I'm very approachable and friendly and get along with most people. Whilst I enjoy being social, I am also very independent and like my own space/having time to myself. I work full time Monday to Friday 9-6 and a few hours most Saturdays. In my spare time I love to play sport or any kind of physical activity. I love animals although I don't have one and also enjoy cooking regardless of not being all that great. Anyway if you think I may be the type of flat mate your looking for and want to know more about me just send me a message and I'll be in touch. Thanks :) xo

Hey, I'm Jodie- I'm looking for a room, or happy to team up with others, for long-term stay or anything over 6months. I'm working full time as an accountant in the CBD, looking for anything that is close to public transport. I'm really easy-going, clean/tidy, respectful of others' personal space etc.. Ideally I would like to live with people with whom I can socialise with on the odd occasion, but keep things fairly low-key during the week. Feel free to message me on here or via text for more info :) Cheers
Hi, I'm Isabella, a 23 year old student from Germany working on my degree in psychology. I'll be studying at Monash (Caulfield) for a semester as an exchange student starting in February :) I'll be staying until mid July, so I'm looking for a place to stay at for about 6 months, but I can be a bit flexible . A bit about me: I love art (museums, exhibitions, doing some of my own, you name it), music, reading, exploring and being outdoors. I'd describe myself as chatty, very open-minded and easy-going. I've been sharing an apartment for 2,5 years now and it's always been great getting to know new people, maybe going out together for a drink sometime or doing other activities together. I've spent some time living in different countries and it's always been a great experience so far. If you're looking for a friendly, down-to-earth and fun roomie, I'd love to hear from you! Isabella :)

I'm an osteopath that has been lucky enough to travel the world with work for the past 10yrs. Will be settling back in Melbourne in the new year & I'm looking for a place not too far from the city. I enjoy my sport, live music, food, cooking and keeping fit. I'm tidy and easy going. I will also be traveling for work between 10-15 weeks of the year if that helps. :)
Im a 27 year old construction worker who has just come back from traveling overseas for the last 18 months, I would like to say I'm pretty easy going and love to have a laugh. One of my best traits is always seeing the best in any situation...my cooking isn't great but i still love to try anyway.
Hello! We are looking to relocate from Brisbane to Melbourne for a bit of an adventure! We are both students and will work part-time. Nick is a student studying sports management at Deakin University. He is laid back, polite and very easy to get along with. Nick is originally from Cairns and has wanted to move to Melbourne for a while now. I (Katie) am a student studying human services and justice, majoring in criminology. Whilst in Brisbane I was working at juvenile (youth) justice as a caseworker. I am passionate about working with disadvantaged youth and hope to find a job in this area when I move. We are easy going, very tidy and enjoy spending our days outside exploring new places (when we are not drowning in uni work). We love movies, good food, and good company. We mostly keep to ourselves, but also enjoy socialising with others.
Tomas, 26yo, Dutch, in Melbourne on a working holiday visa until april. Been living on my own since 18yo so potty-trained; independent and reliable.
Hi I'm easy going and enjoy to relax by doing activities after work (run, gym etc) Enjoy a clean house as I am neat and tidy. Purely require accommodation more for work so I will not be there all the time. Most weekends I would go back to Geelong.
My name is Petrina, 26, I'm very easy going, friendly. bubbly, love socialising and a real people person. At the same time I like my own space and down time. Like to keep fit, enjoy cooking and I like to have a clean and healthy environment around me. I'm quite organised and manse my time well. I work for the City of Kingston Council in Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation as an admin support officer based in Parkdale. Been there for 6 years. I work Tuesday to Friday and one Saturday a month. I'm also studying a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) through Swinburne. I love to travel and I'm one of the worlds biggest foodies! Basically I make sure I try to make life as fun as possible! Looking to move out in the new year but will also be traveling for some of 2017
My current lease finishes at the end of this year and I'm looking to move sometime in January or February. Next year I will be going into my 4th (managed to stretch 2 years into 3) and hopefully final year of my bachelor of commerce at Monash (Clayton Campus). Currently I am working two jobs (St Kilda and various CBD locations). At present I'm living in Ormond but am ideally looking to move somewhere a bit closer to the city and that will cut a bit of time off my commute to work or uni. My ideal area is Richmond/Burnley/Cremorne, but I'm pretty flexible on that. Quite happy to trade off location (to an extent) to find somewhere that's better value for money. Primarily I am looking to team up with 1 or 2 people rather than join an existing place. I have quite a bit of furniture so moving into an already furnished place would be a bit of a hassle with regards to storing that. What am I like to live with? I'm a bit of a neat freak so only interested in sharing with people who like things very clean and tidy (Don't mind raising my standards, but I struggle to lower them). In general I'm fairly quite and keep to myself. If we get along well I'm happy to hang out sometimes, but that's not a requirement. With regards to the kind of property I am aiming for, I tend to prefer apartments over houses. A reasonably modern kitchen and is also a big plus. That one firm requirement that I have is that it is warm and for dry during the winter (admittedly a little difficult to tell during the middle of summer). Feel free to send me a message if you would like to team up or have a suitable room.
