Hi! I'm 22, work full time in events in Ultimo. I like to have housemates that are friends also, but I also totally get that people like their own space sometimes (as do I). I am clean and tidy, and fairly chilled out. Not looking for a party house but dont mind if people are over etc. I love live music - I work in the industry so there are occasionally free tix! - sports, books, shopping, being outside/active, and watching reality tv with a beer after work. Bonus points if you have a dog!! I also dont have a car, so no need to share parking spaces. I would be happy to go on a lease, or look for team ups as I am looking for somewhere long term!
Hi guys! I'm from Brazil, outgoing and spontaneous, but with a great respect for other people's space. I love cooking and my hobbies include baking, bushwalking and everything outdoors (beach, mountain, everything!). I love nature. Used to be a biologist and am studying counselling 2 days a week. I have a boyfriend that I visit every week for a couple of days - which means that I'm not always at home. I work at a shoe shop and can give my flatmates 50% off :) I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English, understand Italian. I love talking about life and learning about other cultures. I'm tidy, clean, organised, always clean up after myself and am pro cleaning schedule for the house. I used to be a professional cleaner in Australia, so I'm pretty good at it. I like watching series and movies, reading and chating. I'm not much of a drinker, a few drinks make happy already. haha Anyway, all my friends say I'm a nice, easygoing person and I believe them.
My name is Susan - Vietnamese-Australian, 25, and working full-time at an IP firm in the Sydney CBD. I am a friendly and tidy housemate, and am hoping to find a place I can call home. I am currently living in Leichhardt with two people, until our lease finishes up at the end of May 2018. Things I am looking for in a new place: - Unfurnished room that can fit my queen-sized bed - Hopefully, a big window in my room that brings in natural lighting for my succulents - Regular cleaning schedule among housemates (as well as good communication) - Housemates aged 25-35, working full-time - Easy commute to the city by bus, train or light rail (<30 minutes) - Comfortable and friendly vibe Please tell me more about yourself and your place :)
Hiya! My name is Tori and I may just be your next housemate :) I am moving to Sydney for work at the end of May and looking to secure a nice room in a share house with some great housemates. I work in media-tech in a very much 9-5 job, so hoping to live with similar young professionals that lead busy lives. I enjoy my downtime so I'm a pretty easy going housemate - on the weekends you'll find me cooking, relaxing and exploring new bars and cafes. Please hmu if you'd like to know more! Thanks! :)
I’m looking for a place to stay for a few months with some nice housemates. I work full time and am a fully fledged adult , meaning I wash my dishes and pick up my wet towels 😋I’m easy going and looking to share with like minded people. I love the idea of a big share house with lots of people. I work hard, so I like my downtime but also like to hang in the kitchen and cook and chat.
I'm a 23 year old Engineer and starting a job at an Acoustics company in Surrey Hills. I've just come off a year of travel and am looking forward to getting into full time work. Sociable, clean and tidy.
We moved to Sydney 5 years ago, part-way through Uni and decided to stay! We are both pretty relaxed to live with, busy with our work, but also keen to socialise and explore Sydney on the weekends, hitting up the beach, national park or mountains. Lucy works in Conservation and spends her week working across Western Sydney and up in the Blue Mountains, and enjoys the odd G&T, I work as an Accountant, and play Basketball and Soccer socially when I can (I've also got pretty ace at Pool & PingPong skills). Oh, and we have 2 year old dog, Lola, who lives for attention and cuddles! We are looking for a fun (& cleanish) sharehouse!
I am 26 years old. Working full time in the media industry. Total lover of food and wine. I love to socialise some weekends but stay home and binge watch Netflix others. I have a bunny, Sassy Bitch, who is very spoilt and probably the only bunny you will ever meet that is toilet trained. You wouldn't notice her as she would stay with me. I clean up after myself straight away and like to live in a clean house.
My name is Shane and I work full-time in the marketing team of a video game publisher in Ultimo - dream job! ;) I love playing games, watching movies, chilling out and listening to music, going on hikes and hitting the beach. I enjoy keeping to myself but am always up to hang out or share a drink/meal. I like to keep my living spaces clean and am happy to get my hands dirty to maintain a place. I love meeting new people and going on adventures on the weekend :)
Hey there, I'm a 27 y.o freelance developer, have spent the last 5 years living in Europe and am looking for a new place to live now that I am back. I normally work pretty hard on weekdays and try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week. On the weekends I like to catch up with friends, go for a bushwalk or listen to music. I also like playing guitar, tennis and experimenting in the kitchen (Portuguese food is my favourite :D) Having already lived in several share-houses (the largest with 8 people) I can understand the importance of respecting shared living spaces, especially cleaning up after oneself. Im pretty open-minded and thankfully that has allowed me to get along with the majority of people that I meet. My favourite housemates in the past have been those ones that I can have a laugh with, share an occasional meal or drink together, and maintain a sense of mutual trust and understanding. Feel free to hit me up with any questions you may have. Cheers, Allan
Helllllo! We are Brodie and Ben. A fun, happy and loving couple, moved up from Melbourne 6 months ago - here to stay. We are active, eat well, drink well and are very considerate. A Grade dog cuddlers, A Grade housemates. We like the house to be clean, fun, social (but not party 24/7) and easy going. Love to have a beer or wine and have a chat or listen to music. Ben works in smart technology and likes to surf and play guitar, I work in finance, love dogs and train horses. Would love the chance to meet you and see if we are the perfect fit!
I'm new to Sydney as work has relocated me down from Brisbane/Gold Coast. I am an easy going and clean person who is really into AFL and enjoy a cold beverage. During the week I will be at work out in Macquarie Park but I would like to explore the city and the surrounds a bit more on the weekends.
