I masquerade as a secondary school teacher, and am quiet and polite but friendly. I work full-time, love the outdoors, playing and watching sports and will be out regularly on the weekends; as I'm currently researching, writing and filming for an interactive historical novel. I have regularly found myself lost in numerous locations around the world because I won't ask for directions. I am a combination of an academic (nerd), a jock and a thrill-seeker but this fluctuates depending on the season. Non-religious but hold high moral and ethical standards. Great tenant, having lived at my current residence since 2004.
respectful, tidy, sociable, never cooked and non smoking/drinking. working reception night shift in hotel city but not a light sleeper. prefer a place no more than 10 min walking from train station.
My name is Jordan I’m 24 years of age and grew up in Sydney, have done some travelling and now settling down in Sydney and looking for a place to rent! Very friendly and down to earth and if need to ask me anything don’t be hesitate!
Hi we are a couple looking to move out with some lovely people in a share house. We are clean, considerate, friendly and hard working people. Brooklyn is a hairdresser working full time in Rozelle, she loves to cook and her favourite drink is Pinot Noir. Ell works full time in Parramatta and part-time in Central, she plays roller derby and her favourite drink is Pure Blonde. We both like to chill out in our spare time but also like the occasional drink with mates. Fairly flexible with location as long as it is close to a station. We have our own furniture for our rooms, kitchen, bathroom and for common areas if possible. Minimum stay of 6 months and not necessary to be on the lease (at this point in time)!
I'm an international student with a nice part-time job in the city. I need a place closer to Sydney CBD to minimise my travel time but also still affordable. I'm looking for a private room as I have a desktop computer that I need for my job. I don't want to trouble roommates with the sound of my typing and the light from the monitor so I want a private room. It doesn't need to be big. I'm fine with a small room. I mind my own business so living with me would be very easy. I do not cook but am able.
Looking for accommodation with 2 bathrooms or I may get an extra room for myself near Caringbah, Hurstville, Lakemba, Beverly Hills, Punchbowl, etc. if any convenient options are available with easy going team ups with me or my family just contact to share details or search experience.
I'm Jon, from Malaysia. Now, moving to Sydney for work. Currently, looking for a nice place to stay. I loves to watch movies and play games. And, to make new friends. :)
My English is very bad, maybe there are some problems in communication, but I still hope to communicate with people from various countries. I personally like to be clean and quiet, not to interfere with other tenants, and I like to listen to music and go abroad to travel. And exchange of religious history and culture, etc.
I'm an occupational therapist, with a full time job. I'm a sociable person, but do enjoy my own space to recharge. I like doing gym classes, crafty activities, spending time at the beach & trying out cafes/restaurants
I've been living in Sydney for a little more than a year in rented places, but Singapore's home. I'm generally easy-going, but I do need a bathroom to myself. I'm always punctual with rent payment, and my living spaces are very clean as I take pride in being hygienic. I barely ever use the stove as I microwave all my meals/ use my rice cooker multifunctionally. I like having my friends over, but only in my spaces (my room/bathroom) and in the day (when no one's sleeping), so I do respect your personal privacy as well. I drink regularly, so ideally there should be space in the fridge for my wine bottles, and I smoke (but never indoors, so will only do so out of the house/if there's a balcony). I honestly do not spend much time at home, but if I do, I'm usually watching a movie or reading a book. I hope to move in with someone with a pleasant demeanor who is clean and chill. Cheers!
I work full time around Sydney 6 days a week and go to church on sunday,im a Zimbabwean Christian who is flexible and can interact well wth people of all cultures. I am a Canadian in Australia doing my Master's degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney (Cumberland campus in Lidcombe). I enjoy keeping active, I love animals, and doing some photography. I like to keep tidy and am organized. If there are any other concerns or questions, feel free to message.