I moved to Melbourne from India at the start of 2015 to pursue a PhD in Medicine. I love science, cooking, fur babies (not necessarily in the order). I'm also social, clean and responsible. Hobbies include doodling, diy projects, yoga.
Alex 25 year old female, I'm a full time fashion buyer for major Australian retailer working Monday - Friday. Just returned from living and working in London for last 3 years, I like socializing on the weekends and going out for dinner during the week. I tend to keep myself pretty busy during the week between going to the gym and at work. I like to keep communal spaces clean and tidy but otherwise I'm pretty easy going happy to share the occasional wine/dinner with housemates but also like someone who is independent and enjoys their own space.
Studying at the University of Melbourne and working in Richmond. Very friendly and easy going. Looking for somewhere light and nice ideally with an outdoor area and option of a car space but happy to check out all options. Look forward to hearing from you!
After three years of living with one of my best friends, her sister is moving into my room. So it's time for me to find a new home. I work full-time in media relations and was born and raised in country Victoria. I may be young, but I certainly don't live like a stereotypical 22 year old. My job is demanding so I work hard during the week but always happy to go out and have a few vinos over the weekend. I bring a lot to the roommate table. I'm clean, I love to cook (and love to cook for other people), I'm really social and easy going. The only real negative of having me as a roommate is that I have been known to sing Usher songs in the shower. I'm lucky enough to have until February to move out. If I find the right place between November and Feb I'm happy to move in at once. (BONUS: I also come with an optional extra - an incredibly comfortable King Living couch if you're looking for a top quality sofa in addition to a top quality roommate :P)
Mini Tan sausage dog, fully furnished house already owned with library. Love books, and quiet. Job involves interstate travel.
Hey! I'm 31 years old simple Argentinian guy, I have been living in Melbourne for about 4 years. I am bit of a traveler (not much compare with some other people I have met in Melbourne ;) , but I've choose to live in Melbourne, so I'm looking for a place that feel home, with all that include. People in the house is the most important :) so I'm trying to get a nice house where people is cool and chill (buena onda in spanish). That getting get home is fun and respectful at the same time. Enjoy a beer and talk about life! I enjoy plying soccer and running! not to athletic though, I enjoy eating as well! hahaha. ; ) Recently came back from a trip around South America for about 3 months which helped me to think about my career, I work as pastry chef BTW, so I work full in a restaurant in South Yarra with very weird shifts, in others words: I work too many hours. But that is going to change in January, because hopefully I will be working in a bakery in Toorak with normal working hours. So I hope I can find a place close by :) Cheers
I'm starting a PhD next year, so I'm a bit of a nerd and spend a lot of time at uni 🤓 When I'm not studying, I love getting out and exploring Melbourne - bars, dancing, random meetups. Love little dinner parties and games nights at home, but apart from that I like home to be a pretty chilled, quiet and comfy place. I like keeping fit - I go to the gym, do yoga and dance. About to get a skateboard before my bones get any more brittle!!
I am Looking for semi tidy double bedroom to move into, I am absolutely in love with chapel street so living near by is ideal, I am working in the CBD (fulltime)at a insurance company but on my weekends i am out with my friends chasing the sun =) I am 23 years young also proud new zealander and have a love for travel like no other, If you have anything available that's semi close to transport and you think i would suit your flat and flatties pleease give me a buzz (I dont bite) I am looking to move ASAP =) xoxo
Hey all, I'm to start a new house share from Thornbury to Brunswick, Elwood to Caulfield and in any inner North, East or Southern Suburbs. My budget is $185/week, ready to move now. I'm 31, originally from QLD and have been living in Melbourne for about 3.5 years. I work 5 days/week in hospitality, until I go back to uni full time (+ work part time) for a year to finish my psych degree. When I finish I'm aiming to get a job in a humanistic position. On my days off I generally like to get outdoors if the weather is good and am looking forward to getting some beach days in this summer, (if/when it actually arrives in Melbs). I'd like to say I sleep in but my body clock often doesn't allow it. It only lets me feel like I could sleep in on the days I have to work. Most of my social outings revolve around visiting friends or heading out to gigs, or maybe a sneaky festival once or twice a year. I enjoy food and drink and chats with my housemates, but equally enjoy my down time and respect others' need for the same. I'm clean and tidy, especially when it comes to communal spaces. Eat mostly vegetarian, but not wigged out by food of any kind. I’m good for paying rent/bills on time, am not touchy about discussing stuff house-related, much prefer openness and communication. Am well-trained in house-sharing, and don’t possess any sexist, racist, LGBTI-phobic views/sentiments. 420-friendly. Come with a bunch of plants and make kombucha regularly. Do have some furniture to bring, kitchen stuff, no whitegoods though. Feel free to fire any questions my way 🙂 I'm ready to move asap!

