English. Clean and respectful. Will be working long hours and sometimes six days a week. We require a furnished room. Looking for no more than $200 per week including all bills.
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.
fun, loud and live to be social extreamly bubbly and twerkie I'm out a lot and need a place that I'm able to come and go at any hour that I can call home. I am in and out of the house at all hours as i do promotional work and have activities I enjoy doing on a regular basis.
Hi! I'm looking to relocate to Bacchus Marsh I'm 20 years old and currently work full time in Ballarat, I'm looking to find someone else around my age who is interested in finding a place to move into together. I have a small cat and I'm extremely neat and organised. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, watch movies or go to the gym!
Im considerate and i treat everything and everyone the way id like to be treated. Im clean and put in when its needed. Im very friendly and easy going and i keep to myself most of the time. A few days a week i go and do garden maintainance. I also have a dog her name is rocksie shes a blue heeler, shes very friendly and can be timid at times due to her previous owners that abused her from a puppy. She gets along with all animals also.
I am looking for a short stay in Melbourne - until I get on my feet and find a job/house. (Could be a long stay) Or arrive date is 18th April roughly and willing to pay one month advance in rent. I’m jas A little about me I consider myself a hard worker and motivated, quiet (at first), independent, sociable but also enjoy my own time, domesticated and down to earth. Loves a bit of banter. If you need anymore information Please do not hesitate to contact me.
I am looking for somewhere to live with my little dog and possibly my cat. I am a full time teacher so would only really be home on nights and weekends. I enjoy living in a clean house, catching up with friends and sometimes having a few drinks on the weekend.
We are INTERESTING humans :) We need a place with/closer to the trees, birds and running waters where we can nurture ourselves and feed our creativity in creation :) Gareth and I,Tania, are kind gentle loving and caring human beings who have passion for free and self sustainable communal life style. I work already for myself (holistic massage therapy, project managing and assisting meditation retreats, facilitating meditation and teaching/sharing circles), and Gareth is about to do the same (music/singing, counselling, building/landscaping). We do also parenting for Gareth's son, Callum, every two weeks. He is 6 years old and has a quite gentle soul and is ready to explore the new life style. He loves animals :) We are mindful about wellness of the environment (humans, nature, animals) and we like to share space with same kind of TRIBE. We like to take only what we need and share the rest :) WE OFFER to work and help you develop and manage the property as a trade for full or partial rent if you are interested :) We make a GREAT TEAM with our complementary skills in area of life experience, social, cultural differences, counselling, project management, organisation, teaching, natural therapy and healing, cooking, making music, handy jobs and gardening. We could also have a YURT to live in on your property as an option too, if thats convenient :) We are working on a project of creating a shared communal property for living and healing retreats. Our move is a step in the line of this purpose.
I’ve been living in share houses for the past 6 years, unfortunately my current housemates are moving away from Ballarat so I’m looking for a room or a team up. I’m responsible and clean, I always tidy up after myself. I’ve always been in charge of bills and making sure they’re paid on time. In my current share house I provided all appliances and utensils so if there’s anything needed in the house I probably have it. I work in retail 4-5 days a week and I’m also studying at uni. I don’t mind a drink and a night out every now and then. I’m quite social but also don’t mind my own space after a long day.
I'm 33 and a teacher. I am friendly, quiet, respectful neat and tidy. I have many household items of my own, including bedroom items, fridge and couch etc. I'm into hiking and other outdoors pursuits and will be away most weekends. I also like to keep busy, go to yoga, exercise classes etc. I have a cat (she is probably best in a one car household).
I am a 25 year old professional female who works full time as an early childhood educator. I am an easy going house mate who has lived in a variety of situations, with a range of people over the last 8 years and this has taught me to be patient, flexible and respectful. I am often busy with my own work, study and social life but am always more than happy to get to know who I’m living with and share a meal or a drink when we are both around. I’m neat and tidy and will happily help out in any way I can :)
Laid back, working most of the time, keep to myself, quiet at home and very tidy. Shared custody of 7 and 9 year old children and mostly head out or away for the weekends with them when they are with me.
