Let’s be roomies! Just your average friendly lass looking for a space to call home in Newy. Melbourne roots, however, spent the last 3+ years working professionally/living the dream; part-time ski bum/wonderlust adventurer in Nelson BC, Canada. Life can’t progress without a bit of change, so therefore here I teleport! Returning to the home country, trading in the snowboard for a surfboard, and entering into University of Newcastle 2020. I AM: 30y (f), professional Housetrained (no allergies to vacuums and knows how to buy TP) Respectful (I won’t take your last beer nor eat your tasty leftover pizza) Community orientated, but respectful of privacy and space Excellent with pets (and I also play well with other humans) Totally new to Newy Future Midwife TYPICAL DAY: University, work at the local hospital, study, re-learning how to be an amateur Aussie *surfer* and chilling TYPICAL WEEKNIGHT Cooking, gym, lazy beach sesh, casual beers w/friends, study, embarrassing myself in a multitude of ways (you learn to embrace the bizarre) TYPICAL WEEKENDS Learning how to kite-surf, camping, travel, car camping, hiking, beach, festivals, bbq’s and study (may or may not be prioritized in that order) LOOKING FOR Beachside-ish/or central location Roomies with good energy and a relaxed vibe Neat environment Reasonably priced rent Move-in date preferably start of March (flexible) The plan is to arrive in Newy around mid-February (Uni starts 24th Feb). If you feel like this could work with your space, or know of anyone else’s, I would love to hear from you! Cheers :)

My current place's lease is up around the end of January, so I'm starting to look for a new place to call home for around 6-12 months. At the moment I work Monday to Friday, usually big days in the valley, so up early and home late.. When im not working, i like to keep busy and spend time with my girlfriend. so im not often home. I keep things tidy, and tend to clean as i go. Dont smoke, drink occasionally. I respect other peoples privacy and things. Love mowing lawns, and don't mind jumping on the BBQ too. Fairly chilled out, happy for a chat, or can just keep to myself.

I'm a 28 year old female looking for a new place near the beach from February 2020. I love gardening, beach swims, bushwalking, and cooking dinner for mates. I'm usually pretty occupied with work and activities so I'm not at home a lot. I work as a doctor between John Hunter and the Mater, mostly doing shift work but I really enjoy catching up with mates over brunch, or a glass of wine. I'm tidy, courteous and fun and looking for the same in housemates! I also own a small rainforest (a bonus if you love plants, too). If you have pets, I will cuddle them.

Myself and a couple are moving out together and are looking for another roommate!! We are all aged 21 and 22. I work part- time and study full- time, and both members of the couple work full- time jobs as well. We have lived together for 12 months in our current place, and are looking for somewhere close to the beach. Preferably looking for a chill guy to keep the mix even. We enjoy going out and having a good time, but it won't be a party house. If you are interested, give me a message!

Hey I'm Gem, I'm 24 I finished my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at UON last year and am hoping to work for the majority of this year to save up for my future travels. I work casually as a waitress at the moment. I enjoy the beach, yoga and going to gigs. Looking for a sick share house to join with my mate Miles (my current housemate) OR a teamup with a couple of other people (either male or female) to find a house with. A place close to the beach would be ideal!

Hey I'm Rosie, I’m heading into my final year of study as an Occupational Therapist. I’m looking for a homey place, preferably in walking or riding distance to the beach, new space, Darby street. I love a good art exhibition, surfing on small days, yoga, a bit of climbing, having quality conversation and would love to have an occasional housemate dinner. Would love to meet some potential housemates when I’m back from Tasmania on the 24th February.

I'm a thoughtful, friendly human looking for a place to call home. Would be chuffed to find somewhere with a garden and lots of sunshine. I will be enrolled in a Diploma of Ceramics f/t in 2020 and have a gentle russian blue cat named Paquita. I currently live in Hobart and will be moving to Newcastle for study opportunities. I'm clean, conscientious and quiet. Edit: have short term accomodation arranged and will be available to meet in person once I arrive on the 26th Jan.