Hello there! I'm a well travelled individual looking to stay with some like-minded, friendly individuals at a place that I hope to call home! After an amazing time living with two girls from Italy and London when I was studying at Yale this year, I am really keen on sharing a flat with some nice people, despite past years of living in studios. I'm currently completing my degree and going into post-grad studies. I love yoga, music, theatre, and care passionately about health-related and ethical issues. I respect personal space, but love the occasional chat over wine in the evening. Lately I've been trying some new recipes, and will be glad to whip up a welcome meal when the time comes!
Carlo and I are two friends that met each other at Monash University. I was raised for most of my life in Melbourne and Carlo is an international student from Mexico. I have completed Uni and will be working full time next year and Carlo will be studying at Monash. We will be monitoring the rental property market, looking to move in early February and are searching for 2-4 other like minded people to rent a share house with. We are looking for a house with a backyard in the inner-eastern suburbs near a train station that will likely cost less than $200 each per week. Ideally we would like a house with the same amount of boys as girls and a minimum commitment of a few months. We are both very social, like to drink, love a laugh, are both into fitness and the outdoors, are big global travelers and enjoy a deep and meaningful chat. We're hoping to live with people that are keen to hang out and get to know each other, enjoy partying and are like minded. We both love music and I play in a band (warning: some band practices may be held but will be during reasonable hours). The occasional party will be hosted ;)

Looking for a home not a party house or drama home, don't mind sharing a chat and meal with my house mates. Enjoy cooking, hiking, health and fitness, reading, quiet time, watching sports (afl, nrl, V8, UFC, tennis just to name a few favs. Love music, having interesting conversations, martial arts, Qi Gong, meditation, laid back, open minded, have a sensor of human, Eat organic, no I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I'm looking to either join or start a flat share in South Yarra. I'm a 30yo female who works full time. I'm looking for people of a similar age (27-35) who are friendly, tidy and don't mind having a meal or glass of wine with their flatmate. I enjoy good food (and coffee!!), catching up with friends, tennis, movies and I like all sorts of TV (from reality TV to documentaries and most things in between!). I live a relatively healthy lifestyle but also love chocolate and cheese. :-) Ideally would like to be in a 2-3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place with parking (can be street parking if easy enough to find a spot), however am flexible. I have a fridge and washing machine if needed.
Two easy going guys, one student and one full time hospitality worker. Social, tidy and respectful of boundaries. Keen to team up and rent a place for 6 months or longer. :)
Hello :) We are two friends, professionals employed full time, currently living in Windsor but need to find a new place to live by the end of January 2017. We are fun, hard working, very clean and reliable. We pay bills on time and are very house proud. We need a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom house preferably. Must have off street parking. That is non-negotiable. We come with perfect rental references :) We are happy to take over a lease or start up a new house with an awesome flatmate! If anyone would like to start up a new house get in touch! You must like animals, having a laugh and looking for friends rather than just flatmates. We love living together and would love to find another awesome friend to live with. I love to cook so ideally I'd like a big kitchen plus a garden for my herbs/plants :)
I'm Zac, 22, Student Architect currently living in Armadale. I recently completed my Bachelor and I'm planning on starting my Masters in the new year. At the moment I'm working at Myer in the city, I do around 25+ hours a week. I'm a pretty social guy but also enjoy a bit of quiet time as well. Like the idea of living with some likeminded people. Super clean guy and very respectful of peoples property.
Hi there, my name is Jill and i'm a 26 year old mature student entering the Bachelor of Psychology program in Monash University (Clayton) commencing Feb 2017 and i'm looking for a place to move in around the first week of Feb! Just a little background about me, I'm from Singapore and i'm quite easy going. I love to socialise but also like my privacy and respect the privacy of others as well. I'm very responsible, especially over the common domain areas. I worked mainly as a marketing executive and run my own online music tuition business, www.themusicgarage.sg. I also sing professionally in Singapore part time and i’m also a serious hobbyist in salsa dancing! I have a long term relationship with a wonderful fella who’ll be staying in Singapore but will be coming by every 3-6 months or so for about a week each time. He’s really low maintenance so you’ll barely notice his presence when he does come over unless you’d like to hang out which we’d be totally happy with!
