Hi i’m Libby. I am looking for a place in Newcastle CBD as I have just got a new job. I work long hours so am pretty tired during the week but happy to hang out for dinner or on weekends go to the beach. I’m very respectful and clean and I expect the same in return. I’m pretty flexible with moving dates. If your interested shoot me a message 😊
Hi - My name is Annie. I'm 26 and I'm from New York but have been living in Australia for the past year. I'm moving to Newcastle from Cairns on January 3rd and am looking for a place to live for 6-12 months. I plan on working full time. In my free time I love keeping busy with the gym, beach, exploring and traveling. I enjoy having the occasional beverage but also enjoy my downtown. Easy going, clean and respectful of housemates. Looking to live with likeminded individuals.
I have lived out of home for the past 12 months. I am starting uni at UON in the new year and am looking forward to it. I love to go to the beach and have coffee, but I also love a wine over dinner . I like home to be a place to relax and unwind from my day. I hate clutter and mess, I am very clean and tidy and I love to have everything in order. Would love to find the perfect place.
We are looking for a new place to call home in Newy. I am a working professional in the child protection sector whilst also casually working at a local pub a few nights through the week. Gemma - is a full time working professional. We are both go getters with a positive approach to life and both bring a very happy energy. Love our alone time but love banter, bevy’s and socialising occasionally. We both love being able to come home to a happy, clean environment and are preferably looking for an entire house/apartment to lease and are open to teaming up 😁
Hey guys, I’m Claire, on my way back to newcastle from QLD. I’m a nurse working at JHH, shift worker, non smoker, I’m tidy, respectful and reliable. I love hiking and travel, i'm super laid back and I go with the flow and I’m looking a place to call home whilst saving for my own.
Hey I’m a full time PhD student at UON looking for a new place to live for the next year. I’m a very easy going, clean, and tidy person. I like to have fun and enjoy hanging out with friends but also love to spend some time by myself 😊
Hi I'm Bec, I am in my early 20s. I have recently moved back to Newcastle from the Gold Coast as I have finished my radiography degree and will be beginning full time work at the start of January 2019. I will be keeping busy with work, gym, going to the beach and travelling. I love to socialise and have a drink when I'm free. I am easy going, respectful of my housemates and clean. Send me a message if you think I'm a good fit!
I am a friendly 25 year old. I work full time Monday to Friday and I enjoy being social and doing activities on the weekend. I am respectful, clean and am always down for a chat but also like my own space.
28 y/o creative designer with a friendly+low risk cat (Mishka). I am extremely tidy, respectful and environmental. I like to be social on weekends and would like to host friends over for wine and such from time to time. My ideal housemates would be super cool, cultured, love a drink, going to gigs and social events, good music, are clean, sustainable and have an interest in recycling/minimising waste. I am interested in starting a share house. Move in date is flexible (looking for work before moving up) & length of stay but prefer 6+ months
I’m a super easy going, quiet and down to earth Newcastle chick! I’m working majority of the time, from 6:30 to around 4 most days so I’ll either be napping when I’m home or doing my own thing or with friends! I have two beautiful Russian blue cats, they’re indoor, extremely clean and loving. They’ve never destroyed furniture or anything of such and are completely harmless. I 100% respect personal space and privacy. Hoping to make good friends with my roommate (:
Amelia, 26 - studying architecture and working casually in photography & babysitting Kieran, 30 - recently returned from NZ so currently on the job hunt (conservation/land management) Between us we like to take photos, skate, get to the beach, bake bread, have a cook up, go on camping or walking trips and drink a beer (or a few). We are happy to do our own thing, but a house where everyone can hang out and have a chat / beer / meal together every now and then is perfect. We are clean!
