Hello, my name’s Phoebe. I’m a quiet, clean and tidy person (though my room can get a bit messy). I can get a bit tired of the world sometimes, and so for me, home is a quiet place where I rest and retreat from the world. I am friendly enough and will say hello but I’m otherwise not interested in being social at home, sharing meals or activities together. I’m seeking a place where there is no expectation/obligation to do that. I want us all to feel free to approach each other for help with things around the house and to negotiate/discuss any issues etc. I’m sincere, matter of fact, plain talking, considerate and thoughtful. I’m fairly private/introverted in nature. I care a lot more than I appear to. My interests include reading, writing, animals and nature, personal development, listening to music and health. I work part time and have various other commitments throughout the week. I can always pay rent and bills on time. I have my own bed so need an unfurnished or partly unfurnished room -- could make use of a desk, wardrobe etc. I also have a bicycle that I need to store securely undercover. I eat a lot of meat, I cook outside mostly and need access to a power outlet for that. I dislike cooking smells and I greatly appreciate when my housemates ventilate the kitchen during and after cooking. If you have any questions, please do ask.
Looking for an LGBTQI+ friendly place within 40km of the CBD that would be suitable for a couple with a cat. Interested in vegetarianism/vegan cooking and also anything that could be classified as creative.
I'm currently studying business at La Trobe (Part-time) and looking for a short to medium term lease to commit to. Currently finishing up a 18 month lease and want something cheaper. I am very busy but always find time to chill out and have a good balance so never a bad time to have a good chat. I am a manager at a local McDonald's and study here and there but have taken a break so work is my primary focus currently. I love all sorts of music and do get around to DJ a bit but am very quiet and considerate at home (almost too quiet sometimes, won't know I am home for a few days straight at times). I get to escape a bit for some outdoor activities with a local Rover Scout group to keep myself sane I usually say but I do have a very balanced lifestyle. Love to chat about whatever and whenever but know when to keep to myself and keep a space free for use. Very, very clean and hate mess but not a clean freak so don't stress if there's a dirty counter I'm not that bad. I do love to cook and can cook a mean BBQ dinner so that is always a bonus.
Hey, i work in construction so im out of the house at early hours. Im looking for steady lodgings that are tidy in its living conditions. I am a considerate and reserved person that doesn't like to impede on peoples privacy and expect the same but i am always up for a chat and im up for a good laugh or two. i love sports like Rugby (all codes) and MMA and can chat about them for ages haha Bills included in rent is essential but if the house is close to city, i can waive it. internet can be flexible as long as price is fair. I dont drink very often but i may have a beverage on the odd occasion although i prefer an empty room to a crowded one if you catch my drift. if everything is ship/shape, give me a buzz on 0477808941. Thanks guys.
Hi guys! I’m a 27 year old teacher from Geelong needing to move to Melbourne for my new job. Love being social with low key great food and drinks, but am very independent during the week and gym 5-6 days a week. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, great at cooking and have good bantz and conversation. Never a dull moment with me! Looking for people on a similar wavelength.
25yo and working full time in emergency services. I travel a lot. Very social. In a relationship. Looking for a place within driving from brunswick. On street parking is fine. Unfurnished room a must. I have a 4yo daughter who i usually stays one night a week so looking for open minded people too.
Looking for an unfurnished completely self contained situation with a view to being friendly, unless you want me to pretend I don't know you. I work in Spotswood, have for over 20 years and plan to stick with it, so looking for somewhere that's about 30 mins drive off peak. Bonus points for being within 🚲 distance. Don't have any pets but wouldn't mind a little dog so I ticked the box.
Hey guys, My name is Aaron, I am 23 and was born and raised in Melbourne. I graduated from Monash Uni studying Radiography and Medical Imaging and am now working in Private Hospital near Heidelberg. I consider myself a very clean and organised person. I also, run a tutoring business on the side and am pretty much working everyday and only usually come home to sleep and eat. I am a really chill and laidback person, I enjoy playing sports, guitar and I'm always down for a chat :) Feel free to msg me and I’ll try my best to respond. Thanks :P
I'm a 39 yr old American expat, have a 13 yr old jack russell cross, and have a 3 yr old floofy cat. My dog is getting quite elderly and lays around most of the time and my cat is a young cuddler who is quite shy until she gets to know you. Like a tidy home with other chilled out adults where we don't have to spend time together but a shared meal/drinks is awesome (I love to cook btw). My budget is including bills/week. I spend most of my time studying at Swinburne, reading, arting, going to the gym and whatever sport is on that I enjoy. I like playing board games, PS4, and all sorts of co-op goofyness. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, mostly vegetarian - chicken eater here and there out of medical necessity, eco-friendly, don't smoke, enjoy a drink here and there but not a 'drinker', ex-military, extremely chill human being. I've recently divorced so looking for a stable environment. I'm looking for space enough for my queen bed, computer desk, cat and dog - the rest I can figure out. I can come with a small fridge, dryer, and probably a washing machine. I have a full set of kitchen equipment and vacuum as well. I take public transport pretty much everywhere so that nearby would be great and only ride an ebike. I don't care if I live with men, women, or anywhere on the spectrum of gender as long as they are decent human beings.
Hi I’m Sadie. I’m a west side girl looking to move east for my first teaching job. I’m looking for a low drama share house situation with other young professionals . I’m zero fun so you won’t have to worry about loud weekday seshes but will have to occasionally put up with the sounds of Riverdale and Law and Order SVU floating from my bedroom. I like a run, I sew my own clothes and am always up for a glass of wine and a chat before going to be before 10pm.
