoke and don’t often drink but I don’t mind living with someone that does as long as you are respectful about it. If there is anything else you would like to know don’t hesitate to ask!
