Iure and Billy

Hi! We’re a quiet, clean and easygoing couple currently living in the Kogarah area and looking for a room in a shared house, or a studio / granny flat around Sydney.

Being close to a train or metro station makes my daily routine much easier. We also have a car, so parking availability would be a great bonus.

My name is Iure, I’m 29 and from Brazil. I work full-time in painting and epoxy flooring and also study Painting & Decorating. My partner Billy is Australian, 26, with strong experience as a team leader at McDonald’s and some experience in construction.

In our free time, we enjoy watching movies, playing board games and reading. We have a calm lifestyle, don’t smoke or party, and like to keep the place clean and organised.

We’re looking for a safe, comfortable and well-maintained home where we can stay long-term and take good care of the space.

We’re planning to move around June and are applying as a couple.
