We are all first/second year university students who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $650 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Hey, I’m Luke and I’m 28 years old and searching for a new room as the place I’m living now is being put up for auction. Professionally I lead an IT team that services a business based across three locations within Sydney. Personally I love to box, surf and pursue creative outlets such as music, poetry and street wear design. Looking forward to hearing from you. -Luke
Hi, I’m moving to Sydney for work from Melbourne. I’m 44 years old and work in Radio as a producer for a great new music show. I am also an exhibiting artist. Clean, friendly, calm, tidy, etc. I enjoy just unwinding at home but like to get out and about , visiting family and friends, going to markets and cafes, trying new things, seeing the sights. My sisters and parents all live in the inner west and I’m particularly liking Annandale atm but it’s all good :). I respect all cultures, am creative and easy going. I’ve lived in Sydney before but Melbourne has been my base for many years. I’m not bring much with me and will be buying a bed etc. would love to find somewhere that allows a cat but not compulsory.
Hey, I'm Tess!! I'm 25 and work full time at University of Sydney Union creating fun programs & events for international students. I'm pretty much fascinated by anything to do with travel, culture or language, and have studied abroad in Spain & South Korea, but I promise to not go on about it (too much). I'm a pretty social and energetic person, so would love a housemate who is keen to have a chat after work over dinner, or join in the odd Community marathon (blanket fort optional...) When I can I love to get out of Sydney to go hiking, but usually I just settle for a bike ride or picnic in the city. These days my favourite thing to do is find some live jazz and swing dance with friends. Otherwise my hobbies are pretty standard; I like to bake, write, socialise, play guitar/ukulele and, of course, binge on Netflix series and classic 80s/90s movies. I'm hoping to take up piano lessons again soon, although won't be practising at all hours so don't let that concern you! Above all else I'm looking for someone friendly and easy-going who understands that shared living requires compromise and communication, as household tension is the absolute worst!! Hoping my new housemates are: - Sociable and friendly, love to do house dinners & drinks :) - Working professionals - Tidy, respectful etc. all that usual housemate stuff! - OK with me bringing all my plant babies along? I have a nice leather couch, dining table + chairs, nice indoor pot plants, paintings and various other bits of furniture that can be shared or put into storage. I've been trialling Marley Spoon food boxes so if anyone wants to get in with me on that I'm happy to share some cooking! In general usually keen to share occasional meals and general staples, just to save waste & money :) And also pretty environmentally friendly so would like to continue my soft plastic recycling and set up a worm farm if people are willing!
I am originally from Japan and working at University full time mon- fri. I am looking for someone to team up with and take a lease together. I’m easy going and would like to find someone I can be friends with. I do have a cat with me. So it would be perfect if you like cat :)
My name is Crystal and I am 30 years old, and in my third year of a Speech Pathology degree at Sydney University. I also work part time during the week and on the weekends. I'm looking for a place around the Inner West - preferably Glebe, Chippendale, Annandale, Camperdown, Marrickville, Ultimo, Stanmore type areas and some surrounding suburbs. I am willing to look at both furnished and unfurnished places. Ideally I'm after a place to stay for around 12 months, however will look at shorter leases for the right property. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I'm Lucas, a 25 y/o engineer in the telco industry. I'm from the Sutherland shire and am looking to live closer to work. Your place appeals to me as it has off street parking as I have a work vehicle. I work a lot and like to spend my time in the evening to cook, relax and listen to music or swim laps and ride my bike. I'm a clean, pro active and easy going person who enjoys a good conversation and share a laugh over a beer or cup of tea. I'll be going back to the shire regularly to surf, play golf with friends and see family. Let me know if you're interested and we'll organise to meet and check the place out. Thanks, Lucas
Hi there I'm Benjamin, 32 years old quiet person, professional assigned by my company to work in Sydney for 2 years. I'm from Chile. I'm looking for a studio o private room with own bathroom... of course I would like to know new people from different cultures.
Fully house trained professional relocating from Melbourne to Sydney in early November. I’ve been happily sharing with another housemate for the past 3+ years. I’m pretty low key during the week but enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. I like to keep communal areas clean and tidy but my room may or may not end up being more of a floor-drobe. As I’m relocating, I’m perhaps looking for something shorter term to start, with the potential to stay longer if I like the area and housemate :) Lastly, I’m after somewhere to park my car, either off street or a place with available permits.
