I've been travelling alone for 2 years around Asia and Australia, always seems to end up back in Melbourne. Feels like my second home. I'm an online typist and have a causal bar waiting job (well feels like full time as I'm given lots of hours) in the city. I'm very easy to live with, tidy and clean, love to cook for others, and got a super bubbly personality. Very social, love a few wines here and there. I love yoga, and i adore dogs. (wow i sound so basic). And also always willing to help others.
I'm a student who works part-time as a waitress and marketing intern and i'm looking for a place to call home for at least 4 months and then see how we go. I'm clean, I like to eat healthy and work out, I don't drink a lot and I'm not a party gal. I will probably be out of the house a lot of the time or in my room studying, but I am keen to socialise at night and on weekends (if im not working) and love to have a good chat with open minded people.
Hey! we're Alix & Jonny. I'm studying at RMIT and Jonny is on a working holiday from the UK. We're new to Melbourne and love the city. Like to have a drink and boogie but aren't too wild. Looking for a clean but homey place to live in. We like: cooking, going to the beach, doodling and pottering about We dislike: piles of dishes and hair covered sinks PS I'm real short
Hey future roomie, I am a 2nd year student at Swinburne Uni of Tech and a trainee pilot at Moorabbin airport. I pay my rents weeks in advance and am easy-going and chill dude, do feel free to contact my landlord Jack (p.m for number). I always keep a neat and tidy environment as well. On weekends after a hard week of studying, I enjoy a cold one with some Netflix and chill. Cheers :)
Hi There, I am Kanika. I am doing my masters from Monash. I am originally from India where I worked as a consultant for six years. I moved to Melbourne last year and have been living in Clayton. After spending a year in the same house I want to explore and live closer to the city. I am very friendly and like to live in a peaceful manner. I'd like to sit and chat but also prefer to have some personal time. I would like to move in around 15th May. Thanks
Hi folks, My name is Ricky I'm an Italian guy, 29 years old. I'm looking for a single room in a share house. Currently I'm literally working full time super busy, and in July I'll start the RMIT as well. I'm looking for a room for instance in Fitzroy, Brunswick, Carlton ecc ( isn't necessary close to transportation I've got a scooter)... however open for any suggestions. ( budget max 220$ p/w). Hey! I’m a lovely Canadian, originally from Toronto. Just moved to Melbourne working full time as a pastry chef and looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months. I’m a very easy going person, relaxed and sociable but I definitely respect others privacy. I usually like to spend my evenings relaxing after work with some reading or movies and on my days off I like to stay active with hiking, going to the beach and exploring the city. If this sounds perfect to you then I’d be happy to be your roommate :) !
A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 5+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible (My housemates hardly find the evidence of me cooking) • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike, 2 frisbees and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm from Taiwan) • Loves to talk about politics • Not a party animal but enjoys dancing in an appropriate environment • Overall, a very likeable young woman Looking for a sociable and mature (everyone cleans after themselves and refills the toilet paper) house/flat, preferably with lots of natural light as I enjoy reading during the day when I'm not working. I also like to stay in the living room and greet the housemates so I hope my future housemates are comfortable with that. My ideal length of stay is 12 months before I finally move back to fight for my country. Feel free to ask me anything as I really take my 100% response rate seriously.
In the middle of my 20s, I’ve lived in Melbourne for a year. At the moment studying and working full time. I am a very easy going and responsible person, very tidy with all my things understanding that it is a shared house and we have to respect each other. As a foodie I’m always down for dinners, chats and wine along friends in the end of the day. I am currently living in the same shared house for almost a year now, where I have made incredible friends. The only reason I am looking to leave is a matter of location and having my own room. So I would be very happy to hear from you if there is anything available! Cheers 😉
Hi! I'm Takuya, I'm from Japan, on a working holiday in Melbourne. I love to travel and I have lived in the Gold Coast and also in Canada. I am easy going and hope to have fun in Melbourne and make some good friends.
Hi, Nice to meet you. I work full time as a shift worker in the health care industry. I am very active on my days off and am usually off on some adventure somewhere. Either camping, bushwalking, mountain biking or snowboarding. I'm fully house trained and respectful of other peoples space and property. Also I can handle myself in the kitchen and don't leave it looking like a apocalypse after I've finished cooking. I am looking for somewhere which has some storage I can use (ideally a garage) for my bikes, ski gear and camping gear as these items are a little bulky. I am looking forward to having a lifestyle change and meeting you as a fellow housemate/friend.
I am tidy and respectful of others and their belongings. Love to have a good laugh, get to know each other or keep to myself. Pretty cruisy, don't mind a dinner party and am happy to stay out of the way if others are entertaining I don't love vaccuming but do find doing the dishes very therapeutic so if an arrangement could be struck there I'm all ears. Other than that, work hard, keep living areas tidy and make everyone feel welcome and at home :)
I'm a 27 year old, full time worker in marketing. Keep it pretty low key at home during the week and generally out and about on weekends. Looking for a home in a longer term lease

I am a full time Graphic Designer, originally from the Mornington Peninsula. Love to be social and have a wine on the weekends but quieter and playing tennis during the week. I’m looking for like minded people to move in with and enjoy the company of coming home and having a chat and or the occasional dinner together.
27 years old working full time at the AFL in Docklands. Originally from Perth and have been living in St Kilda for 2 years. About Me: I live an active and social lifestyle, always in and out with no week looking the same. During the week I keep low key going to the gym and watching the latest trashy tv (big bachie fan!). On weekends you'll find me at the beach for a coast walk, catching up with friends and watching a lot of AFL. Try to get out of the city for a roadie as often as possible. Ideal Place: Looking for a home that is walking distance from public transport to get into the city and has parking available. A home that has plenty of natural light and an outdoor space. I have a house worth of furniture / appliances if needed. Flexible with move dates Ideal housemate(s): People similar to myself - 26 - 30 years, work full time and have a good balance of independence and social life. I'm always keen to have TV nights at home, or head to the local pub for a meal but equally love my dose of independence
Both from the UK Have been living in Melbourne for a year now ☺️ Not party people but we do love socialising and the occasional drink with friends. Ideally looking for a whole apartment or a shared house with maybe another couple.
I am a busy bee, working 3 jobs, I am from Brazil and currently study cookery. I am currently living in the sticks and would love to change it up and live somewhere more lively. Love to get closer to my housemates and have a chit chat in the end of the day, but I know how to respect the private space, even though because feel days I’m so tired that I just want my bed. Like to cook and share meals and couple beers eventually.
