We are relocating to the Inner West and with the help of this site secured temporary accommodation till March 2017. At which time we are seeking to secure an ongoing lease. We are mature professionals and rather than utilise the most common platform for leasing a property our preference would be to secure a property through like minded people/couple whom value honesty and integrity and are looking for peace of mind that their investment will be treated with the utmost respect and expenses relating to the property are paid on time. We make excellent tenants and will provide references and a copy of our previous rental ledger. In return we ask for a landlord whom is mutually respectful and views good tenants as being part of a good property investment therefore is proactive in their duties as landlord. Our children are all grown up and following their careers, so with the suburban home an element of the past and continuing to live in the present moment we have chosen to experience the city life. We enjoy fine wine, dining, cafe socialising and those delicious treats from La Bannette Patisserie in Glebe. We enjoy a good live band, nite clubbing, when the mood takes us and recently partied away with the Vengaboys at Luna Park and can't forget those relaxing Sunday afternoon sessions. If we are what you have been searching for in a tenant and you are what we are seeking in a landlord then we have the beginning of a great relationship.
I'm 24 and super easy to get along with, eat out a lot but can cook, vegan so I won't steal your food, very social but know when to have a quiet one. This is really quite strange to write, it's a lot easier just to meet someone!
I am a psychology student and musician. I'm clean living, tidy and love keeping physically fit with daily exercise like running. I have mostly a vegetarian diet though I do occasionally eat dairy and meat. I love to cook, I find it one of my greatest pleasures and have been told my food is more often than not delicious :) I used to be a professional cleaner so have no issues with domestic chores. I am more than happy being the live in dishwasher :P I'm currently in unsafe and unsatisfactory living conditions, eagerly looking for an alternative place. I require a partially or fully furnished room. If you feel like we could be a match please feel free to contact me :)
I am an easy-going and open-minded person. I am looking forward to share a place in your area! I am a Language teacher. I just came back from Tanzania where I am involved in a School and had the most wonderful time! Really looking forward to share in a friendly and relaxed home. I enjoy bush walks and kayaking. I also enjoy Tai Chi and meditation. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Looking for a 2-bedroom house or 2 available bedrooms in a share house for a minimum of 6-8 months. Move in date is approximately January 9, 2017. Ideally, the place would be located in areas near the University of Sydney. About myself and Amor: We are a pair for fun yet laidback ladies. We are currently taking up our master's degrees at the University of Sydney. During the summer break, both of us will be working so we will be in and out of the house. Same scenario when the semester begins on March 2017. We like to socialize and spend time with people - may it be with home-cooked meals, a few drinks at a nearby pub or a day out in the park or the beach. We are also respectful of the need of others for privacy and alone time. Lastly, both of us are responsible individuals and like to keep our living spaces tidy. Willing to put in early bond as reservation as early as December. Need to have done the inspections by December 18, 2016. Please contact me if interested to do a team-up or if you have a house or rooms available for us. Thanks!
I'm a clean, considerate and happy early 30s chick who works in the public service. I've spent the better part of the decade working in different cities around the world. Being easy going and respectful I am well versed with sharing and have had a fair bit of experience living in all kinds of flatshare arrangements. I enjoy living with people who are equally considerate and respectful, enjoy their own time but also like to have a laugh and glass of wine/cook-up on the odd occasion. I really like cycling and fixing bikes and spend a fair bit of time outdoors exploring.

I know how to cook, and happy to do so for my housemate(s). More importantly, I know how to clean up after himself. Am a non-smoker and exercise most mornings (boxing, Muay Thai, running, pilates). I don't mind socialising and some drinks on the weekend, but I'm no party animal. Looking for a chilled shared house, no dramas, just relaxing good times. Hoping to move in Dec 2016 or Jan 2017.
Howdy ! I'm Phil, a 20-year-old student from Houston, Texas. I deferred uni for a year to live life a little bit and well, honestly, I just wanted to go as far away as humanly possible and next thing you know, I'm moving to Australia! I'll be on a working holiday, but I don't have a set plan, which is why I'm searching for a short-term place until I adjust and have more concrete plans. (4-6 weeks) I'm an easy-going guy and I'll be at work most of the day, but I'm also very sociable and like to be out and about. I like to spend time at the gym, cafés, and at the beach. I like volunteering from time to time and I go out some weekends, but I also enjoy my me-time.
We are a friendly couple from Barcelona looking for a place for our last months in Sydney. We are both full-time workers, responsible and chilled. I work in the interior design industry and my partner Oriol is running a non-for-profit company in North Sydney. We have a 2 year old puppy who loves walkies in the park and swimming faster than Michael Phelps!
I'm 22, Canadian, moving to Sydney in a couple months to study education at USYD (exact move date is fairly flexible). Since I don't know anyone in Australia, I'm looking to find a place that will feel like home and not just a place to stay! I love being outside, and hope to live with people that I can develop close friendships with! I am clean and respectful of the space and the people I live with, and I also love social gatherings and sharing drinks with friends. I will be spending most of my time during the week studying but enjoy going out on the weekends, going to the beach, etc! Let me know if I sound like a good fit or if you have any questions :)

I'm an easy going, positive, friendly person and I would love to live with like minded people. I have lots of share house experience and am adaptable, open minded and great at compromise. I like to live in a neat space, and I love to cook. I'm addicted to my glass of wine in the evening and I'm always down for weekend shenanigans. I'm also a musician and would be occasionally playing cello/violin. I'm 25, currently living in Perth and moving to Sydney in January. I'm applying for full time jobs as a high school music teacher in the inner west, and am more than happy to work hospitality to make ends meet until that happens. Getting so excited for the move, to meet new people and to kick start this career!
