Hi! I'm Cassie. I just got to Sydney a week ago, and I am here on a Work and Holiday visa. I'm from Virginia in the US. One of my favorite stress relievers is baking, and I would be happy to supply baked goods for the house :). I like hiking, hanging out with friends over drinks, and having adventures. I'm easy to get along with and friendly. I'd like to be friends with my flatmates, but I also respect others and their privacy and space.
Working full-time as a campaigner for a progressive NGO. Sharehouse-trained – ie. clean mess if I make it, replenish the loo roll, take out the trash, pay bills on time etc. While I love a good party, I'm not looking for a 'party house'. I'm a non-smoker, vego (but not fussed if others eat meat), and LGBTIQ friendly. Want more than a place to sleep, so would to find people who are happy to share a meal, drink, or even a Netflix binge every now and then :)
Hii !! I have recently relocated from India on permanent basis as a Resident. I am working as Software Developer and my office is at Alfred Street. I am a clean, tidy who loves to laugh, chat and have drinks when at home watching TV or talking. At the same time, I respect people with their privacy and space. I am looking for a private ROOM in a shared house. I like playing sports or going out with friends at weekends So, Let's get it on and team up for the coolest abode :) Looking forward to hear from you guys.
My name is Ally and I’m 23yrs old (turning 24 in December). Just completed my studies in Wagga as a Radiographer. Looking for a share house/apartment in close proximity to RPA. As I am commencing work there in January. I'm huge fan of the ocean, hiking, socialising, dining out, red wine, and generally enjoying good company. I also enjoy time to myself. Though hoping to make some friends as well as finding somewhere to live. Exceptional cleaning skills after some time in the Army :)
I'm a 28 year old female who works in TV full time. Originally from the Hunter Valley but have been living in Sydney for 3 years and have reached a point where I need to find a new place to live. I am active, love going out and being a tourist in my own city equally I do love a cosy day in smashing through the chores and having a good read with some wine.
Hi, mi name is Norma post-student in my late twenties. Usually I spend weekdays at Uni but during evening at my place to relax and get ready for the next day. I like to spend my weekends away from the weekly routine, random nothing crazy. I have been living DownUnder since Feb and I have been in different shared places I am absolutely aware of the meaning "clean up after yourself ". I am looking for "The right place" somewhere I can call Home. I would like to find respectful but fun ppl who are up for a beer from time to time. I am available to move late November early December and willing to commit for long term. Let me know if you are interested!
Hello! I’m Eikris, 24, and work full-time as an Instructional Designer. I'm independent, easy-going and responsible. I like going out with friends, watching TV and doing Zumba. I'm looking for a place that's close to the city and will let my cat stay with me. She's low maintenance, shy but loveable.
I am a very easy going, sociable and reliable 23 year old male. I work full time in Sydney Olympic Park for the NRL. I am looking for a private room in a share house. I currently live in Baulkham Hills but want to move closer to the city and work. I like going out on weekends, but during the week I keep to myself. I regularly have external commitments on weeknights such as meetings and training sessions. I love my sport, especially cricket, rugby league (GO THE EELS!), rugby and soccer. I am a very clean person and consider myself a bit of a clean freak.
Italian but quite atypical. Currently work as a gardener/landscaper getting a sponsor visa I wake up really early in weekdays so I'm quiet at night Keen on creative interests, arts and cinema above all
Clean, sociable and respectful housemate. Love a glass of wine and a chat in the evenings, but keep it very low-key on weeknights. Not keen on a massive party house. I work full time in marketing in the CBD. On my weekends I like to start off slow in the mornings, read a book or watch a good movie with housemates, explore the suburb's surroundings and go out for a meal or a drink. I've lived in sharehouses for five years now and all have been really great experiences. Never had beef with housemates and I appreciate living with people who aren't looking for beef either (unless it's steak). Let's meet up and chat. Cheers, Bonnie
I have recently finished uni, I'll hopefully start working in my field (Engineering) by February next year. Until then I'll keep working in the cafe I've been working at for the past 4 years :) I love pets, netflix, wine, BBQ's and I'm crazy about soccer! watching mostly :D I've dealt with countless difficult people, thanks to hospitality industry. So I always try my best not to be a difficult person :)
Hey, I'm Charles an outgoing young friendly full time IT Engineer moving down to Sydney from the Central Coast. I love to socialise and don't mind a chat but I'm happy to keep to myself too. I'll keep a tidy house and respect your privacy and lifestyle. I am very easy going and flexible so i don't mind adapting to your way of life. I enjoy tv and movies, music and catching up with friends. I also keep quiet and study often.
