My hobbies are computers, listening to music, making music, playing with audio equipment, brewing my own beer. Thanks all!!

Duane - 31 years old - Drummer, Drum Teacher & Casual Cook I am an easygoing, relaxed and respectful housemate. Currently on the hunt for a new house (probably in Frankston) and a new housemate to join me. Im ideally looking for someone who works full time as I am a musician and could practice while you are at work. Between my teaching, cooking work and band rehearsals I can be out of the house a bit at times. I like to cook my own food, i just find it easier that way as I'm in and out of the house at random times. I am currently fully furnishing a house so have all the essentials needed. I keep to myself and generally do my own thing, but this is mostly because I am just busy. In my free time I love going out to the city to check out live music, gardening, cooking, or just relaxing at home thinking about drums :) (sigh).... - Seeking respectful housemate. Easygoing and friendly. - Please pay rent and bills on time. - Please dont be a slob. - Please dont be a an obsessive compulsive neat/clean freak. :)
Hello, I am Mustafa, 38 years old full time working Mon to Sat 08:30 am to 06:00 pm. clean, tidy, quite, independent, respect others space & privacy. I am friendly, helpful and reliable
I'm a clean person, easy for a chat, a laugh and meals but also a private person and gives loads of personal space. I work in the health food industry, and when I'm not working I'm generally out and about on adventures on the beach or in the wilderness! Originally from the Peninsula, but living in inner city Melbourne, I'm looking to move back to where my roots are - to be closer to work and the lifestyle!
Hi there, My name is Connor and I am a 24 year old male. I have just returned from travellong Europe for six months. Before then I lived in Hawthorn and did lots of study which involved the social sciences. I would love to live somewhere between Frankston South and Mount Martha. I simply love the area. I intend to study a Masters in Teaching from 2017 onwards, while working full-time/part-time. In terms of paying bills, I will. Haha. I have a formidable clump of savings behind me which can be drawn from, if for example, I wasn't working for a period of time. I value respecting one another, shown through treating one another equally in the house. Such as, cleaning an area after use so that the next person can enjoy the space as much as the former did. I am not a sit on my bum and watch TV sort of guy. Alcohol is not my jam, in fact I am a Vegemite or Avocado sort of guy. I like to live big and I want to fit as much as I can into this little thing we each call life. I enjoy others company for sure, especially when wakeful. Good conversation and tea? Fun activities? Suit me! I love my own space when exhausted and reading is my down time. Umm, that's pretty good I think! Oh, one last thing. When I lived in Hawthorn I was in a share house for 3 years, of which I was on the lease and one of the acting 'Landlords,' in a house with 5 others. So shared house? I get it. Haha. Peace and Love! Connor-the-pacifist.

Hi! My name's Ana, and I'm a current Sydneysider looking to move into Melbourne before the beginning of next year. So, I'm super excited and hoping to move in and get settled as soon as possible to prepare for the next school year! I am a bubbly, outgoing person, and I always hold the utmost respect for others. As such, I am very organised (bills paid on time is an absolute guarantee), tidy, respectful of others' privacy, but I also love to socialise and get to know other people. This will be my first time moving interstate, so I'm also hoping to be a great room mate and make some mates along the way. I also absolutely love dogs, reading, and heated Game of Thrones discussions!

We're a professional couple who have recently moved over from Adelaide. We're very clean, tidy and embrace cultural diversity. We both love cooking and dining out. We're very easy going and get along well with others.
We are from England, and looking for accommodation for 4 months while visiting our daughter, husband and two grandchildren who live in the Karingal area. We have visited the Frankston area two years ago, and stayed in Cranbourne, but we would like to find something a little closer to our daughter. We would be out most days (on the beach) or visiting our daughter. The dates we are visiting are December 1 2016 to April 2 2017
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
I am a nurse from the Philippines and right now I am in New Zealand acquiring my NZ registration. I am a very neat and respectable person. I do spend sometime in a quiet place, quiet time alone but sometimes enjoy going out.

Looking for somewhere I can relax and be myself but also make friends and have a good balance of alone time and hanging out. Reliable, very clean, pick up after myself and enjoy cooking. Non-smoker. Enjoys a casual drink and a good chat. Love animal's so even better if you have pets ill be their second parent!
Hey! I'm Erin, I am 18 years old seeking some roomies around Frankston and Seaford. (Close to the beach :3) My border collie Koda will be joining me. He's completely house trained, obsessed with toys and full of love! I'm currently studying a tourism and business course online and travelling to Richmond 4 days a week for a seperate course. You'll most likely fine me watching movies or Netflix when I'm at home. I am a super easy going person and like to keep stuff clean! Im sociable but also respect peoples privacy and space. Just looking for a chilled out place with cool people to also hang out with and become good friends! share a beer with every now and then ;) Any questions feel free to message
I am 39 and work full time at a golf course in Cheltenham. I am open, honest and a quiet type of person but don't mind having a chat either. I enjoy most sports. I seperated from my wife nearly 2 years ago but we do get along and our kids are the most important things to us.
Hello future housemate! I'm a very considerate and very creative early childhood educator who loves adventures and peanut butter! I practise music, yoga, painting and other crafty stuff! I'm clean but not crazy, relaxed but not lazy! Let's have a jam hehe! :)
I'm extremely clean and tidy, respectful of privacy and keep to myself. I have a pet husky and a cat. I work nights and am a musician in my spare time (drums, guitar, saxophone, singing), so sometimes I make a little noise in the day time, but won't encroach on anyone's desire for peace and quiet if discussed. My budget is flexible depending on the work hours I choose, and I don't have a specific move-date in mind. Would prefer to move into a new sharehouse with someone clean and friendly.
Hi I'm Gift Lasta and I am currently living in Sunshine West. I am a student and will be having a placement in Carrum Downs as part of my requirement this coming Nov. 7. In this regard, I am looking for a place to stay for my 2 weeks placement. I will only be staying for 2 or weeks. Thanks
Heyyy! Im currently studying as a beauty therapist and work in a restaurant in Mornington part time. I consider myself as a bubbly, outgoing girl, but when I'm home I'm low key and keep to myself as that is my down time aside from gym and socialising. I have moved from the Byron Bay area in NSW to Mornington, now living with my grandparents its time for me to find my own independent space while I wait out my partner in the army to come home (Should be around 3-4 months). On weekends I will always be busy with work and seeing my partner, so causing any disturbance would not be a problem for you. It is in my nature to respect any rule given to me in regards to which house I were offered to stay in. I do not smoke, own any pets, disrespect others space/privacy or present myself inappropriately. Since I do not work full-time I am only able to max out my payments to $150 a week. So if there is anyone able to offer a place to me at this price, I would feel honoured.
I'm Adrienne. I love cooking (lasagne and curry are my specialties); Music (40s blues, 60s rock, 90s grunge & NZ reggae); Reading (mostly stuff about the universe) Enjoy playing cards, the odd sunday session, 420 friendly. I'm chilled, clean, honest and respectful.
I won't be home a lot during the day as Ill be working and studying but will be home at night time. I will keep to myself most of the time but do like company occasionally. I am friendly and easy going. I don't drink but do smoke outside.