Hey, I am Ukrainian but I have been living in Berlin for most of my life. I alreaday lived in Sydney for about a year in 2015 and totally fell in love with it. Most of the time I'll be at uni or working, but I really enjoy to have a drink and a chat at the end of a day and hang out with my friends and flatmates and do some activities on the weekends. I'm very sociable, always out and about and don't like to stay in all day. Having said that I have absolutely respect for the personal space of others! I never leave my stuff lying around and I'm super tidy, so I would really appreciate to live in an environment where everyone respects each other and works together :) Though I enjoy going out I don't like to bring the party home! I don't have any pets but I'm pet-friendly. My course starts on the 9th of January so I will be arriving in Sydney just after New Years and will be ready to meet up for viewings :)
Hi, I'm a third-year Ph.D. student in English which means that I'll be working a lot, trying to finish my thesis, and not spending much time at home during the day. I'm originally from Switzerland and the stereotype about being punctual and tidy applies, I'm afraid, but I suppose that is not a negative when it comes to living with me. I don't know what to say in a message as brief and impersonal as this, but I've lived in a number of house-shares over the past eight years and pretty much know how to live with others and get along with them. I'm a rather calm person and spend a lot of time reading, so if you are looking for someone to party with, I might be the wrong person. Having said that, I get very excited over strange cocktails and make a great martini. Niklas
We are 27 and 30 years old couple from Europe. We are both students working part time. We are friendly, easy-going and respectful couple looking for a place to call home. We like doing sports, lover of good cuisines & good cooker and chill-out.
Hi, I am Will. I'm currently looking to join a share house with like minded people in their 20's or 30's. I'm clean and tidy, i work full time and i'm very reliable you will have no problems when it comes to paying bills/rent. I'm a relaxed guy who is happy socializing or locking myself away watching a tv series. I'm into skateboarding, live music and having the occasional beer.
Fully-employed mature male, French permanent resident, N/S, clean and tidy, friendly, sociable and respectable flatmate. Looking around The Star suburbs as working mostly evening shifts. Like cooking, good aussie beers and great wines when I can get some!
I'm moving up from Victoria to study Interior Design in Sydney, as I want to explore a different pocket of Australia, somewhere warmer and closer to the beach! I've been working in hospitality for 10 years in Melbourne and I'm really keen to experience a whole new city of cafes, bars and restaurants. I'm a clean, tidy, quiet, considerate housemate, I like to spend some time with my housemates but I'm also quite independent. I enjoy making delicious food, working on my fitness, and watching ridiculous tv shows.
Hi! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser working in the corporate world for now. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new home from the 1st January 2016 need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. I've came home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel though out the year. I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is $250 per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my moolah for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli
I'm a Sydney-born bloke in my late 30s who works full-time in Haymarket, a former journalist who now works for a trade union. Home time for me is usually fairly quiet, as I mostly prefer catching up with friends and family out and about. My hobbies are cycling and sport generally, films, reading, travel, diving and just generally getting out and about. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment and love animals. I've got a motorbike and two bicycles that need a home along with me, along with a pretty decent espresso machine.
Hello, We are a couple looking for a place to call home. We will be studying there for the period of 6 months and also hope to get a part-time job. We are very easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for flatmates who are willing to share good moments. We are sociable but also respect personal space and we are happy to share a drink or two. We hope to meet you soon! =) Carol and Yuri
I'm Sally, a 35 year old professional looking for a room in inner City Sydney. I'm very easy going, reliable and social however I'm over my days of partying and am looking for like minded, considerate and respectful housemates who enjoy a dinner or glass of wine together occasionally but have their own lives too. My budget is up to $300/week and I would prefer a furnished room. Hope to hear from you soon!
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
My name is Nikki, im 31, I am a full time pilates and barre instructor. I like to exercise and eat healthily but also like to have a good time. I love to have a chat but also recognize and respect the need for privacy. My current housemate is moving to Melbourne and I do not wish to renew our current lease. I am happy, easy going, like a laugh, have the patience of a saint. Clean tidy and i dont need much space. Im happy to share food, but also happy to organise my own. HI I'm Aaron, born and raised in Sydney, although most of my family is from Queensland so I've grown up around all kinds of people. I'm an easy going bloke that likes to keep a simple and stress-free life by staying on top of things. I work full-time in Market Research and like to make the most of my time off, whether that means socializing, experience the great outdoors or catching up on books/movie/tv. I'm always open to new opportunities and am generally optimistic about things. I live by a couple of rules, but the biggest one is "Don't be an asshole". That goes for myself as well as the people I spend time with.
I am moving to Sydney next year to study at the University of Sydney. I'd ideally like to move in to a place (fairly close to uni) in late February 2017, but I am flexible with dates, etc. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and having a laugh. I am tidy and easy going. I would like to move in with some friendly housemates, who are preferably also students. Send me a message if you think we would be good flatmates :•)