Hi, I'm a student at the University of Sydney and currently living on campus. I'm looking to move out next year into cheaper accommodation. I'm very active and love to run and go to the gym. I do not have work currently but am looking for a part time job. I like to wake early and go to bed early and am very tidy. I also love to cook.
Hey guys :) I'm a young, trustworthy, working professional, looking for a great place and people to live with! I'm a tidy, trustworthy person, who enjoys the occasional drink and a good movie night. I respect everyone needs their alone time, so I'm happy to socialize or do my own thing. I'm usually pretty quite during the week because of work hours and out with friends on the weekends. I work as a Dental Nurse/Receptionist 4 days a week and also do Acting work when jobs pop up. I'm looking for a clean, friendly place, with easy available parking. Happy to share with 1-3 others in a share house, (but NO share rooms). Thanks :)
I'm looking for a house that could use a little more lounge furniture or some people interested in starting a new share house. I'm not new to the share house lifestyle and have never had a problem with any of my previous house mates. Happy to live by the share house code, respect! I'm flexible with dates but probably looking soonish. My party days are behind me these days and I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, good eating and keeping active. Excited to meet some new relaxed people!
I am chilled out, love to socialise but also love time out. Dinner parties are a bonus as well as going out. I am a big traveller and will go weekends, trips away to see the world and Australia. I need clean and quiet but a social place and space.
Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
- Malaysian Chinese that speaks 5 languages - Working a full time & part time - need a huge room with build-in wardrobe - need a place with easy excess & less walk to city - occasionally cook - clean, tidy & quiet (a bit OCD) - all bills included - cockroach free home (110%) - need absolute freedom, no weird rules & stingy landlord - no partitioned house/unit
Friendly, funny down to earth aussie guy. Doing an apprenticeship, so working/studying to a full time load. Love exercise, the beach, cooking healthy with the occasional epic desert. Not exactly a neat freak but close to it haha. Definitely want to live with people that can be my house mates and my friends! Im not a party-person but do enjoy a social drink when out.
I am 30 years old moving from Melbourne to Sydney. I just got a 6 month contract to work in the CBD. I work in financial services. I am clean, tidy, sociable and respectful. I'll be heading to Sydney this weekend and would love to move in a.s.a.p. Please kindly advise if you would have a room/bed for me. Thank you. Kind Regards, RJ
Friendly, sociable, outgoing and clean individual looking for a share house to live. I work full time in the city and am passionate about travel, meeting new people and being outdoors. Looking for housemates who are happy to socialise and hang out from time to time but equally value my own time and space.
I am currently a student at University of Sydney while also working full time. In my free time I love sitting down with a good book and spending time outdoors. I am very independent and self sufficient but also enjoy spending weekends cooking with friends and enjoying a glass of wine. At home I am very clean and tidy. I would love to find a share house of like minded and friendly people.
*** NB NOT MOVING OUT UNTIL NOVEMBER *** Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I work full time and am very clean and respectable. I'm looking to team up with other likeminded full time professionals, that enjoy a chat after work and are easy to get along with.
Tidy Kiwi looking for a humble abode, somewhere to lay my hat. Laidback, easy going. Recently transfered to the big smoke. Don't mind getting behind the local sports team amongst other interests.
Hi all! I am relocating from Brisbane and need a place to call home. I'll be working in Events in Pyrmont so would like something nice and easy to get to preferably! I do have a car so would need to know if there is a garage/street parking. I am a very outgoing working professional, super neat and tidy and love to have a laugh and a cheeky wine! I'm not a big party person and will respect your space - it would of course be great to make a friend though! Happy to share a place with preferably no more than 2 other housemates (no shared bedrooms please). Furnished would be great but I can also buy new things/relocate my furniture from Brisbane if you don't have anything - I LOVE styling! Let me know what you've got! :)
Hi there, I'm a 33 year-old New Zealander, moving to Sydney after years in London and am looking for a new home. I am about to start a marketing job in Circular Quay although the office is moving to Surrey Hills soon so I want to be in the inner-West. I lived in Sydney briefly back when I was at uni and am keen to get exploring again. I like to bike (to cafes not on trails...), run occasionally, travel, food and cooking... I'm clean and tidy and am looking for a cool houseshare with people I can hang out with too. Budget is $350 including bills and looking to take a place from end-Nov (flexible). Look forward to meeting you. Megan
Hey there! We are two danish girls there just moved to Sydney . We are openminded, outgoing and really fun to hang out with. I Cecilie works fulltime as a sales assistant, and Sofie is job seeking currently working as an au pair. We are clean and neat. Like to have fun but also likes the nights where we stay in. If you have any further questions feel free to text me! Kind regards
Brissi woman, neat and tidy, working full time, single, social but also like my down time. Regularly go to the gym, eat mostly healthy, drink socially, non smoker. Will be studying part time next year so having a larger room would be handy so I can lock myself away to study. Looking for anywhere inner city, close to public transport and shops (I don't have a car). My flatmate must be Ok with me having visitors over (no wild parties tho!). Oh and MUST have my own bathroom. Days of sharing a bathroom are well and truly behind me 😀 I have my own bedroom furniture but that's about it, happy to assist in furniture if we team up. Cheers!
