Hey Guys, I'm 26 years old student and working full time as a barista.I'm really clean and tidy and social person.I'm into all kinds of sports. My second year in Sydney now and looking for to stay some place nice. Cheers
HI, I'm moving across from the west to start a new job. Love the beach and almost every sport. Work will be between St Leonards and Moore Park. I've shared with plenty of people before so always keep common areas neat and tidy. I'm very social and will be playing sport out and about almost every weekend.
My name is Ivo an I'm 24 years old, I am a physics student from the Netherlands. What I do in my daily live next to studying is practicing rowing and running, playing piano, watching movies and having a drink with friends. I'll visit Sydney for my internship for my masters degree, so I'll be staying for about 3,5-4 months.
My name is Harrison, I am a bubbly, friendly and considerate, 24yr old, corporate and government recruiter who works full time in the CBD. Currently, I live with my Housemate his dog and my cat (more on him later) in Summer Hill. We have lived here for 2.5 years comfortably, however unfortunately with our lease up and the owner of our house looking to move in, it is now time for us to move out. My housemate is unsure if he is going to move back with family or interstate so it means that I am back on the market for a new housemate. I am a clean, considerate and personable guy who doesn't mind to listen or have a chat. I am big on having my own sanctuary where I can come home and recharge and I hope you feel the same way about the home. I am not overly active at the moment so I would spend a fair amount of time in my room. I have a cat whose name is Elliott, his 3 years old and is a ragdoll. He is more dog than cat and you would most likely notice him following me around the house wherever I go. He malts clumps which make lift easy as I generally just pick them up, however I vacuum regularly and in the hotter months get him shaved at the vet. His quiet and very pleasant, however can be noisy if he is hungry. For downtime I do volunteer work with ACON and I also (used) to go to the Gym. I would like to get back into the second one. I am also a massive gamer and enjoy nothing more than having a lazy sunday in front of my computer chilling out. If you like a clean, easy-going gay guy who has a cat and is pretty good for a laugh then that could be me :) Reach out and give me a call if you think I could make a great addition to your home.
My name is Clara, and i am 21 years old. I just started studying business and I am working as a receptionist at a gym and i am quite busy during the week. As i am working at a gym i am very active, including all types of sport like yoga, tennis or swimming. I love a good chat and good company, but I am not going out every weekend. I would love to live with professionals that are working and busy themselves, but like to have a nice dinner every now and then. I can definitely have a laugh and enjoy myself, even though im quite busy most of the time :)

Hi All, I have recently moved to Sydney on a PR and am staying in Pitt Street. I am searching for a more long term place to live - at least 3 months. I am an introvert so most of the time I will be minding my own business. However, I also like going out on weekends and would like to join you guys for a beer/barbecue during the weekends if thats ok with you. My hobbies - reading and playing guitar . I am also tidy so u won't have any issues with keeping the house clean etc. I hope to get a job in the next couple of weeks. However, I have saved enough cash to pay my bill during these days so the landlords do not have to worry about it . I am a smoker and I don't mind smoking outside if the house rules require it . I am also a very friendly person ( if that helps :)) and very considerate with people around me so you won't have any issues with me intruding your privacy etc..
decided to move out! Looking for chill flat mate to share rent with, I'm very clean and neat I generally don't stay home for more than a few hours or to sleep so Won't even notice I'm there :)

Hi there Me and my boyfriend have been living in Forest Lodge but we're being booted because of a development proposal. I am an environmental scientist working for Office of Environment and Heritage and Jacob is a maintenance plumber working in the city. We are easy going, love having some plants and art around, enjoy cooking up a storm and having a beer or two. Jacob is really into biking, guitar and climbing and I love yoga, cups of tea and reading. We are clean, respectful and loving getting to know new people. If we sound like your kind of people we would love to come check the room out and meet you guys. Cheers Sarah
Hey there, I consider myself a pretty easy-going person, planning on moving to Sydney to study at the New York Film Academy (April 28th). I'm friendly, quiet, reliable, and tidy. I enjoy my own space, but am also up for good company and a laugh.
Hi, I am Will. I'm currently looking to join a share house with like minded people in their 20's or 30's. I'm clean and tidy, i work full time and i'm very reliable you will have no problems when it comes to paying bills/rent. I'm a relaxed guy who is happy socializing or locking myself away watching a tv series. I'm into skateboarding, live music and having the occasional beer.
I´m brazilian, still looking for a job full time and I´m also a studant. I do not want to spend much money so that´s why it would be good to share a room. I used to work as a health professional in brazil and I also like to practice sports in general. I like talking to people, share different points of view about the world and keep things organized. That´s it!
Hi, We are an Australian couple originally from the small country towns in the Southern Highlands. Chris is in sales for software and I am in sales for wine and also pursuing acting. We both work Monday-Friday. We are of mature nature and our lifestyle reflects this, so we are more keen on living with people older say late 20's to early 40's. We like healthy living and go to the gym together. We don't want a party house, dinners and BBQ's are fine though. We are moving out of our 5 bedroom place in Leichhardt because we want a tidier/nicer/closer place. We would take care of the lease and fully furnish the lounge/dining and equip the kitchen/laundry with appliances. We are looking at inner Sydney suburbs only for convenience and want to team up with others wanting a modern and clean place for long term stay (1year+). Looking around the price range of $340-450 per bedroom and 4 bedroom minimum house. Preferably with a backyard that we intend to put a chicken coup and compost bin in...because whats not to love about free eggs, birds, and caring for the environment? If pets are allowed we may eventually get a puppy. Some perks of living with us: - I work as a wine advisor so I get to bring home a lot of wine which others are more than welcome to, we prefer red so I will literally give away the whites. - I have a keen interest in interior design so the house will look very stylish - Chris is extremely organised so bills and rent will be dealt with efficiently - We are 6ft+ so can get things from high places for you - We enjoy gardening so maintenance would be fairly simple - Respectful, friendly and clean!! - Will keep to ourselves but enjoy a good chat If this sounds like we could be a good match for living arrangements, shoot me a message about yourself. We are on the hunt for a property now so will be looking to move in around April/May time. Look forward to meeting you, Kate and Chris
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
23 yo full-time student at Sydney University and working part-time near Martin Place. I'm extremely easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I love share glass of wine and have a nice chat after work/weekends :) Cheers Silvia
Hi! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser now working in an office. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new already furnished home exclusively FROM the 1st June 2017 need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. I've came home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel. Ultimately looking for a long term double bed room furnished or unfurnished with lots of light! I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is max $300 (bills inc) per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my money for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli
