Hi I am a 22 year old first year uni student. I am easy going, clean and tidy. Currently work two waitressing jobs. Love history and animals but am always up for something new.
Hi, my name is Piyush Gupta and I'm 23 years old male hailing from India currently studying Master of Computing full-time at Australian National University and working part-time as a software developer in a consultancy firm. I don't smoke and drink very responsibly. I've been living in shared spaces for the past five years now and thus I'm aware of personal space of the roommates that needs to be respected. I'm easy going and always hygienic and tidy. I'm bad at organizing parties myself, but wouldn't mind if the roommates decide to have one. I wouldn't be in my own bubble all the time and be socially active with the roommates too. I like binge watching movies, playing video games and exercise.
Hey! Moving back to Canberra after taking a year off uni. Will be working part time and studying part time. Love animals and would be very pleased to share with some!
Hi! I am a 29-year old software engineer working in the city. I tend to be fairly busy during the week and spend a few nights at my boyfriend's house, so I’m not home too often. When I am home I am usually chilling out watching Netflix or working on my laptop. I also like to cook.
Hello there! I’m just moved to Canberra (from Perth) to study at UC and am looking for a room in a share house. I’m a very clean, tidy and organised guy, early to bed and early to rise. I’m pretty active and live a very healthy lifestyle. Love a good healthy, weekly meal prep and don’t often drink (unless everyone else ). I spend quite a bit of time with outdoorsy pursuits hiking, running, camping etc. I have been living in share houses for a few years now with many other housemates so I know how it all works. I’ll also be bringing my doggy with me. She’s a small/medium mixed breed mutt who is super affectionate and friendly. She has a big personality and will work her way into your heart (guaranteed). She loves nothing more than to curl up next to you on the couch at the end of a long day, or a short day – pretty much anytime really. She’s house trained and very obedient. She isn't destructive, doesn't dig and once settled she won't even pee or poo in the backyard. I’ll be studying part time, working part time and walking the dog part time but when I’m not doing those things I’ll be exploring Canberra or hanging out in the communal areas of the house. I’m pretty social, always up for chat and a yarn - I won’t be spending much time hiding in my room though I do respect peoples need for personal/quiet time. I would love to find a house with peeps I can be friends with and can do housemate activities with. I enjoy living with social people more than anything! Won't be bringing much with me so a furnished room would be ideal but I'm not fussy. Thanks!!
I study full time at University of Canberra. I work part time in the hospitality industry. I tend to be a night owl and I love listening to music. Come winter, you may see at home often with books in my hand and a hot chocolate. I am quite respectful towards people's boundaries, and I expect the same. I like to keep things neat and tidy. I don't smoke and I'm allergic towards cats.
Hey I'm Alice - I work at a childcare centre and also as a receptionist. I am currently studying at the University of Canberra. I love meeting new people, staying active and having fun. I also love all pets ever!!! but don't actually have any of my own :(
I'm friendly, clean, neat, sociable and respectful of the privacy of others. I've lived in flat/house shares for a few years now and I am now a fully "trained" housemate. I'm working part-time as a therapist and relatively new to Canberra. I have an assistance dog who is ridiculously well behaved. At times, I work from home auditing cases. Please note: I'm only looking to rent as a co-tenant or as a head tenant. I'd be willing to discuss all agreements upfront, even an occupancy agreement with the proviso that I be given a 4 to 6 weeks notice period. Hey guys, the rental market is brutal out there! I'd love to hear from you. In my spare time, I paint and have an active social life on weekends. I tend to go for hikes with my dog, visit friends and I am involved in many side projects that keep me busy. I tend to watch too much TV and Netflix too. I'm looking for a long term stay.
I'm a Yoga teacher, dancer, photographer, nature-lover. I'm very tidy, thoughtful and responsible. I am independent with a full life, but I also enjoy the buzz and colour of communal living with good-hearted and gentle people. I like to live in places with beautiful light and near to nature.