Hey! I'm a graphic designer, looking to move somewhere inner-city / inner-west Sydney. Currently living in Canterbury, I grew up around Kogarah and have also lived out west and up north of Sydney. My lease is about to end and I want some good old fashioned change. I keep it clean and tidy & am super chill. I can keep to myself but I also like just hanging out. I love reading, writing, travel, movies, videogames, comedy, arty stuff & a good drink! Let's make this the best sitcom ever.
Hey there! I am Jelte from The Netherlands and I am looking for a room to stay for around 6 months from 20th of January near Camperdown area. As I will be working in Camperdown, I am looking for a room preferably around that region. The room itself does not matter too much except for the fact that it must be completely furnished! Myself, I am studying a masters Biopharmaceutical sciences programme and I will do a research traineeship at the Centenary Institute located in Camperdown. Probably I am in the lab every day except for weekends, so that will be the time to go on adventures. \ö/ I am a very clean and tidy person (I know everyone basically says that on here!) who likes sports, music, movies and fun times (like hanging out and grab a beer and stuff). I think I can cook quite reasonably! Actually I am very easygoing, incredibly laidback and up for anything new! The period I will be staying is from somewhere about 20-31th of January and lasts for 6 months, but that also depends on the traineeship. Thank you for taking your time reading this! :D Cheers! Jelte
Hi! My name is Liam and I am a 3rd year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine student at The University of Sydney. If you have a pet or want to know some gross Vet related stories, then I am the perfect housemate for you! But even if you don't, I am still the perfect housemate for you! My brother and I are looking for two separate rooms. I have lived in share housing for three years now and have got it pretty much down pat. I can cook, clean and live cohesively with other people. I am at uni everyday and work on weekends at a local pub. I am a quiet housemate but love having the odd dinner with housemates and friends and sitting around the lounge room just chatting. I am from a small country town in NSW and moved to Sydney for uni. I love to skateboard, go to the gym and go to heavy metal gigs. I would like to find a cool place with my brother Sean who does 2nd year Marine Biology at USYD. We would prefer to move into an established sharehouse and have no doubts we would fit well into anywhere we move into.
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends Thank you for reading my profile.
Me and Pauline have been together for over a year. Pauline is from France, and I'm from the UK. We're both working full time. We both work evenings. Pauline sometimes finishes as late as midnight. We're looking for a clean place to live.
Hi guys, my name is Ash and Im looking for a home! Im a full time physio, and like to relax when I get home. Im clean, easy going and always up for a chat/dinner with my housemates. I'd love to find a place that is tidy and friendly.
Hi! I'm a 31-year-old female from Barcelona who has just moved to Sydney to work at RPA hospital. I’ve already been in Sydney for an internship 3 years ago and I fell in love with the city, so now I'm back! I'm an outgoing person, who enjoys meeting new people. I like to share the house and also do activities together, but I also appreciate my privacy and tranquillity because I’ll be working full time at the hospital and then I’ll have to study and work at home too. I’m looking to share with a friendly, clean and tidy female/s or couple. I’ll enjoy cooking together, sharing a drink or watching a movie, but also I’m quite happy on doing things on my own as I do enjoy my own space and privacy as well. Some important information: - I’m a non-smoker. - I like pets so I don’t mind if you have some. - I’d love to have a common area with pool and gym. - Perfect location for me would be in walking distance to RPA hospital. - I’m looking for private room (furnished) + own bathroom I’m planning to stay in Sydney for 1-year minimum, but currently I’ll be staying only for 2 months (End Oct-22Dec), then I’ll be 5 weeks out and I’ll be back 30 Jan. Then I’ll stay for 1 year. I’m looking for a place to stay for this 2 months and if we get along well, then I can come back and stay for a longer period. Also it’s ok if I can only stay for 2 months and then I have to search something else.
Hi! My name's Pat and I problem solve full-time for a living at a large insurance company. I'm also currently studying part time whilst trying to get my business ideas off the ground so Mon-Fri is pretty routine-like. Looking for a humble abode and some cool roomies. I'm into the whole travel thing, so I love sharing a glass of wine or two and exchanging stories! I like having a laugh, trying new things and food, cooking, meeting new people, love reading books about personal development, binging on tv series, am a lover of 90s/early2000 rnb jams, am passionate about exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. Oh and I love dogs!! I'm really easy going, friendly, clean and tidy (Yeah I'm all about that bathroom etiquette). I respect my roommates space always and have proven to be a great handyman around the house and cars. Happy to provide references. Looking to move out in mid November.
Ciao guys!! Im 26yrs old, Australian born with Italian background. I'm a chef/pizzaiolo by trade and I've recently moved back to Sydney after 3 years of travelling and working around Italia and Europe. I have high standards when it comes to personal hygiene and am very clean and well organised. I'm always down for an adventure and to try new things! I have a good sense of humour (or so i'd like to think..), I'm well mannered and well spoken and not easily bothered. I love meeting new people and making new friends! I'm humble, laid-back and an open minded individual who never looks for trouble and trouble never looks for me. I love sports, cultures, I love food in general and cooking (love eating more!), love arts and music (mainly hip-hop and house but love all genre) and love to share a laugh over a decent bottle of red. I always contribute 100% and strongly believe in respecting other peoples property and privacy. Please contact me asap if you think i meet the right criteria to be your new flatmate! Kindest regards, Gabriele.
Hi there, I'm a student from Brisbane, and I'm looking for a place to stay in Sydney for 3 months while completing an internship. I am clean and tidy, reliable for payments, and I'm just as happy keeping to myself as I am socialising, depending on what you would prefer!
Hey guys, I'm Tim from Germany and I'll be heading to Sydney next year for an internship at the university. Therefore I'm looking for a nice place to stay with cool flatmates. I'm 26, tidy, respectful, easy-going, relaxed and always interested in meeting new people. I love doing sports, hanging out and going out with friends, watching movies and listening to music. I'm rather a dog than a cat person, but I can arrange with cats as well :). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate and leave me a message, Cheers, Tim
Im Matt, a 29 year old Account Manager in the FMCG industry. I work in the CBD, and work fairly standard hours. Im a New Zealander, and enjoy socialising, and would be an active member of any flat. I enjoy getting out on the weekend and exploring Sydney, but also more than happy to just chill. Looking for a low key flat!
Mine and Lizzy's lease is up in Feb 2017 so we thought we'd just make a profile to get the feelers out there as a lot of people will be looking for accommodation at this time. We're still not 100% on where we would prefer to live so we've put a variety of places down as options. In 2017 Lizzy will be in her last year of Law at Macquarie University and working part-time as a Court Officer. I will be starting my Masters of Public Policy at USYD and working part time in the public sector and also nannying. Ideally, we'd like a place in Kirribilli/North Sydney close to the trains, as Lizzy is tired of the bridge tolls lol. But also we've been living in the inner west for 2 years and are in love with it so we're open to continue living here if the right place comes up. A bit about us, we're both originally from the Central Coast and are really easygoing, fun housemates. We generally keep to ourselves during the week because of our busy schedules but do enjoy partaking in a few casual bevvies and going to gigs and bars on the weekends. We're also really into food and eating out so a house full of foodies who would join us would be so great! However we are both mature and respectful and are down with the whole sharehouse etiquette as we've been living in them for 3 years now. We are tidy and clean and are dedicated to keep common areas nice and welcoming. We are both very social but respect others privacy. We're also willing to team up with others to find the perfect place and start a new share house full of likeminded and fun people! So hit us up if you have two private rooms available or are interested in teaming up X
I am a 25 year old ICU nurse, moving from Brisbane to Sydney for a medical rep job :) I'd like to think I'm quite a relaxed, fun person with a good sense of humour. I am clean and tidy, and enjoy cooking when I get the time. I enjoy a glass of wine and cheese afternoons on the weekends and infinite coffee dates. I am always looking for somewhere yummy and new to eat. I am social and enjoy meeting new people. I'm not a massive party animal but have my nights every now and then where I could be persuaded! haha I don't have many friends in Sydney yet so I would love to live with people around the same age with similar interests. I will have a company car so I really need a car space or abundant street parking! :)
Hi, my name is Silvia and I'm from Italy. I have lived in Sydney for the past 9 months and I study to get the Certificate III in Tourism. I currently live with some relatives but they need me to move out since they need someone to assisted during the day (they are old and disabled). I work casually in a cafè not too far from my house. I'll go visit my family in September and I'll be back in Sydney in October. I would like to find my own place by the end of that month. I'm very clean and organized. I'm easy-going, kind and friendly. I like to read, watch movies, go for long walks. Religion is a big part of my life. I'm catholic and I attend Mass every Sunday.
I'm Japanese/Brazilian moving from Japan to Sydney for a year with a working holiday visa. I'm easy going and open minded person. Need to move ASAP.
