Hi, I'm looking for a medium size room in a house that is happy, healthy and united in shared values. A home that everyone comes home to and sighs with relief that it's time to restore and get what they need for the next day. I'm actively engaged in my life passions and relationships and feel at home in a house of caring individuals attending to their work and who genuinely enjoy sharing a place with each other. I bring to a share house a natural consideration for others, keenness for harmony and communication, attention to the house needs and respect for everyone's specific needs. If a home has this set up already, I feel I will naturally fit in well. A house that feels cleaned and cared for, with an awareness of others in the space sharing facilities, feels pretty good to me too. I'm currently working on a book and will be adding further studies to my load next year, so am seeking a quiet room in a house to sleep well and be able to get into my work if I'm around home. I'm out of the house a lot, with library visits for working and study, swim and gym several times a week, volunteer work at PBS radio, some nights away at my partner's, and generally do my socialising out in the world and come home to restore. Basically, I'd love a home with genuine good will towards each other, respect for space and boundaries, a caring sense of responsibility towards the house and each other, a place where everyone naturally does this and therefore it is effortless. If you have this, you will know what I mean, and when you have it you generally want to keep it going. I'm looking to move in mid-late October and can be flexible with moving times as am keen to find the right place. Let me know if you have a listing you think I may be a good fit for, or have any questions. Thanks, Justin
G'day mates. Looking for a place close to city as I'm burning through all my playlist sitting on the train. Doing my Masters in IT from RMIT. Yes I can fix your computer. Looking for loving roommates, and hopefully companions to cherish moments with. My moods are either going out doing fun stuff, or sitting at home in silent contemplation. There is no in between. Besides that, I like reading, going on hikes and planning out my invasion of area 51. Sorry no drinking but I will give you company if you prefer.
Hey Hey, My name is Julian and I’m looking to either move in with somebody or team up with someone and lease a house together, preferably with another guy. Im an ex smoker and instead vape outside these days. I'm slowly trying to get myself into more healthier habits all round. I’m clean and easy to get along with. I'm gay and an open mind kind of guy. Im open to naturism as a way of life as I have somewhat of a stressful job so I like to create a peaceful place to relax and unwind during the week. I do like to party here and there and go for drinks or a club and meet new people. I also like computer games, board games, camping and random drives. Im not in a rush so i have the capacity to meet with the right person as see if we click as housemates. If you want to chat or catch up, let me know :)
Hello, I am looking for a place to rest my body when I am tired, to start my day from and live life:) Studying horticulture and delivering organic food to Melbourne houses.I love dancing ,exploring nature and consciousness, enjoying beautiful peoples' company, reading, dancing and dancing:)I have been living in Melbourne for the past 7 years.
Hi :) I’m Bec - 29, currently studying Integrative Psychotherapy fulltime and looking for part time/casual work. (I am financially responsible and have money for bond and first few months, plus study assist income). I'm looking for a home from now or anytime in the near future. I’m into: personal development, nature, singing, dance/movement, philosophy, deep chats, silliness, and many other weird, wild and shifting things. I am a committed and excited student of psychotherapy and life. I tend to take a curious outlook with the intention of moving from consistently deepening levels of awareness and integrity. In a home I value communication and a good mix of connection and respectful solo time. I enjoy things being kept fairly clean and tidy. I'd love a space with a garden/yard. I like to sing and play guitar sometimes, and am always willing to have conversations about when this is/isn’t ok for others (basically, happy to have these conversations continuously with anything that affects anyone in the space, so we are all comfortable!). I’m very empathetic and tend to be able to read peoples’ needs, basic ones anyway (like need for space, etc) and love when others can do the same – and also asking what the needs might be, if uncertain. I am at uni Mon and Tues, and am looking for work 2ish days a week. Otherwise, I can be home a bit - studying with cups of tea - or spend time out at the library. I try to stay home a few evenings a week so would love to have shared meals sometimes, but like to do my own thing with food most of the time. Let me know if I feel like a good fit for your place! :)
I’ve recently arrived from the UK. I’m planning on working within the telecommunications industry whilst in Melbourne along side working on some freelance design projects. I’m an avid cricket and football, of which I’m interesting in joining local teams/clubs. I am looking for a private bedroom around Melbourne :)
We're Cal and Soph and we're currently looking for a room. Cal is a primary school teacher and I'm working in social work with kids. We are friendly, chatty peeps, up for a laugh and a shared wine. Would love to be in a social house but aren't looking for a party house. Definitely do-our-bit sort of folk and hoping to live with the same so that our pad is somewhere nice to come home to after work. Our move date is flexible.
Hiya! I'm Maisie. I'm studying nursing online, working part time and am looking for a place to call home for the next 12-18 months. I love learning languages, gardening, writing, going camping and working on cars. I've been doing the sharehouse thing on and off since 2014, and am house trained, clean, etc. I really like my own space but I'm also always up for a drink and some banter, too much netflix or a nice house dinner. Joining and creating a home with is really important to me so I have a haven away from the rest of the world. Ideally, I'd like a big enough garden to have a veggie patch, but I'm also okay with just growing things in pots. Having somewhere I can work on my car is also fairly important to me but I'm happy to sacrifice that for the right place. House must be queer and SW friendly.
G’Day I’m Nic, I’m 30 and I need to leave the nest 😅. I’m an Apprentice Carpenter so handy if anything needs fixing. I’m also a professional dancer so you can get dinner and a show sometimes 😂. Love to get to the beach for a surf, get out and socialise with friends but also enjoy chilling out recharging and binge watching everything! A little shy at first until I get to know someone and I’m a clean and tidy house mate. Here’s to meeting my new house mates 🍺🤙🏼
