We are very friendly and easy going. We keep a clean living environment and respect others. We are very respectful. We do have a 4 year old Blue Healer dog, and a 4 year old indoor cat. The cat and dog both love eachother very much and prefer to sleep inside with us at night time. My Partner, myself and ur furr babies are in need of a room with own bathroom, would even be nice if we had our own kitchen (something like a studio room or Granny flat would suit us best). Maybe even a property with a big yard would be best for the doggo. We both work Monday - Friday all day. After work we would normally go for a walk with the dog and then cook dinner, watch a movie and go to bed as we start work early the next day. Weekend we spend our time outdoors at the beach or camping. You will barely find us at home. So if you looking for people who keep to their own, who is clean and tidy, respectful, then we would be ideal for you. We do enjoy a social dinner or BBQ if you like that. Currently we just waiting for our lease to run out (4th January) and then looking at house sharing with the right people. We would ideally like to move in around the 28th December. We not interested in a party house as we work all week. Our plans is to travel around Australia in year 2020 April so we looking at house sharing with someone for around 12- 14 months. We do have a cat and and dog and would love to keep him with us until we are ready to leave for our travels. Closer to our leave day I will be shipping my kitten over to my parents so they can look after him while we travel and our dog will be going to a close friend until we done with the travels. I would be too heartbroken to get rid of them (re-home them). So someone who will let me keep them with us till we leave would be much appreciated. Leo (the cat) is super friendly and loving. He is a easy pet to have around and I am 100% sure you will love him too as he is just way too cute. Russell the dog is very cute and just wants to be around people or the cat. He loves going to the beach or anything water really. We would love to meet anybody who is interested in having us house share with you :) We are interested in a comfy living space for us, but also important that the people we house share with is like minded and would even like to come camping with us whenever you would like. We look forward to meeting you :D
Hi! I'm Suzie, I am a student at Murdoch university, I am just finishing my 2nd year and I am looking for place to live for at least a year. I am a fairly easy going, relaxed person. I like socialising but I enjoy my own space at the end of the day.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am Singaporean Chinese starting school in Murdoch University Feb of 2019. I love to keep my space clean and tidy. I am also respectful of others personal space and will be generally easy to get along with. I am a pet lover and caretaker so if you do have any pets I would be glad to live with them.
Rhys and I are both students at Murdoch, studying Engineering and Psychology respectively. We have a retro camper van and love to get away on weekends when we have the opportunity. I work 4 days a week at an RTO north of the river but am considering looking for work south of the river, aligned with my field of study. Rhys is interested in renewable energy and gets excited about wind-turbines and recycling. We are both creative in our own ways and love to have gardening projects and stuff like that. We like seeing live music, watching movies, and cooking. Rhys and I are both experienced tenants; we know how to take care of a property, and stay on top of housekeeping.
Hi, we're a couple looking for a room or a house to share. Looking to move in January 2019. We're both Murdoch Uni students and are really friendly (and clean :) ) Open for any team-ups too
I have just relocated to Perth from Broome with my 3 year old beagle, Wilma. We are both very chilled, happy and positive people, um beings. I have spent the last 2 years as a live in carer for a disabled fellow with anger issues so, as a break from that sort of work, I am currently lining up work as a delivery driver for the Freo Dr liquor store and otherside brewing to hopefully work 4-5 days a week. I walk Wilma every morning and night and she spends the days lazing around. She gets along well with everyone she meets, as do I, as well as all animals. She's not a digger, she may bark if she hears another dog but is quick to shut up when told to. She does have a fondness for any soft toys she finds laying around though. My interests include bike riding, drawing, writing, cooking, meditating and a quiet stout at the pub with friends. We are both very clean and respectful having lived in enough share situations to know what is required to create a happy space for everyone.
Hey future housemates, I've spent the last two years living in Bateman, and my housemates won't be renewing the lease. Therefore, I am on the lookout for an unfurnished room from the beginning of December (last week of November if it comes to it - my lease runs out on the 16th of Dec) and would prefer something long term. Overall, I'm a pretty cruisey housemate. I am one to appreciate a clean household (rarely will you see my dishes pile up), loves a bit of after work banter over a few subtle drinks and aims to get out of the house over the weekends. I am currently working full time, and my new position will require me to travel to the CBD via public transport (being close to bus ports or the train station will be a plus). Would prefer the below locations but open to suggestions.
