Iure and Billy

Hi! We are a quiet, responsible and organised couple currently living in Penrith and looking to rent a room or studio closer to Sydney CBD. My name is Iure, I'm Brazilian, 29 years old, I work in painting and I’m also studying Painting & Decorating. My partner Billy is Australian, 26 years old, he works in carpentry and also studies.

In our free time, we enjoy watching movies, playing board games and reading. We are looking for a safe, clean and well-maintained property, in good condition, with a cosy and comfortable atmosphere where we can relax and spend more time at home. We will be the only tenants and we will take great care of the place.