Hi, My name is David. Im 28, I was born in Chile but have lived in Sydney for most of my life. I work in HR Full time and work weekends in promotions sampling a range of different products. I don't drink or smoke but I do love hitting the beach and socialising with friends on weekends. I'm clean, down to earth and always happy to cook dinner and have a good chat :)
Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a part-time Science student at Sydney University and also work part-time as a Medical Receptionist. I have lived in share houses before and believe in a joint effort to keep a place nice and tidy so that it's a great environment for everyone. I'm fairly chill - I enjoy a quiet night in watching TV with a cup of tea but I'm always up for a night out with friends too. I'm fine with pets, particularly cats. It would be great to find a share house where everyone is independent but likes to hang out sometimes too. If you think I'd be a good match for you, send me a message!
We are a couple Max + Laura, originally from Barcelona but have been living in Brisbane for the past 3-4 months. We are now moving to Sydney because of our jobs and therefore looking for a new place to call home. We are very clean + tidy, both of us, and really easy going. We are not big party animals but we do enjoy a good night out every now and then. We also love cooking and just chilling and enjoy a good conversation.
Hello, my name is April :) I'm a 22 (soon to be 23) year old female, originally from Canberra. I'm currently studying a Bmus in Music Composition at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (Sydney Uni) and work part-time as a piano teacher. I would love to live in an environment where I can socialise and form new friendships, but I also respect those who have busy lives. I am mindful of others, love doing things for people (like helping out with household tasks, cooking or supplying an occasional bottle of wine) and value cleanliness and a positive living space. I come with a built-in tree-nut allergy (peanuts are ok, however), so I would need housemates to be mindful of this. Happy to live with furry friends if you have any :) Please contact me if you are interested!
Hey there, I'm Kristjan - 26 year old Male, born in Iceland, however I've lived in Sydney almost my whole life. I'm a full-time professional working in Media as an Analyst. I'm easy going, tidy/clean, respectful and sociable. I'm usually down to have a beer/chat after work when im not going straight in for an afternoon nap (and as an introvert I totally get wanting to be left alone sometimes!). I am a horrible cook and eat out/get takeaway whenever I'm not heating up an easy meal in the microwave. I don't smoke, I'm out most of the weekend and I regularly work late. So I will often just be home to sleep! I work in Pyrmont so I would ideally be looking to stay somewhere along the L1 Light Rail line but I'd also be happy to consider something 10-20 minutes train from Town Hall Station.
Hi there! I’m Theresa, working as an Architect in the CBD and like to keep active in my free time with yoga and social events. Unfortunately the leasing is ending of my share house in Newtown, that I have to look for a new home in the beginning of May. Cheers, Theresa
Hi We are Talisa and Georgia and we're currently looking for a new place to call home. A little bit about Georgia: She is 28 years old, an extroverted introvert, enjoys life drawing, heading to gigs and theatre, yoga, going on hikes and exploring book stores. She is also a foodie and loves the occasional wine with a cheese platter on the weekend. She likes a good doco and is interested in holistic health and personal development. She has worked as a social worker/counsellor and is currently working with youth. A little bit about myself: I’m Talisa, also 28 and currently working as a physio. I like to get out on the weekends whether it’s spending time in nature going on hikes, wandering around markets and bookstores or catching up with friends over a wine. Around the house you’d most likely see me reading and drinking too much tea as well as dabbling in creative outlets like cooking/drawing. We’re looking for a home to share with like-minded people who are thoughtful with shared living spaces, are relatively quite during the week and who are friendly and open to occasionally hanging out or allowing us to have a couple of friends over on the weekend. We would love a place to feel like a sanctuary , with understanding of when we might need some down time but we are also very open to organising brunches or dinners with our flatties! We hope to hear from you! Also - we had a profile exactly like this up a few days ago, but something went wrong and we've been unable to sign into the account. So if you have messaged in the last couple of days, please message again. Thanks! :)
We are Damien and Paul, and we are looking for a new home. We have been in a relationship for more than 5 years, across different continents, through different study and employment stages, and life stages. Damien works as a lawyer, but is also a very caring and friendly person. He teaches piano, and has a small piano in the home. Paul is a talented designer, currently balancing working remotely for an overseas company with developing a career locally. We like exercise, weekend trips, good food and RuPaul’s Drag Race. We also like to sleep 7-8 hours a night so no weekday parties. We don’t do parties anyway, but prefer dinner with friends, or to go out to a bar and maybe have a dance. At the moment we are living in Canberra and without housemates for the first time. We take a lot of pride in our home, we have some quality furniture and and we aim to make our next home as ‘homely’ as this one. We have many years of sharehouse experience, and through this we have learnt to be respectful of others, to deal well with conflict, and to know how to take care of ourselves and those with whom we share space. We are looking to find a place (either 2 bed + study or a 3 bed), with relatively modern fixtures. We have a car and a few tools (because we are handy around the house), so we would ideally like a garage or shed. We would love to live near to the beach or the harbour, or somewhere central to the inner west, although we are flexible. We have seen some good places as far west as Concord, and we would also consider as far north as Lane Cove to Castlecrag. Perhaps as far south as Wolli Creek / Turrella and Maroubra. We are looking to share with either one or two others, depending on the size and price of the properties we find. We are open to who we live with (students / employed / etc). Please get in touch if you think you might like to live with us, and we can see if we could get along. Paul & Damien
Clean, quiet and neat. I'm from Singapore and just looking for a place near University of Sydney to stay while studying there. Just need a clean place with a bed, study table and wardrobe, with laundry, kitchen and wifi. I cook a fair bit, but just simple cooking; soup, rice, and some stir-fried dishes. I am quite an active person and I love hiphop dance. I occasionally run and swim and I cycle to and fro school currently.