We are a couple from Singapore, currently studying at Murdoch University. We are clean and quiet, and are looking to rent for up to 2 years. Preferably less than 200/week if possible as i am working part time to pay the rent :) we are easy going and like to be clean and neat. We also love all kinds of animals and pets, and we’re great with kids too.
Hello, my names Matt I’ve recently moved here from Melbourne and Perth is a big change to me but I’m liking it so far. I’m 18. I’m currently finishing my last year of school in Fremantle and I’m looking for a quite place to live. I’m accepting, outgoing and easy to talk to. A few things about me: I listen to music ALOT, I draw and Go out occasionally
I'm a full time student, doing a Master in IT at Murdoch University. Been in Perth for 1.5 years now, and looking to move because half the time I'm not at home (away nearly every weekend), so why not reduce my living cost if I can. I'm usually doing my own thing most of the time (study, game, netflix and sometimes work part time). A very quiet individual, but still friendly and wont mind having a drink together here and there. I'm reasonably clean - major pet peeves includes piling dishes, oily kitchens, and disgusting bathrooms, so hoping to find someone who feels the same. Preference: One(1) other female housemate only, who is not a party animal/loud and more on the introverted side. If u r a gamer/enjoy hitting the gym together every now and then that would be a bonus. Budget: $200 inclusive of parking, utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet).
Hi, my name is Sam and my wife's name is Mackenna, we are both 26 years old and have been married for a few years. We are both pretty easy going people and enjoy the outdoors, going out for coffee on weekends and music. Mackenna is a vet in the clinic at Murdoch University, and I have just completed my Social Work degree in NZ and I am currently looking for a job in Perth. During the week we are usually pretty busy and keep to ourselves, and in weekends we like to do a mix of chilling out, going on adventures and socialising. As we are new to Perth, we are always keen to get out to meet new people and try new things. We would like to move in with another couple or group of singles who appreciate being able to keep things tidy. We both like a good conversation and are keen on the occasional drink, group activity (outdoor, culture or music), going out for dinner, but not keen on parties. We are both pretty career driven so we appreciate time in the evening to relax and chill out.
I am an introvert so i will definitely keep to myself and not bother you in anyway unless it is something of importance, i am a quiet person at first but once you get to know me i am good to get along with. I am tidy and keep to myself, i dont spread my belongings everywhere around the house. I am looking for a spacious bedroom that will be able to fit a large desk for my PC and also fast internet so that i can study, please be aware that I am looking for places that include the bills in the rent and that i do tend to stay up fairly late, so if you're an early morning person that please dont offer me a room :) I am an animation student so most of the time ill be on my computer or at uni most of the time, i also work casual at a gift store in the city I listen to alot of music, watch anime, read and play games here and there
I am respectful and easy to live with. Laid back, like to have a bit of a laugh and don’t take life too seriously. I like to keep the place tidy and quite enjoy cooking. I am looking to find a place where my friends are welcome to visit too for dinner etc. It would be nice to have a house mate to have a beer with and watch netflix/sport etc occasionally but also respect each other’s privacy. Fairly new to Perth so always up for an adventure too. Rented mainly with guys in the past as they are more likely to be drama free. Any questions just ask!
I'm a Mandurah local who is looking to study starting Semester 1 next year. I am easy-going and I enjoy a nice night in with some good food and great conversation. While I love to chat about pretty much everything I also like to have a little quiet time to myself when it's time to hit the books. I'd love for you to open your home to me and I promise to make a real good spag bol to introduce myself properly.
Hey! So... I work Monday - Friday in banking (sounds boring right), and enjoy a friendly and social household. However I understand we all need our privacy and need to be respectful in a house-share so that everyone can live comfortably. I spend most of my spare time hanging with mates and family, love the beach, enjoy a social drink/coffee and watching/playing sport. I also enjoy a good laugh or ten. If you have any questions please message us!
I’m currently looking for work, And enjoy making music. I’m friendly and easygoing, up for a good chat but also very quiet and relaxed. I respect others space and am very clean
