I’m very clean and quiet in the house, not the type to have parties, don’t use much energy and have never missed a payment in my 7+ years of renting.

I am very easy going with how others live in the house and have no intentions of changing the house dynamics. I always collaborate with household requirements as needed. Although im generally much more reserved, im open to being involved in game/movie nights and am always happy for some random quick chats.

I currently work in IT and looking for a place closer to work in the city.