Hello future housemate(s) We have made the move to Melbourne, leaving our little land of Perth behind. So super excited to get amongst everything that Melbourne has to offer. We are both huge foodies and love yoga (just finished our teacher training in Rishikesh, India). We both enjoy being active and healthy and being surrounded by like minded people. Both clean and respectful and are looking for a loving, nuturing space to call home 💓. We are bringing with us my miniature German schnauzer Angus (he's house trained, hypoallergenic non hair shedding dog), who's super friendly with people and other dogs. He doesn't need a lot, although a courtyard would be amazing. I walk him twice a day and he is extremely spoilt, and will not need any work (just love). Kelly: I am 28 years old, a full time scientist working in medical and tissue engineering, will endeavour to work as a yoga instructor as well as cafe work as I LOVE Melbourne cafe scene. I'm very clean and loving and respectful. I really enjoying cooking and food prep, I make everything from scratch. I hope you could
Hey, I am a 1-year exchange student from Germany with a full working week and hopefully satisfying experiences on weekend! Clean, responsible and sociable. Looking forward to traveling a lot and learning to know Melbourne and its people.
I'm a Business Analyst professional who has been recently shifted to Melbourne from Sydney. I'm working for a leading Australian clothing brand in South Yarra. For the time being, I'm staying in my friend's house and will have to move out as his wife and baby is coming back. I'm a very friendly person. Like to keep my home neat and tidy. Love sports, hanging out with my friends and would love to have an occasional beer or two with my house mates. That being said, I also love a quiet time. Understands the word 'Privacy' and appreciates the basic house sharing etiquette.
Hello all. My name is Shankar, and I am looking for a room in a real home. Originally from India, I recently moved to this city from Sydney. I'm 27, male and work full-time in IT. I love soccer, movies and TV shows. I'm friendly, tidy and reliable. Having lived in shared accommodations before, I understand how the game works(Things like keeping the common areas clean and cleaning up after myself in the kitchen, etc). I'm always up for a chat, drink or two, sharing stuff etc. But I also like to retreat into my room at times, and know that the others desire the same as well. Honestly, I prefer a home where the people are friendly and relaxed, as I've had some amazing housemates in the past. I'm not much of a cook, but intend to learn it ( I promise I won't turn the place upside down :) ). I am available to move-in asap. Also, furnished rooms would be at the top of my list, as I don't have any furniture with me at the moment. I Look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to text me on my number, and I'll reply as quickly as possible.
Hello, We are Linda and Carl from Sweden, Carl is already in Melbourne and I will join him in beginning of December. We already have a place but only til January. We are hoping to find a place from January to mid/end of March to share with people/couples similar to us! Carl is a chef and a bartender and I will be looking for a job as a waitress. We are tidy people who enjoy food, gym, travel and outdoor life. We're sociable and friendly but are not looking for a party house.
I'm a software engineer currently working on a new startup project and just need a room to work from my laptop! I'm quite easygoing and fun and friendly! Outside of work I like to swim, cook (but by no means would my housemate have to be) and cycling. I normally stick to myself a bit but always up for a beer at the end of the week. I like to keep common areas of the house clear and tidy.
Hi! I'm looking for someone to team up with to go in on a new lease, preferably long-term. I can bring all the furniture, but I'm also happy to downsize what I can bring if we happen to double up on a particular item. Ideally I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in the inner South Eastern suburbs, no more than $420 max per week total (to be split equally). My current lease ends early January and my moving date can be pretty flexible before or after that. I'm employed full time and work pretty standard hours with the occasional bit of overtime as needed. I like to cook but don't do as much as I'd like as I'm currently living alone. I love to have to chat about life over a glass of wine, and I consider myself to be very easy going. I don't expect much from a flatmate other than to have bills paid on time and to be respectful of one another's personal space. I would hope to become good friends with any flatmate. I have a 4 year old cat who is super friendly, loves cuddles, lots of attention and a good play flight here and there. Generally he's a pretty chill cat. I would love to hear from you if I sound like someone you would like to get to know.
Hey! I'm a full-time commerce student at the University of Melbourne, graduating next year. I work part-time to support myself, and my hobbies include cooking, exercise, exploring the outdoors and photography. I love keeping busy and getting out and about! I'm friendly and sociable, love a chat after work/uni and dinner & drinks over the weekend. I do also appreciate time to myself and am very respectful of others' space. As a housemate, I'm trustworthy, reliable, considerate, and very tidy. Finally, I have a 1 y.o. ragdoll cat - she's 100% housetrained & indoors, and she is such a little charmer! :) She has co-existed with a (big) dog in the past with no issues. Looking for a longer-term stay only (6+ months) and am flexible as to when I move - but early January at latest! Reach out if you're interested in catching up and chatting more. Cheers! :)