Hi! Me and my friend are looking for a place to stay in for a period of 3-4 months. We are from Sweden, 22-23 y/o. Let me describe us as two calm, fun, energetic, easy girls who either hang out with friends or just sit at home, reading a book or watching some Netflix. We love cooking, talking to new people, new experiences and love animals. We’d love to stay in a full house with different kind of people! I hope we meet! /Rebecca
Hello my name is Lauren! I'm 26 | Graphic Designer | Originally from the United States, currently living in the Newcastle area. I wish I could say I'm a good cook that would cook family meals for the house but I'm useless in the kitchen, so bonus I'll never leave a mess! I'm quiet and respectful, not a party animal - although wouldn't say no to a glass of wine! Just really want to get myself back to Sydney - Hope to hear from you!
German student from Berlin, easygoing, love partying and going out, like football, beachvolleyball, surfing, clean and tidy person, self independent, no smoker, experienced in sharehousing Cheers, Valentin Welle
Theatre professional and freelance graphic designer from the Sunshine Coast/Brisbane, who has lived out of home since I was 22. Looking to relocate to Sydney in October after a 6 month national tour of a musical and looking for a place to call home. A little about me: I'm an avid tea drinker, music lover, theatre-goer, netflix binger, shower singer, yoga enthusiast, self-awarded masterchef winner 2016. My ideal house is queer friendly, progressive, tidy and inviting with a sense of home. A space I can contribute to and everyone is at ease...but most importantly a gas stove.
Hi! I'm currently studying at UTS and looking to move to the inner-west while I complete my studies. I've lived by myself for three years on and off so I am more than house trained and more than excited to start having people around to chat to, have a drink with and share the load of housework! I'm very good with pets and always down to cook massive dinners (as long as you can tolerate my music taste). However, I'm not a homebody and will rarely be found in a house longer than a few hours before and after getting some shut-eye. Currently, I'm working in Rozelle and plan to spend my first Australian summer in three years (I've been traveling every recent summer) working two jobs and building up a decent career resume. Always around for a coffee, a game of soccer or a board game, or a beer in the evenings -- even wine if that's how you go. Cheers!
I am a 31 year old professional looking for a room from early October. I am working full time from Monday to Friday as a pharmacist. I am easy going and enjoy a night out as well as chilling out in the flat with a beer/wine.
My current lease is running out and the girls I am living with are all moving back home, so I am looking for a room in an already established household or looking to teamup! Preferably you looking for likeminded people who love a wine or a beer and gets around a trivia night at the pub. However of course respect private time to netflix binge and study etc
My name is Fabiola Müller, 30yrs, female. I am a Psychologist moving from The Netherlands to Sydney to work as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Sydney (full-time). I'm Adrienne, I'm a Physiotherapist, working in Inner West Sydney. Looking for a clean and tidy place with friendly people! Full time but keen to socialise/have a wine on the weekend. Keen runner and love the bay run! Flexible move in date :)
Hi. I am a 34 year-old working professional male looking for a flatmate to team-up. I consider myself an open-minded and considerate individual that values my own space but also enjoys sharing a drink and meal with a flatmate. I am a business professional by background, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4+ years. I currently work with Panasonic Avionics based at the Sydney International Airport, and soon will be on a rotating roster. During my free time, I like to keep myself fit by regularly playing tennis, biking and swimming. I also ride a motorcycle, so I am usually out on rides exploring the woods or the ocean and a sucker for good coffee. I am passionate about cooking, and I unwind by cooking a meal. I have my own car, and motorcycle, so parking is a must. I am looking to team-up (preferably) or move into an existing place. I am looking for a long-term housing solution. So, happy to consider anything above a 6 month period. Give me a shout if you're interested to catch up over coffee for a chat. Cheers Raj PS: If you're seeing this listing, I am still open for a team-up. Flexible with move in dates, and also happy to furnish the place :)
I am 30 years old and a partnerships director at a media agency (play your cards right and you get the trickle on effects of all my work perks), whilst also teaching at university. This means I am off to work early and generally not home until late, even later when events are on. I am super clean, social and respecting of your space.
