I've just recently arrived here from New Zealand, and plan on being here long term. I work as a software engineer in Richmond, so a place nearby would be ideal. I'm looking for a chill place to live, where my flatmates actually hang out with each other, rather than just doing their own thing. I'm not just looking for a place to sleep, but a place to live. I really enjoy cooking, and especially BBQing, so a BBQ is a big plus. I enjoy spending time outdoors, I don't like being cooped up for too long inside. I enjoy bushwalking and pretty much any outdoor activities.
Im a Canadian who on a working holiday visa, excited for new adventures. I am a big beach bum who enjoys a good night out but also loves Netflix. Looking for a socialable, friendly house in Melbourne.
Rent/bills will be paid on time,I'm clean, most likely won't see me cause of the hours I work,I work night shift only so I'd be out by 10pm and back early hours of the morning, from nz Polynesian background, enjoy a few bevys and a laugh.
Hi, Im Maria, 28 yo from Israel. Came to Melbourne to sense the city, live and work here. I'am friendly, clean and easy going. Currently looking for a job
From SA but currently living in Melbourne for work. I am a quiet person who is a bit of an introvert, loves to clean, very respectful of others space and spend most of my free time studying. I go back to Adelaide as often as I can to see family and friends. My biggest fault is that I am a little bit fussy about bathroom and toilet areas. I don't mind sharing these facilities but expect people to be an adult about it and clean after use. Where I share at the moment I am having to clean up after two others and a bit over it. I would love my own bathroom. I need a car space and would like somewhere where I can walk to public transport as I work in the city. Love animals and don't mind if you have a furbaby.
My sister and I are both very friendly and happy individuals. We like to keep are space clean and tidy. We are respectful roommates and are excited to be in Melbourne! We currently work at Luna Park and are on the Working Holiday Visa. We were born in Australia but grew up in Canada! We like to be creative, read, do exercise and cook in our spare time. We like to be social but also enjoy time to ourselves!

We are a couple ( jack, 23 year old kiwi, and sara, 25 year old swedish/american ) who have been living in Melbourne since march and love it. However we're now on the hunt for a slightly bigger room a bit closer to work. I work in marketing just outside of the city and sara is currently working in a cafe and looking for an engineering role, so both fairly busy monday to friday. Both well housetrained, used to living in houseshares, and enjoy having a chat in the evenings or chilling infront of the tv, and activites and a few drinks on the weekend!
My name is Louise and I am a textile designer originally from Ireland but have been living in Melbourne just over two years now. I am looking for somewhere long term ideally so 6 months - longer only please. I'm positive , neat , fun and very easy going ! I'm very conscious of peoples space so I definitely like alone time but also want to move in with someone who is easy to chat to and friendly . Both working full time, house proud and tidy. Enjoy cooking meals, going out for drinks and hanging out with our housemates. Equally happy just chilling just us two, very respectful of space. Looking for something around 2 months.
Hi potential roomies, hope to hear from you soon! My name is Lucas and I'm a 30 year old guy currently working for the Bureau of Meteorology near southern cross. I enjoy watching movies and TV shows in my spare time, or reading useless facts on the internet. I also enjoy going to the beach, going on road-trips, and Nandos! I can alternate between being very social and very not, depends on mood. I grew up in QLD though have lived in Melbourne since 2009. I'm getting back into fitness and health after knee surgery in April (2017)... Starting off well so far and looking at trying to find some new hobbies when I can (rock climbing hopefully soon). Would enjoy doing these types of things with you if you're interested. I'm looking for somewhere that will become available any time after now through to 'early-ish' next year (Just after new year's would probably be ideal.) Also, need somewhere close to public transport due to lack of a vehicle. Thanks! Lucas
I spend most of my spare time writing & recording music and playing video games. I don't mind keeping to myself but I'm down for a jam or some games if my flatmates are ever keen. I'm currently working at Woolworths and preparing to continue my Music Composition course in 2018.
Hi all - currently changing careers after 6 years in corporate. My wage is now less as I'm starting from the bottom again but after a room in the areas stated above. I'm 30, employed full time and have allergies to cats (sorry!) but dogs are fine. I like to spend my time keeping fit, and have an interest in personal development, sports and food / culture. My ideal housemate/s would be in their 20's or early 30's. I'm fairly social and conversational but also respect peace and quiet, but I do want an eclectic house I can click with and feel at home in. I drive and need space for one car, indoors or on street parking is fine. Hope to speak to you soon.
Hey I'm Irwin, 24 years young! Originally from Perth, have lived in Melbourne now for 2 years. Work during the week and some weekends as a physio/s&c coach. Usually pretty chilled during the week. If I'm not at work, can usually find me at the gym or running around Albert Park. Love exploring and meeting new people so would be ideal to live with others with a similar mindset!
I am a well traveled easy going Irish guy who works in sales and marketing. I have lived in Ireland (obvs) but also San Francisco,London,Queenstown,Christchurch and Nelson. I recently moved to Cairnd and wish to live here for the long foreseeable future. I am super active with lots of gym, yoga and hiking. I am a good cook and not a big party head but will happily engage in socializing with having a few I would like to think I am very easy to get on with and a good person to rent with as I am super clean and very reliable. Hopefully our paths may cross!
Hi, my name is Niki. I work full time so i am pretty low key during the week maybe i have a glass of wine at night, i do go out quite a bit on the weekend. I am clean and super easy to get along with.
I’ve got a pretty positive, high energy outlook on life, enjoy hanging out and getting to know people, but I can read a room and respect people’s space as well. Keep a regular schedule, working 9-5 in town. Like to go out chatting, dancing, dining, lazing about on the weekends. Always pay rent and bills on time! Got lots of music, books, magazines, films, TV shows etc. to share and have a habit of setting up a nice space for myself and adding the little things which make a house a home.
Hi everyone! I'm an Italian girl and I'm looking for a private room for the next 3 months at least but I might stay longer! I'm very-easygoing and I'm always up for beer/wine and chat:) My biggest passion is travelling and my second is probably food :P I can be very quiet, I like to chill with movies and TV series or reading a good book, but I enjoy going out as well. I'm into Reggae and Indie Rock music and I sometimes go to Techno events. I'm very tidy but I'm not a maniac. I've been sharing flats/sharehouses/rooms in several countries for many years so I'm used to live with different people. I'm open-minded and I accept everyone who is respectful as I would like to live in a friendly environment and create a good group in the house:) Fell free to contact me at anytime! Cheers!!
Hi! my name is Ruth, 24 from Ireland, I'm a very fun, bubbly and easy going person. I'm a very clean housemate. I love a good night out as well a cosy night in watching netflix with a cup of tea! I'm currently working in a restaurant as a waitress. I'm not just looking for a flatmate but for new friends to hang out with when I'm not working. If you think I'd be a good fit as your flatmate/friend, maybe we can meet up for a coffee.
My name is Isabella and I am originally from the United States. I recently completed my undergrad from Columbia College Chicago where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Business. I will be moving to Melbourne mid/end of January with a work/holiday visa and I am very excited for the new adventure. I have several friends spread out throughout the city -- but I am looking for a space to call my own during my year in Australia. I am easy-going, tidy, very social, and always on the move-- I will most likely be working a few jobs during my time in Melbourne-- I honestly don't intend on spending a whole lot of time at home (I love filling up my days with activities and being outside). I enjoy trying out new restaurants, going out to drinks with friends, staying physically active, and getting lost (haha that's the best way to find the coolest places). Truly excited for this year ahead and looking forward to meeting you X