Just your typical aussie girl. I love the outdoors and beach life and I'm always down for activities or social occasions e.g cafes for coffee or the pubs for beers etc. I'm easy as to get along with, not much bothers me. I'm respectable, honest and clean and love to cook so usually I cook enough for my housemates as well. I understand responsibility and have lived with others before all over the world even ( I use to do snow seasons) I've grown up in newcastle and love this place so wanting to keep living the dream here. Looking to live with easy going, positive minded people who enjoy having a good time =)
Hey! I'm Paddi, I have moved out of my current place and I'm looking for someone to take over my side of the lease. The lease is for the remaining 5 months, the house is at lambton and it's furnished, you would be living with a 28yr old female who is an accountant and her dog. If you are interested in having a look at the house, please message me :)
Hey I'm Brendan. I'm 25, just finishing off my 2 year of Medical Radiography at UON. I'm a relax guy, love a surf, pretty much just study and work. I like to be clean and live in a clean house. I'm over the whole party every weekend thing, but love a drink with good people. I have a wacky sense of humour and if you have some quick wit we'll get along fine. I'm currently living close to the uni and wish to live closer to the beach.
I’m a clean, friendly and respectful housemate who takes pride in their home. I currently work full time and study also. I have never been behind on rent or bill payments and I am very reliable. When I’m not working or studying, you will find me at the gym or outdoors on a walk making the most of the sunshine. I respect others space but also don’t mind socialising if others are up for it too. I have a 6year old (smaller than usual) Maltese X shihtsu, she is toilet trained and the most non hassle dog you will ever meet (I call her catdog). I have many rental references from real estates and from past housemates and landlords which will tell you how great additions Lucy (my dog) and I would be to your home. Please don’t hesitate to contact me! I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there, my names Adam and I’m 23. I work full time as a self employed carpenter so my work schedule consumes most of my life lately. I’m easy going, and really don’t have a big list of requirements I’m just after a nice place to live in the Newcastle area.
Hey all, I'm Alyssa and I'm 19. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for when I study law at Newcastle Uni. I'm usually quiet but I can be social! I enjoy exploring, having a good drink, playing video games and reading. I can cook most meals (I wish I was good at baking) and I clean up after myself if I've made a mess.
Hi I’m keira, I’m a third year social work student currently working as a support worker and studying full time. When I’m not working or studying, I’m surfing, road tripping, hanging with friendos or gardening 🌱🌸✨ I’ve been living with two boys for the past year and a half and feel like it’s time to live with some gals, non binary pals or a mixed gender household that is tidy, enjoys doing things together and is considerate of each other’s space. I’m pretty easy going and tidy, I can also contribute a lot of plants to the household 😉
I'm a friendly, easy-going person who loves socialising, playing sport, eating good food and drinking good beer. Having spent the last year living in Perth, I'm finally moving back to God's country. I am a clean and respectful housemate who works full time as a pilot. My ideal house would be with other social, considerate humans who are relatively low key during the week (i.e. no 2am raves on a Wednesday) but not averse to hanging out and doing fun stuff on weekends.
I am a Registered Nurse working at a hospital in Newcastle, looking for a room to rent. I currently live in Port Stephens and would like to be closer to work. I have a rental history, I am a non-smoker, and I don't have any pets but I love dogs. I am respectful of other people's privacy and personal space as I too enjoy mine. I would like to be able to socialise at times, rather than avoid one another. I am not looking for a party house. I am all in for a couple of wines on a day off, however I do need my sleep. I am a shift worker so I may, very infrequently, have to sleep in the day for night shift. Though the majority of my shifts are morning or afternoon. During my downtime, I am usually outside at the beach or going for a walk or a run. I am an active person and don't tend to spend a lot of time hanging around the house. Overall I'm pretty easy going, like things to be tidy, and I enjoy having like minded people around. Note: Woman on the left of course, man on the right is my grandfather. Length of stay between 3- 12 months.
Hi, there My name is Paola, 25 years old, a former architect, doing postgraduate studies at UON, an international student from Peru. Minded with personal space and privacy but always up for a friendly chat with coffee or wine. Pets are no problem for me as back home I have two dogs.
